Well this deck pictured here (TEAC A-103 with brand new belts) goes regularly for 240, but I’m willing to sell for $150! But that’s not all, I also have the following items!

All of these are generous prices compared to other offerings online, but I’m gonna make an even better offer. If you buy everything I’ve listed here in a bundle, I’ll sell it to you for $300! All in! All of the equipment has been tested to work. It’s all in relatively good cosmetic condition (with exception to some minor damage on the wood of the speakers). Under the hood everything has been cleaned out and inspected. The only upgrades made were brand new belts for the tape deck.

The store is a 20+ year luxury consignment shop off of south street so you’ll be around a LOT of designer bags and clothing (plus get a great discount too!)

Hours are conveniently only 11:30-6 or 11:30-5 on Sundays. They would be looking for someone for about 4 days a week. So 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day, unless you’d like more days.

Right off Spring Garden near Union Transfer, walking distance from a few different grocery stores, Target, plenty of bars and restaurants.

It’s one bedroom in a four bedroom house and you get your own bathroom. The room isn’t huge but the apartment is split into two floors and is pretty spacious for four people. No dishwasher but central air/heat and free in-unit laundry. There’s also a little fenced in backyard/garden area with some tables and a fire pit.

The other housemates are chill friendly people, early/mid 20’s, into art/music/photography. They would want to meet you and make sure everyone would be comfortable living together. They’re easy to get along with and as long as you’re a decent person who isn’t racist or homophobic or anything like that everything should be fine.

Rent is $721 plus internet and electric which usually add up to less than $50/month. One small dog or a cat should be no problem, there might be a pet fee.

hello! i (23 F) am planning on moving to philly in the coming months near the strawberry mansion area, between east falls and Allegheny west. How would one say the area is? many people i’ve mentioned moving to philly have had concerns about safety. Is the area safe? am i in any immediate danger being that im a female and living alone. any help from people that are already living in philly, especially alone would help! any tips and tricks to staying safe?
