I'll be selling single issues and trades at 16th and Wharton on Oct 5 from 11am-4pm. Trying to make some space so things are gonna be priced to sell!
My partner is currently job hunting after losing a job due to safety/management issues. She has an MFA in English and experience teaching college students, several years experience in medical admin, and is really looking for some kind of admin position (or better yet, something more in her field), but is prioritizing just getting an ok job fast. She’s been applying around for months and is just not hearing back from anyone. She’s still applying at UPenn and Temple but knows those jobs will take months to get through the hiring process (at least that’s what happened to me when I got my job) so is looking for ideas for where to apply in the meantime.
She’s a competent and qualified worker! I hate to see her struggling to find work like this but this job market is miserable. Any recommendations are welcome.
Hey, I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in Philadelphia. I can afford up to $1000 per month. Please direct message me for contact info.
SOLD Electric Scooter for Adults, 8.5inch Solid Tire Scooter, 350W Motor, Up to 15.5MPH 19Miles Range LED Light, Portable Folding Commuting E-Scooter with Double Disc Braking and App
Originally $200 per scooter + $80 shipping each. Comparable models with free shipping on Amazon are north of $300. So we're asking $200 OBO per scooter so you save basically a hundred bucks on shipping and tax. Edit to add: Actual photos to be uploaded later. One of the scooters has a broken brake light
Works great. Used only twice. You can try it out when we meet up to see that it works and is in great shape. I wanted a scooter that gets you around the city at a reasonable pace without having to recharge so this was a great option. We just decided we don't like scooting in the city. Open to selling one or both together.
Original place we purchased: https://www.amazon.com/Electric-Scooter-25-35Miles-Portable-Commuting/dp/B0CMKWM2N6/ref=sr_1_84?keywords=electric+scooter&qid=1699657052&sr=8-84
I'd love to take a better photo for you but had to use my webcam because I can't take a pic of the phone with my phone :P
100% functional, no issues whatsoever. Still holds a full charge. COMPLETEY unlocked and usable with any carrier (was last on Comcast mobile.)
There are some cracks on the FRONT of the phone as pictured. They're very hard to see and completley a cosmetic issue.
Have original box. Asking $575, cash zelle or venmo. Pick up in West Philly or public meet up in Center City.
Hi,
Have a used AMD R9 270, 2GB for sale.
Asking for $200 or best offer. Local pickup only.
Can’t attend my absolute faves Nada Surf at Underground Arts tonight. $60 for both, or best offer.
2 tickets for tonight’s Softies show at PhilaMOCA. Don’t want them to go to waste so not looking to make the original price of $50 for the pair back.
Sad to miss it but really overestimated my energy for a weeknight show (even for a quieter band) back in June when I got them. ☹️
Looking to get face value $40/each
Was used only ~15 times. Retails on Amazon for $150 currently
Pick up in Cherry Hill
Tickets for Sofi tukker tonight
I’ve got a pair of General Admission tickets for their show tonight at Franklin music hall. I’m way out in the suburbs with kids and should have known better than a Wednesday night show.
If anyone has interest let me know.
Newly renovated detached 2 story home. PARKING + SOLAR
WORK / LIVE SPACE (CMX 2 ZONING!). Located in West Powelton village.
https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3823-Pearl-St-Philadelphia-PA-19104/122287191_zpid/?view=public
The owner invested in solar panels as a major expense, which will significantly save on electric costs. The heat / HVAC is on new "Heat Pump" units which are very efficient, so with solar there will be very minimal electric costs. Another major feature is this property is managed by a "mom and pop business" and not a management company, that have owned houses in Powelton village since the 80's. You will have a great, interesting local and responsive landlord that cares about the property.
1st floor parking (ability to get a small car inside only), with a metal pull down gate, and first floor office and rear outdoor area. Would be great for someone who wants a studio / shop / storefront / flex space on the first floor, with an office and outdoor area in the back. CMX2 zoning also allows commercial possibility.
Great natural lighting with windows on two sides in the living space, and a first floor skylight in the office. The second floor is renovated with an open living concept, new bathroom and kitchen and high ceilings for a 2nd floor building.
Would be an amazing space for a couple or single person who wants their own two story property. New developments down the street rent for the same price as this house, and again anticipated electric costs should be much lower than a single family home due to the solar panels!
Steps to beautiful Saunders Park and Penn Presbyterian / Trauma Center. Short walk to Drexel's Campus, UPenn, 30th St Station and West Powelton Village and shops and dining on Lancaster Ave!
My partner and I are moving in together and they are leaving their sweet little 1BR in West Philly. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and quiet with super efficient central air/heat, a reliable and attentive private landlord, a large shared backyard perfect for a fire pit and even a travel hammock. Shared laundry in the basement. The location couldn't be better - its a quiet, tree-lined block steps from the trolley, 42 bus, Clark Park, Alif Brew, and other shops and restaurants in the area and a quick commute to Penn/Drexel/St. Joe's/CHOP/HUP/Presby (20 min walk, <10min bike ride).
Here's the Zillow post. I can answer questions about the space but the landlord can be contacted through the Zillow post for applications.

Hey all. Tix for sale on stub hub for tonight’s show. $125 each.
Selling a terramaster F-4 210 network attached storage. Used about 9 months. Works perfectly, just upgraded. Comes with one 3TB drive.
$140 or best offer, all offers considered
Bought the tickets for my friends and I before the overflow show was added in August and there were none next to each other. It was an amazing show and any fan would love it.
These three are all in a line but separate rows — Loge4, seat 14 in rows A B C. Loge seats have a great view, I'm happy to share pics.
Selling each for what I paid, $113. If you buy all three, I'll make it $300. You can also buy them directly on Ticketmaster, but the minimum I'm allowed to set them at is $125.93.
Used less than 15 times. Image included. I have a video showing it opening and closing if want to see it working.
Pick up only in Cherry Hill.
Hi! I bought a ticket for dilly dally fest day 2( Saturday), however I now want to go to a different day. If anyone is interested in buying my ticket (I’ll give you a 10$ discount), or trade me for a Sunday or Friday ticket, let me know!

Orginally 1000 dollars for both, don't remember the brand, but bought them 4 years ago. Kept indoors and cleaned regularly.

Seats are Mezzanine 4, Row G, seats 6&7 I decided to buy tickets for a different show in NYC for the same day. I’m not trying to make any money on them & and I got them on a discount for $59 total
I have an out of state vehicle. I don’t have the money right now to change the title and registration, to apply for a parking permit right now. Money is pretty tight I’m living paycheck to paycheck. Originally parking in south ppa was only hitting sometimes on Sundays. But it seems like the are ramping it up. I’m getting blasted with tickets. Is there like an app or tracker for these scumbags or radio scanner I can check to see when they are on my block? Should I park a different street over? I know the 6am -6pm no truck parking is an elite spot but I lost that spot last week and it hasn’t opened back up. What would be the best moves to track their movements or get in the head of ppa so I can continue to dodge them while not having to go through the permitting process. What are the times they operate? Also sorry for those who may see this as a guy taking up permitted spaces, I’m just trying to survive out here.
Putting feelers out as my lease will be ending this winter and my roommate is moving to another town. The apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a garage in a great location! Rent is $950/mo. About me: I’m a 25 year old girl who has a hybrid work schedule. I’m a pretty low key person and enjoy having friends over on occasion. I love cooking and keeping the house clean. Currently don’t have any pets but may possibly get a dog in the future. I’m looking for a f roommate with the same sort of vibe :)
