Wannstedt, born and raised in western PA, played for and graduated from Pitt. He bleeds blue & gold. His last 3 seasons as coach, Pitt was 26-12 and briefly appeared in the top 10. For that, he was run out of town... Narduzzi is 14-12 last 2 seasons and hasn't beaten a SINGLE good team either year...and he got a contract EXTENSION. To hell with Pitt football. To hell with Pitt's administration.
What's up guys, Happy New Year!
2018 was a step in the right direction for many of Pitt's sports programs, and I wanted to know what you guys thought was the defining moment for Pitt Sports this year.
For me it is definitely the Capel hire. Within just short of a year he has completely turned the basketball program around, and has made us all optimistic for the future. Honorable mention for me goes to the 97 Yard TD run by Qadree against VT. Unreal run for the senior, and longest play from scrimmage in Pitt history.
I’ve never been to Charlotte for a game before but my wife and I bought tickets right after the game on Saturday. Any suggestions for a tailgating spot? Can we get a little Hail-gate going somewhere?
See yinz in Charlotte!

Per the above link you can no longer walk into the gravel lot to tailgate. Havent been to pitt in a few years so what lots can you still walk into and tailgate at? Only looking to park 1 car to get a tailgating spot for 25 people.
