Hello, I’m Addie💚 I’m a 32 year old witch from Louisiana🐊 I just made my first year as a witch and looking back on my past year I am very happy with all I learned and all I accomplished. I feel like I grew as a person and I deepened my connection with myself in ways that I think will really shape me as a better and more confident and happy person in the long run. As I was reflecting I realized I tend to really keep to myself. Which isn’t a bad thing, but by keeping to myself I am missing out on experiencing life with others. A bit about me: I have a lot of interests and hobbies. I love to read, write, craft, journal, watch shows, make jewelry, etc. I tend to hyper focus on one thing and the rest sorta goes on the wayside. Currently my hyper fixation is journaling. I am a witch who has been on my path for a little over a decade now. My practice is primarily focused on healing myself and others - I am looking for those who are similarly focused on cultivating growth, abundance, and peace within their own practices.

I practice polytheism and follow gods from the Mediterranean and Levant, primarily drawing from Greece and Sumer. My practice is simultaneously animistic and grounded in the physical.

Witchcraft wise I am rather diverse, with a practice that primarily incorporates animism, spirit work, planetary magick, astrology, kitchen witchery, petitioning, and folk craft. I have also been influenced by my time with groups practicing tradcraft, Thelema, and Hellenic polytheist reconstructionism. Within my craft I work primarily with the Sun, Venus, Mars, the Ocean, storms, and the fair folk.

Outside of witchcraft I enjoy art, cooking, crafting, fantasy romance books, and video games (survival, horror, and silly coop stuff).

I am a very straightforward and principled person and I don't stay in relationships where there is passive aggression, manipulation, or a lack of boundaries. I love big and would like to become very close to another witch, but I am also very boundaried in order to protect the peace that I've worked so hard to build. Ideally I'd like to connect with someone who shares these values and who has put a lot of work into themself and is willing to take some time for us to build trust and feel each other out. About my own path: I work with and worship the gods of the Ugaritic and related Canaanite pantheons and personally practice a more eclectic approach to witchcraft in addition to it. I am Séraphine, a beginner witch and pagan living in a small french town with my two cats (a mother son duo).

I spend my time drawing, reading, watching weird art house movies, finding new bands on bandcamp, and collecting hand made dolls. I also go to a theater club each week and have a show at the local radio station, where i read strange stories from around the world.

As for my practice, i would say i am an agnostic eclectic pagan. Dionysus reached out to me three years ago, when i was struggling with depression. Before that, i was an atheist, but i enjoyed going to pagan and/or witchy meetup because i was fascinated by folklore and myths.

I also work with archetypes, toys, and pop culture. Children books characters, outsider artistes, surrealists, cheesy monster movies, etc..

My spirituality is a mixed media collage of different textures and colors.

As you can probably see, my english is far from perfect, but i hope to make some progress. :)

Being autistic, i would love someone to share my nerdy interests with. Outside of witchcraft and paganism, i love learning about folklore and folktales, weird movies (kinda obsessed by the Czech new wave), goblincore fashion and aesthetic, outsider art and surrealism.

So I’ve always have a love for witch craft and magic, I started getting into it when I was I was a teen but due to life fell off, now I’m in a huge transitional period of my life looking to channel my energy into something positive. I’m finding myself more into manifestation, meditation, health, cooking, self love, and working with the seasons/moon, things of that realm. My life has been full of pain, loss, trauma, and abuse. I’m a bit more traditional, as far as practice and lifestyle is concerned. I’m happily married (we’ve been together since I was 18) and I have 4 (going on 5) children who I homeschool. I prefer female penpals but I’m willing to write to males if it’s like a “family penpal” situation.

One of my kiddos has autism that’s pretty profound, which makes it hard to make friends in person because people can be judgy of him. I have been told by drs that I likely am as well, but my friends say you wouldn’t really notice unless you already knew a lot about it, but they’re also not surprised lol. i've been a practicing witch for a solid 2-4 years, although i've been very on-and-off due to low energy. i'm also a Hellenic polytheist, though i've only considered myself such for a week or so now. during the past few weeks, however, i've been learning everything i can about the gods (while trying to keep my energy in check). i have more beliefs than just Hellenic polytheism as well, but i won't go in-depth about that here lol.

Since then I have been formally initiated into Gardnerian Wicca, the Minoan Brotherhood, and Thelema's O.T.O. I am also taking the OBOD Bardic training. Informally, I have studied and continue to study Quareia, other forms of Druidry, non-Wiccan witchcraft, renaissance astrology, and medieval grimoires. The nucleus of my interest is in fin-de-siecle British magick, though yours need not be. I am interested in people's ideas and lived experience.

Outside of the occult, I enjoy various arts and crafts, especially painting and knitting; cooking; and spending time out in nature, whether it be in parks, hiking, or camping. I do not favor the beach as I burn quickly, though a beach at night can be very fine.
