Applied to be an RA next year, the reference form got sent to the wrong email (.com instead of .net) and the deadline for them to fill it out has passed.
Y’all think that there’s anything ResLife can do about this or am I cooked?
Welp, it’s over. They know.
Time: 2:30 PM.
The lot was absolutely packed—I’m sitting there like, “Am I really about to illegally² park on the yellow lines?” I turn the corner, and BAM: the RU squad car raiding the lot, raining citations with no cyber Monday discounts.
Luckily (for me), while they were busy focused on you, I slipped by, hit 'em with the "this weather, huh?", and kept it moving. Guilty, but ticket-free.
Saying goes: don't need to be the fastest in a bear attack, just not the slowest. Same goes for RU tickets...
Sorry for your ticket today my fellow rule breakers, but your sacrifice wasn't in vain. xox.

I want to do make some homemade craft projects to decorate my dorm for the holidays! (Ie paper garland, paper snowflakes, etc). Is there somewhere on campus I can get these supplies for free?
Hey I was wondering if anyone has take this course with this professor because I can’t find anything on them. It an asynchronous course. If you have take it with them how was it,is the professor good.
Edit: (The professor name is slott, Michael)
So I'm coming from a CC after 2 years and I'm wondering what Rutgers is like in comparison in regards to academics, if anyone could give some insight. (Obvi I know it's very different but just curious for specifics!)
If anyone has any additional tips or advice, pls let me know!

if you still have money left on your fall term bill after the semester is over what happens?
are they rationing us??? where the fuck is the food???? i got one 10 minutes ago and half of the container is empty, not to mention we could only add one topping, god i hate it here
I know its too late now but guys seriously I need help. I am interested to take physics major and took honors physics 1 this fall but my grades are too low. I am about to fail the course. Its not like I don't understand any concepts. I get everything but am not able to apply the right concepts at given problems. I studied so hard for midterm2 but didn't do well. I feel like I should give up but my homework and quiz grades are A and I don't think they matter as much. For some reason I am not able to do well in exams no matter how hard I study. I am completely locking in for finals but do you think I still have a chance of passing the grade. My current grade in course is 25/60. I don't wanna fail this course frr.
Looking for 1 or 2 male roommates for off campus housing. Dm me for more details
Anyone in the GC that could send me the link? Tyia
I want to ask my professor for a LOR but should I do it in person? Or would email work? If I do it in person, when exactly do I talk to her?
Looking for two girls for on-campus apartments. My friend and I are military-affiliated so we will be waking up early (dw we are very quiet) and get priority housing. We are getting SOJO apartment on CA. We are looking for someone clean and respectful to the space. My roommate would love someone to talk to about fashion/makeup, I wouldn't mind anyone as long as we can all hang out, celebrate holidays, and not be awkward, and as long as they contribute to the household. They have to also be ok with male friends coming over (they will be with us the entire time and in one of our rooms) Contact me on insta: .fishb0wl.
if anyone is dropping an online section of intro to environmental science PLEASE message me.
I (19F) am a first-year student from out of state applying to Rutgers to start in the fall. Although I have watched a lot of videos about the school and done as much research as I can, I feel as if the best people to reach out to when it comes to what life is really like at Rutgers are the students themselves. As a young woman, one of my primary concerns is the safety of the area. Although I don't know much about New Brunswick, Jersey is kind of well known for its high crime rates. I realize that this might be more akin to parts of the state near bigger cities, but it doesn't hurt to ask. As a person who likes their alone time I want to know how safe it is for me to explore the area before sundown if I ever choose to do so. Apart from safe, is there a lot to do in the area, or does it kind of feel uninteresting?
Additionally, I want to know what the school spirit is like at Rutgers. At my current institution, almost nobody attends sporting games and it's kind of a bummer. Clubs and organizations have few members, and students who aren't part of any seem to look down on the rest of us who want to participate in these. I also would like to mention I am Hispanic, and although I am open to connections with all kinds of students, I think it would be cool to find people of similar backgrounds. Can any Hispanic students speak on what the experience has been like for you.
TL;DR Overall, what do you guys feel like the student life is like there?
I am applying to the Product Design major. Can any other Product design majors speak on their personal experience with academics? Do you feel as if the program is properly preparing you to go where you want to be in your careers?
Lastly, if you could start all over again, what would you do differently? What should I take from that perspective and apply it to my own student life if I chose to attend? Thanks so much in advance!
I don’t wanna go all the way to college Ave
specifically apple, visa, mastercard, etc. and in new brunswick
Title. But seriously i see atleast one person napping there everytime i go ( i nap there too lmao)

I have lived in Manhattan/Brooklyn for 4 years and am looking at a possible move to New Brunswick for graduate school.
Is there an area with young cool queer fun creative people? Is there a food scene? Is anything walkable?
i live in sojo apartments 4bed, 2bath. one of my roommates just told us she was pulling her contract today and wont be living with us next semester.
Im wondering if there was any process to find another roommate to replace her so we don't get stuck with a random person. If there was does the person have to be a senior as well? Or will it just be random and we won't be able to request someone specific? Or what are the odds we will end up getting another roommate?
this may be a stupid question but if you opt to live off campus one year but then decide the next year that you want to live on campus again, does that put you at a disadvantage in the lottery?
Recently I saw a influx of posts coming on reddit where people wanted to sell their items and stuff. I had created a website a few months back rahri.shop for this purpose so there is a dedicated place free of cost only for Rutgers students to list items and so it doesn't get lost among other posts on Snapchat and Reddit. It's very new so I know it may not be perfect 😂 but if you get time do give it a shot and spread the word! Would really appreciate any support. I am currently working on a app version of it and plan to launch soon so it's a bit easier to access and use on the go. You can give me feedback here or on discord (DM I'll send a link to join) and if you like the idea and want to work with me on the site and app , reach out to me in DMs !!! I was thinking we can make it into a club of some sort where we can work on hopefully something useful for Rutgers students and gain experience from it !
I'm a senior in ECE looking to take data structures next semester. Unfortunately I can't register for it because i dont have the SAS equivalent pre-req's. But ive taken intro to computers for engineers and programming methodology 1, which should both be acceptable replacements. And I KNOW they are because i requested an SPN for the class on the same grounds last semester and pretty much instantly was given an SPN (unfortunately scheduling just didnt line up). This time around though its been almost a month it feels like and my request is still just sitting there pending.
Is there any way to push my request through faster? Don't have a lot of experience with SAS spn's or who to ask.
So the admission deadline for Rutgers was last night at 11:59. I submitted that on Common App in time but I did not do the SRAR yet. Do I still have the 72 hours to do it or is it over for me?
Maybe something where a group of musicians go to a hospital or retirement home to play for the patients/residents? I was wondering if there’s anything on campus on perhaps in the middlesex/monmouth county area :)
Are there any easy 3-credit classes from any department you guys recommend, preferably async and/or little/no essays
Would anyone be interested in buying this bedazzled water bottle? Took me some time to place all the stones. It's brand new never used :) Looking about $25(maybe $20) for it it's super cute! Posting on here before I look for elsewhere to sell. I also do commissions and can bedazzle other things.Just looking to make some extra $.
