I just brought a Sony a6000 for the bf Christmas gift. I got it down face book marketplace so it came with the camera, strap, 16-50mm lens, and battery with charger. What else should I get for the camera. I know I need a memory card but anything else?

I bought them yesterday on gamestop and I mainly use them for gaming and its such a pain to have to tab out to pause or play a song ive been looking everywhere for a fix and found nothing if somebody knows how to fix it ty.

I've owned the xm4 for 3 years. The buds (silicone, purchased on amazon) fit absolutely perfectly.

On my MX5.. the buds I use for my XM4 do not fit (they're a small or medium). The large stock buds don't feel like they fit snug.

I know this is creating huge issues on the noise cancellation side. Did anyone have this issue, and do you recommend new tips?

I've had my linkbuds s since the end of 2022. They were fine up until the past month, where the battery is just practically gone on my left.

I'm not sure about my right, I'm fairly certain it's dying quickly aswell but my left one dies in 10 mins, so I'm not so sure about it.

Any advice on contacting their support team directly would be great since their own website is god-awful and confusing to get around.

My 1 month old Zv 1 won’t turn on, the lens don’t extend and the screen is just black, I have tried a different fully charged battery but it doesn’t work, also It blinks red beside the sd card slot

Does anyone know what size these screws are. I have a lot of these types of bits but none of them fit. See picture; screws marked with red circle. Thanks.

I just got my c700n this afternoon. I have used it for a few minutes. Then when I’m about to use it again, i have noticed that the right earbud cannot be detected anymore. So, i did my research and reset the bud. After trying to reset the right earbud, it still did not work. Then i tried to re-initialize it as a whole. After that, it no longer enters the pairing mode. There’s no longer blue light when i hold the power button. Also, idk if this will help my case, when i remove the right earbud from the case, the light doesn’5 blink but when i put it back, it blinks. Can someone help me?

Those of you that have this device. What player do you use? Poweramp or stock app?

My xm5 keep changing settings when i move or it sometimes it is connected but i can't listen and i have that setting where it changes how you move off so can any body hep me resolve it ?

I just bought this nex-6 for $200 and i was checking the shutter counter because i couldn't get it with the seller and there was someone going to buy it before me, now i look at this and i'm not sure if i can believe this find.

The camera was used mostly for drone video, it in a very good shape, only some scratches in the screen, did i just hit a jackpot?

Does anyone know how to fix my issues using the Chat/Game mixer for Sony Inzone Buds

Whenever something is playing to the Game channel, the Chat Chanel is muted. If I stop playing to the Game channel, the Chat channel will come back. makes it impossible to utilise the chat mixer feature. Basically have to have all game audio AND chat audio going to the one channel.

Given a Sony KDL-52VE5 tv with the 6X flashing red lights to play with, suspect it is the inverter boards. Looking for these or suggestions if I am going down the wrong path.

I recently had to have the cable company here for some work. I own a Samsung tv with a Sony Home Theater. My remote says RM-ADP072. It’s reset all of my sound settings and all I want to do is turn down the bass on it but can’t figure out how or where to go. I even tried restoring to original factory settings to no avail. Can anyone help? I tried googling it with no luck. It’s pretty old so I’m guessing that’s why. Buying a new one is not a monetary option at this point.

For those who have seen my last post about my D50, I have an update on the issue. Initially I couldn't even get the disc to rotate but now I can ! It seems like by manually forcing the laser to go back home I am able to make the disc spin a few rotations. However, after these rotations the disc stops to rotate and the player can't read the disc. I did wipe the laser lens with Isopropyl alcohol. Also the laser doesn't seem to move freely on the rail, I really had to force to make it go back to the home position.

In summary:

1. The disc starts spinning when I press play, but it slows down after a few rotations and stops.
2. The laser sled doesn't move freely

along the rail; it feels stuck even after cleaning and lubricating the rails with WD-40 PTFE lubricant. 3. I hear a sound from the laser assembly at the start (likely trying to focus), but the disc isn't being read. 4. I've cleaned the laser lens with isopropyl alcohol, lightly lubricated the sled rails, and ensured the spindle motor is clean and spins freely. 5. The power supply is fine (using the official adapter), and the player powers on consistently.

Could this be a problem with the laser diode (failing to focus), the sled motor, or something else entirely? Has anyone had similar issues with the D-50 or a similar vintage CD player? Thanks in advance for your help!

They're so bad I went back to my original Sony headsets. I couldn't even get them to turn on and off when I wanted to. Fucking trash. Wasted $150 on them. You've been warned.

Why SONY has a calm attitude towards providing resolution?

A company can have good fundamentals but a company should always invest on people whom they feel they are trustworthy. Because its your employees who will maintain the standard of company policies.

Customer support is always a challenging part of any company to grow. However if service centre manager is lying to the customer and saving his ass then the company should really take strict action towards that person because that particular person could ruined the whole working environment of that place.

Next time if you are buying any equipment or gadget don’t check the brand, instead think of what will happen if that equipment is out of warranty and broken. If the service is interrupted how much ETA must be required to fix it. Which brand has better customer support… Brand is just a name just like SONY, but their customer support decides whether its a people’s brand or not!

A couple of months ago I bought a pair of the Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones from a shop called Techinthebasket as it was a better price than other shops at the time, I paid through PayPal and received my headphones shortly after, I love the headphones, they work brilliantly but this weekend I got this Scam Alert text.

I’m hoping to get some advice one what to do? I’m happy with the product but should I still claim back from PayPal if I’m potentially being told by the company I bought them from to do so because it’s counterfeit? There are no dodgy looking links in the text. What would you do?
