A great place to to learn about the beer culture in Orlando. From our local breweries, rare releases, and the month's top watering hole, we are here to talk about all things beer in and around Orlando.

I know this is probably hard to find anywhere in Florida but I just thought I'd ask if anyone knew a place.
First time home brewing here in Orlando. Had a successful time cooking a brown ale last night. Let ya know how it turns out in ~2 weeks.
My wife and I are moving from Milwaukee to Orlando this summer. We are in our early 30's and do not have any kids. We currently live in the city and love being able to walk to local breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. We're hoping to find a house/townhouse with a yard, in a neighborhood that is still somewhat walkable and close to breweries and restaurants. We're open to living in the city of Orlando, or suburbs that maintain this feel. Any recommendations would be very greatly appreciated.
Hello wonderful people. I am a brewer visiting from Fort Collins, CO. I am going to be staying near the corner of Universal Boulevard and W Sand Lake Road. Are there any breweries close by that you would recommend?
Thanks in advance
BJ’s Restaurant is now selling growlers of their beer to go!
Hello kind folks, I’m going to be attending a conference at the Orange County Convention center in October. Looking for recommendations on craft destinations nearby, especially gastorpub like places. I’ll have non craft beer folks traveling with me, so good eats are key. Thank you!
I'll be visiting for a work trip in the end of Feb, staying at Coronado Springs resort. I would like to find an easy place to stop off on the way to the hotel to pick up some packaged beer. What are some good options along the 528/ I4 corridor? Not sure of the laws in FL, so I dont know if breweries or bars can do 6-packs or crowlers tog-go. Can someone enlighten me?
I would also love some recommendations for exceptional regional IPAs. We get plenty of Cigar City in Austin, so I'm looking for something else.
Just moved down to Longwood, and I moved away from all of my craft beer loving friends. I dropped by Hourglass during lunch, and found out about the Central Florida Ale Trail, which is really exciting! Anyone in this area that loves craft beer, and wants to meet up, possibly even one night ever week or other week to try a new breweries, it would be nice to meet some folks.
I'm a 40ish male, but I don't really care who you are as long as you are reasonably reasonable. Anyone interested?
I’m going to a conference in a few months, that will be hosted at the Hilton on bonnet creek. Looking for recommendations of stores/breweries/bars/taprooms within walking distance that are worth checking out.
I’m specifically looking for local beers.
My buddy is visiting Orlando tomorrow. What bottle shops or breweries should he hit up? Anything hidden gems he should try to mule back? Told him to look out for Cigar City and Funky Buddha. He will not have a car but will be taking a lot of lyfts.
Their beer is pretty damn good too. I recommend the Bumby Blonde and Mur de Huy.
Hi, /r/orlandobeer!
I am a bartender at The Thirsty Topher in Ivanhoe Village, and I wanted to let everyone know that a few weeks after our big move to Virginia and Baltimore streets, we are once again accepting debit/credit for payment.
Additionally, we do happy hours from 4PM to 7PM, and now 11PM to 2AM ($1 off all drafts and house wines).
Thank you Orlando, for being so great to us.
I am coming in and staying at the Hilton Bonnett Creek. I would like to pick up some good beers to drink and take home. This seems to be the closest store that I could Uber to. Can anyone let me know if there is anywhere else and what all breweries I should be able to find (Just your favorites will do)?
49" x 25" fully functional budweiser neon sign for sale. $300 obo. On/Off pull string. Hit me up if you have any questions. Post is on craigslist as well.
Beer drinkers unite!! Please help me determine if this beer festival in mid November is worth the $45 and if its unlimited or not. Sounds fun but not too many details on the website.
I've tried all the regular stuff they have, and I think most of the one-off beers that've been available for a short run. Anybody have a favorite? Were there any limited beers that we may have missed?
I live really close, so I'm there ore often than I should be. Anybody catch the Kentucky Derby beer - the mint/bourbon deal? I think I may have been one of the few people who liked it.
