So, I think season 4 is just a fever dream Sherlock has whilst overdosing on the plane. One small slip with the dosage, likely gotten from his ‘homeless network’, one mistake even for Sherlock can lead to an overdose.
Nothing in season 4 makes sense. Nothing. There is even a helpful list compiled by a fellow redditor. We already know Sherlock can have drug induced fever dreams evidenced by the abominable bride episode. Since there is never a season 5… is that it maybe? Sherlock dies on the plane when season 4 ends of an overdose.
I found it curious that Sherlock seemed to have an electric flashlight when running through the halls trying to catch Mrs Ricoletti. It's set in the 1880's. Is this too early for such device?
after escaping custody in s2 ep3 , john is able to get a taxi back to their flat as if the police aren't still after them?
what happened
Guess who‘s rewatching it just now
In His Last Vow, what does Janine think happened in that loft/ office? I’m assuming she didn’t know Mary knocked her out but Sherlock hadn’t come in yet and then when she comes to, Sherlock is shot and John is also there.. So who does she think knocked her unconscious and shot Sherlock and why did she think John was there..?
Seriously. It's over zoom, and I have to email a consent form for the recording to be used in an assignment. If anyone is willing, I would deeply appreciate it.
I’m currently in recovery, and i’ve found a good way to cope is reading stuff where the mc is an addict (going through the same stuff i have), but i can’t find any fics or one shots where an oc or reader insert is an addict/alcoholic and not just Sherlock?
strange request i know, but it’s surprisingly helpful, and i’ve found that a lot of other addicts do the same!
Tumblr, ao3, fanfiction . net and even wattpad is fine :3
i would really appreciate any help :)
I can’t remember, does John ever find out about why Sherlock jumped from the roof, faked his death, what he did when he was “dead,” and why he never contacted John? Like, did he find out what Moriarty was threatening to do?
If not, this is a huge oversight on the show. This would help resolve John’s anger towards Sherlock. Or maybe it happened off-screen, though I can’t imagine why they’d do that.
Like I’m enjoying the show but one thing keeps putting me off Where did John sleep? And where was the shower? Is it a two bedroom flat I say this because multiple times you would see only one bedroom and bath but most times you’d see John emerging from the shower to sit in the communal room So what was the living situation?
Day trip into town. Quick pint here.
Same as above
“Sherlock enjoyed prolonged success on Netflix before leaving the streaming service in 2021. Now, Sherlock will be coming to Hulu later this month, with Collider reporting that all 13 episodes will drop on the platform on March 26. This will include the divisive Christmas special The Abominable Bride.” - march 22.2024 from screenrant.
So as we all know, Sherlock got removed on Netflix in most if not all regions and is now on Hulu as well. But as I opened my Netflix today I couldn’t help but notice this:) I’m in Europe, does anyone else also have Sherlock on Netflix again? Very exciting that it’s returning to many streaming platforms! I’ve missed it on here, dearly
Has anyone else ever picked up on the fact that, when under stress, John reverts to militant ways? The main example is when he goes to Sherlock's grave, we literally see him about turn as he walks off, and after he's shot the cabbie in ASIP he stands at ease / easy and literally walks in a marching cadence. Whenever he's under stress he seems to revert to militant movements, and my theory is that he thinks if he can survive the physical being shot in the military then why can't the same thing work outside of it for any emotional things thrown at him? I love the details John has so so much.
This is the only explanation I can come up with. She recorded it before she left to move ajay’s target away from John. She knew something might happen, that she might die, and she wanted to leave something. I can imagine she’d go to Mrs Hudson, explain to her and ask her to keep the DVD until something happened to her. Mrs Hudson put it on Sherlock’s desk. I feel like Mrs Hudson would be loyal enough. We see her subtly helping Sherlock manage this case Mary gave him. To save John. I feel like she could’ve and would’ve done it.
What’s your favorite episode and why?
My top 3 are
A Scandal in Belgravia The Sign of Three The Reichenbach Fall (Favorite)
I’m curious to hear from others in terms of their favorite episodes and why.
These two killed these scenes especially the guessing game part. Watch again and laugh your arse off
