Hello everyone.
Recently I've been playing my game and tried opening my events/quests icon. But after I did I suddenly got bombarded with the same quest of hatching 3 eggs for the wild area 2024 and ever since every time I click on it I can't leave the tab and it starts getting laggy when I do.
Is there any way to fix this?
50+ gold berries and i even spent 100 coins on 20 pokeballs but i still didnt get it i only had like 10 ultra and 10 great balls i really got this spawn at the worst time possible
Is anyone else having an issue when you're fighting in raid, at some point it freezes and you get completely kicked out and have to rejoin? When I rejoin all my pokemon are restored to max health and this can happen several times for no reason. Recently however, the raid will just disappear entirely- I've lost 2 remote passes to this bug now and Niantic hasn't responded to the complaints I've put in. Am I the only one? Is there a way to fix this/something I can do to get Niantic's attention?
i know for a fact nobody is gonna be playing pokemon go at this site until next summer, if at all 😭 one day im going to be rolling in coins though
I already crashed multiple raids 😃😃 …………………………………………………………………………………………………………..,………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. ..
As someone who has just started playing GBL this season, these limited cup metas have been extremely helpful for somone like me to learn some of the fundamentals needed to excel in PVP. One of the main issues I ran into starting GBL is just the sheer volume of information that is necessary to know when it comes to all the different attacks, both charged and fast moves. The timings of the fast moves being 1 2 3 4 or 5 turns, energy generation of fast moves, energy costs of the charged moves, throwing charged moves on optimal timing, catching charge moves and and how all of that combines together in the different move sets of all the different pokemon. Its full on to say the least. And for someone like me, the hardest part has been being able to learn how to get just the concepts of it down. Every game I played (atleast at the elo I'm at which atm is 2100) the teams and more importantly the movesets I versed from game to game were so vastly different that it was hard to feel like I was able to even get a grasp anything at all.
Then came the Psychic Cup, and for those who played it they'll remember the meta very quickly turned into the same 5-6 different pokemon. WHICH WAS AMAZING. For someone like me trying to learn the concept of counting fast moves, having a meta where every pokemon used the same 3 fasts moves made learning how to do that so much easier. I wasn't burdened with also having to figure out fast move turns and optimal charge move throw timing because I was often using the same fast attack as my opponent. On top of that they all had the same charged moves as well, so most of the time I had the visual aid of my own charged attacks and the pacing I had on mine to help me also know when my opponents were going to have their moves charged as well.
I didn't play much of the Sunshine Cup but the Little Halloween Cup, with how limited that meta was with Marills and Shuckles, gave me a great place to learn how to implement counting fast moves and transition that into learning opponent charge move throw times that I didn't actively have a visual aid in front of me to help (cause lord knows I wasn't about to drop half a million stardust on two pokemon being only my first season playing GBL). Shuckles was the easier of the two to learn. With its fast move being cleanly divisible by both its main charge moves, keeping track of how much energy my opponent had became more and more second nature the more I battled. Marill was great aswell as it taught me about uneven? charge move pacing (being its 4 bubbles to its first aqua tail but only 3 for its next one).
With the Willpower Cup just gone I used that time to learn how to catch moves. With the spamminess of Qwuilfish and Drapion, learning how to catch an aqua tail or crunch onto my Mandibuzz became a staple part of me, not so much being able to win games, but feeling like I had more of a fighting chance as using shields optimally is still something I've yet to get a hang of. I will say that the android frame drops made this more difficult than it should have been but alas.
And finally with the current Retro Cup, with Oranguru and Girafarig forecasted to be quite common picks within the meta and them having 4 turn fast moves, I'm planning to use this cup to learn how to throw charged moves on optimal timing (ie after throwing a charge move, using one/two fast moves before throwing my second charge move).
I understand that if you were to already have all of the basics of GBL down pat, that these limited metas would become extremely stale after a sort time. Especially the ones that devolve into 4-6 different pokemon. But for those of use who are new, these limited environments give us a great place to learn without feeling to overwhelmed with the vast selection of moves, move turns, energy generation, type coverage, baiting, catching, shield switch and energy advantage, win cons, lose cons, and everything there is to learn about the intricacies of how all of that intertwines with one another. Hopefully one day I'll be at a place where all of that is second nature, and when that day comes and I inevitable find myself being annoyed at the limited metas of these cups. I hope I can look back and reminded myself that they were once the stomping grounds in which I learned to play this game I love and remind myself that there is probably another me out there using these metas to learn how to play GBL for the first time.
TLDR: The simplification of limited metas from the different cups have been great training grounds for me to learn the core fundamentals of GBL one mechanic at a time without feeling overwhelmed.
It’s my favorite shiny 😭😭😭 I have to right???? Found this baby today during raid hour which was a total fail, best was a 13/14/14 lol
But this little baby is SWEEEEET
If anyone took a screenshot of the pop up explaining how jumping into a friends raid works please post it here. I clicked out of it by accident while trying to read it and can't find it anywhere else. Thank you in advance!
What’s the most you have seen in one showcase..? I was get shocked when I see it at around 30. So this one really got me excited 😂
Wanted to pop in a pokemon and was trying to figure out if the missing button was a bug. Didn't see lil old steeling in timeout over there.
I have been trying to do everything to fix this. I've recovered my email, cleared my cache, shut off my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, verified my trainer club account, and nothing. I wanted to know if there was anything that I forgot, or if my account is just gone.
I have been playing this game everyday for the better part of the last 5 years. Lately it seems like pokemon are impossible to catch they are always jumping and smacking the ball around it’s getting ridiculous sometimes. And on top of that the daily incense thing that is supposed to give you good stuff gives me nothing but crap. I used to get shiny pokemon constantly and now it’s came to a screeching halt. Me and my dad love the game and it’s something for us to do together but our luck has been cut short.
Sorry for the rant.
Is it just me or anyone who use IOS/Iphone while playing pogo experience bug? After raid it's just white screen no catch encounter unless you restart the game, Then in wild spawn when you click the pokemon it's just white screen. Before the raid start the app will forced close resulting for you not to join the raid.
Anyone who experienced the same error or bug while using IOS any suggestion you can provide? Except buying new phone.
Tried reinstalling the app, I have a huge storage space on my phone
palkia and dialga problems i’ve done more then 10 remote raids a piece and still no moves has this happened to anyone else ? i don’t get what is happening im looking for anyone else with a problem or maybe a solution for this
0* but it’s fine. I think it’s super rare 🥹 correct me if I’m wrong 😭 posted on campfire but no one liked it so I wanted some validation for my rare find
I've started playing on my old account again, in order to spend time with 9 year old son. Game has developed so much since 2016 (when I started and stopped playing). He knows a lot more than I and he says I should level and evolve this Beldum asap.
I have a lucky Metagross CP 3608 that I've used candy on to build him up prior to getting this. I'd guess the IV is around 90 (its 14, 14, 12).
Is this worth ranking up (apart from coolness factor) ? I'll definitely do it but ofc stardust and candy being a limiting factor I just need to know whether its worth aiming for early or not?
e.g. at present I've got magikarp as buddy so I can get that evolve research cleared so won't be able to farm much Beldum candy
p.s. I'm quite excited about the Hundo. I don't have many at the moment at all
Thanks
How do you fix this? I went to claim my rewards, but it would not let me. It will take me to the max raid event page and won't let me claim my rewards. It will also not let me leave unless I close the app.
