Am i the only person having huge problems with Sony cameras? I had my camera since 2,5 years not even using it much and after the wireless functions stopped working a year ago now the camera doesn‘t read sd cards and usb is not working too.
Brought it to an official repair shop and they told me the whole f*ing Motherboard is dead.

I'm trying to connect a remote to my camera and tried looking up my issue where I saw the Bluetooth rmt cntrl setting should be toggled on, but when I select it, it brings me to a screen exactly like the paring screen from the other bluetooth setting (under network 1), and not just toggling on. I tried resetting my camera but i'm not sure how to correct that, and I think it is the issue with my connectivity if not the remote itself. Has anyone else had this issue?
Hi all, like the title mentions I recently bought a pair of WH-1000XM4s to replace my old headphones, and for the most part I love them. However for some reason the audio sometimes completely cuts off out of the blue, in the middle of a song or video for example its just radio silence even while the video is still playing. It's not a bluetooth issue as the headphones stay connected. Currently I've just been disconnecting and reconnecting them to fix it.
When I asked customer support they said to update the headphone software through the sound connect app, which I did, and yet it's still happening. Wanted to hear if this is a common issue or should I try getting them replaced?

We purchased a ht-g700 a while back and it has been connected to our tv for a while. We've just started using the bluetoth mode, however, whenever we use Bluetooth and play something, it automatically disconnects and goes into standby mode.
Already tried searching for solutions online, did the following, but none of them worked.
None of the solutions have worked. What to do? Please help.
I’m hoping you all might be able to help me: I got this headset two days ago and have used it successfully until today. Now, if I have the volume up to max I can hear the barest whisper through my headset. I thought it was my work teams settings, but now it’s doing that for my main computer as well.
I’ve tried some of the fixes like deleting it from audio devices, but nothing has worked so far. This is probably the comfiest headset ive ever owned, but if I can’t use it it’s a bit useless!
Who is ready for next year's Sony tvs
My delivery got abandoned, I contacted them and they tell me they reordered it only for nothing. I contact them again, get told a final investigation will happen and to wait seven business days, which surprise! No reply. Etc etc.
Going back and forth with them has dragged this out to four weeks, and I just needed confirmation from literally anyone if this is how long it normally takes. I’ve literally never had an issue drag out for this long, and I’ve bought from Sony from before as well? The exact same product just two years back.
And call me pathetic, but it’s giving me so much unnecessary anxiety.
anyone else have trouble with figuring out how to put them in your ears? or am I just dumb…. the design is so weird. I stepped away from airpods because they’re such low quality.
I got a brand new 43” Sony TV last May for £500. However, I moved to the other end of England and had to sell it in September. I really liked the TV and thinking about getting the same model and sticking with Sony, but they are still the same price and it’s been around 6 months since I bought the TV. I don’t want to buy another one just for it to be cheaper shortly after when a newer model gets released. So I’m wondering if Sony are releasing a newer model soon and when do they generally release one. I know TVs become obsolete quickly

The right speaker sometimes works on the headphones and sometimes doesn’t. I’m confident in doing a repair on my own, but I’m not sure entirely what the issue is. I’m assuming it has to be a loose wire or something cause sometimes the speaker works and other times it doesn’t.
The touch controls on the right side always work and charging has never been an issue for me

So I went to the customer support on the website to recover my account cause I had forgotten my password, managed to make a new one but I gave them the wrong phone number so whenever I sign it requires a code from the 2 step verification but I don't get it on my phone so I decided to go back to the customer support but I can't move forward cause I can't send my last transaction code is there anything I can do?
My TV Sony 55xh9505, after 3 years, has started showing horizontal lines that appear and disappear every 3 seconds.
I've seen several posts about this problem, but I haven't seen how they resolved it.
I'm really disappointed that such an expensive TV seems to have a panel failure after only 3 years, and it's no longer under warranty.
Is anyone else in the same situation?

Title. I was wondering if there was a secure fix for this? It’s been bugged like since for the past 12 or so hours, I was wondering if there was even an explanation for this error. I’ve already tried putting them back in the case and also factory resetting them. For context I use them almost exclusively with my Iphone12 and it started in the middle of using them.
Has anyone had any luck using the Sony Bravia Theatre Quad (HT-A9M2) via an API connection? Searching online, I see quite some solutions by Sony such as the Songpal integration capabilities, but somehow I cannot seem to get it working for the Theatre Quad. The sound system is also not recognized in Sony Music Center, which seems to be one of the requirements to make the API work?
The reason I ask is because I would love to connect the sound system to Home Assistant and be able to run automations on it. I have managed to get it working using Airplay functionality, but it doesn't support all the features I want. For instance, there are no controls for turning on/turning off and there is no reliable way to get the state of the speakers. It's also difficult to automate volume over Airplay.

Whenever I use transparency mode or anc on the ult wears, I hear a windy static like noise and I’m wondering if it’s normal.
i'll be watching something and the tv will randomly switch to a different app or will keep going back to the home screen. it does this almost daily and if i unplug it it fixes it. could a firmware update be the solution?
I inherited a pair of Wf-1000xm4s but it seems the left earbud is not recognized by the charging case. Is there a fix for this?
I recently had an XAV-AX3200 installed in my truck. It works fine most of the time, but there are occasions where I'll connect it to Bluetooth, play music via Spotify, and it gets stuck on the first song that plays. Either that song ends or I'll skip to the next one, but it still shows that first song as playing. The timer/progress bar does not update, either - it'll show that I'm at 4:36 of a 3:20 song. The only thing I've found that fixes it (and it doesn't always work) is to disconnect my phone from Bluetooth and reconnect it, although I don't like to do that while driving. Does anyone know why it does this or how to prevent it?

My Sony hometheatre HTSR40 worked fine for a year and used to get connected automatically using Bluetooth connection to my Firestick. However, recently the connection failed. My hometheatre did not connect to Firestick. Unfortunately I deleted the pairing from Firestick and now the home theatre is not getting detected.
It is not getting detected in any device, I tried using my phone to detect, other android phones but the hometheatre doesn't get detected in pairing mode.
I tried resetting using remote menu option switching off, removing plug chord and every thing I can.
Please suggest if someone has some ideas.
I just setup the Apple 4k on two televisions yesterday. A Samsung tv setup easily and no issues. My Sony tv is having a couple weird issues that i can't figure out.
volume level will not change. The Apple remote and Sony remote both "work" in that you can press mute or sound up/down and the tv will show on screen that it is muted or changing volume level, but in reality the volume doesn't mute or change. It just is stuck at the level it was on. I've turned on Xbox and it is happening there as well, so it seems that setting up the Apple TV has done something to the sound. I can't find anything in the Sony tv or Apple TV settings that is causing this.
very odd remote issue in turning the tv and Apple TV one / off. I can use the Apple TV remote to power on, and it turns on both the tv and the Apple TV. If i try to power off with Apple Remote it will only turn the Apple TV off but leave the tv on. Pressing off brings up a screen that looks more like an iPad setting and you have to select power off on screen. The Sony tv remote will work to turn both Apple TV and tv off. Oddly, it won't turn both on just the tv.
Has anyone experienced these issues with an Apple TV / Sony tv combo ?
My HT-S40R won’t play any sound if it’s connected to the TV via HDMI. It was working perfectly until a few days ago it stopped. It works with bluetooth and the TV detects the sound system but it won’t play sound.
Can anyone recognise this issue?
