Before now, my only experience watching ball has been via national broadcasts and our boys here at home. It was easy to take Joel and AD for granted, but after getting used to them, the commentary for the pre-season opener between the Celtics and the Nuggets is so dry and emotionless. Especially for a small-market team, we’re lucky to have as much talent as we do on the commentary.

That's 8 players that will and should definitely get those minutes over him to start the season. Guys like Javonte Green, Missi and Karlo are right there too. So where does Hawk fit in there?

I think he would have to have a fg% of at least 40% through the first few weeks, limit his turnovers and play solid, aggressive defense to have a chance to play in the second half. Obviously he still has the upside to give 20 a night shooting a 40% 3 ball, but can he do the little things right to get those minutes and unlock that potential? Thoughts?

Does anyone live in the Zachary/BR area that has gotten an antenna they recommend that gets channel 9.3? Me and my girl picked one up from Walmart but it doesn't get a good signal at all for 9.3, low signal quality/strength no matter where I put it.

Is the new pelican channel on direct tv lineup?

Get a set of bunny ear antennas at Walmart or Best Buy and you’re good. There’s no Gray TV affiliate in Lafayette but they’re working to find a local station to carry the broadcasts.

Looks like BI is really embracing and changing how he plays(obviously I want to see some middies still because he’s so good at it), can’t wait to see him, DJ and Z play together

So I was thinking about getting league pass for this upcoming season. I see online it says that the blackout games would be 3 days before archive. So I can’t watch blackout games for 3 whole days?!? Am I just expected to avoid the internet for 3 whole days just to see if the pelicans won with out being spoiled?!? That really sucks if that is the case. I have the NFL+ for football & the replays are ready in a couple hours if that, even the WNBA app has their replays available. So why should I have to wait 3 whole days?!?
