Back on December 2nd, I got a bluray + digital code copy of The Wild Robot. I redeemed the code and it shows up on my MA account. However, it didn't sync up with my Google account. It's been 2 weeks now and it still hasn't shown up in my YouTube movies. I've disconnected/reconnected my Google account multiple times and crickets. Nothing.

Today, I got the Home Alone/Home Alone 2 DVD + digital code set. I redeemed those codes and they popped up on YouTube almost immediately. Wild Robot is still not there. What gives?!

Hi! So I know the Sony Rewards program is ending on 12/31/24, but I was wondering if anyone has redeemed a reward code on Movies Anywhere lately. I used several of my earned codes a month or so ago and was going to use up the last couple today, but when I tried to enter the codes, I got an error saying my codes were invalid. Has anyone redeemed a Sony code lately? Maybe I used up all my codes but I was fairly certain I had at least one unused code to use.

TL:DR has anyone redeemed an earned Sony Reward pass on Movies Anywhere in the last couple weeks? I am trying to figure out if it’s a case where I used all my codes or they stopped accepting them. Thanks in advance for your help!

They usually do a new sale on different movies every Tuesday and Friday and it’s been almost 2 weeks since they put a new movie on sale. What in the world is going on?

I just started using MA and have connected Fandango at home and am a little confused on the optimal places to redeem and buy digitally. To my understanding,

Redeem 4k code: MA

Redeem non 4k code: AppleTV (free upgrade)

Redeem 4k unsupported MA code (Lionsgate, etc.): Fandango

Buy digital movie: ?

Are there any pros/cons on where you buy digital movies directly?

I’ve used Fanflix for a while now and I’ve noticed how lame their “deals” have become recently. It was never a site with tremendous bargains but it’s rare to find Movies Anywhere compatibility on there anymore. Almost everything is Fandango at Home and the prices have shifted from $4.99 to $7.99— even for movies that are standard definition.

The most recent Warner Bros. offer is a great example. I did a double take when I saw Dumb & Dumber in HD with a $9.99 price tag. Ironically that IS pretty dumb. Does anyone still have positive feelings with Fanflix or am I alone on this.

I have been buying on vudu for a long time now but their customer service has been extraordinarily useless in resolving playback issues for over of my shows in that library. I’ve been rebuilding my library on Apple TV but there are of course, some issues with the porting process that Apple can’t fix because they weren’t directly purchased through them.

I know that you used to be able to gift yourself an item through iTunes but at the moment I lack constant access to a pc with iTunes on it if that even still an option. Is there any pointer way to repurchase a movie on Apple TV so it can be directly through them? It would also fix an issue with a movie in my mother’s library that can be purchased in hd there but since it’s a port, it isn’t possible.

Im going through all my old blu rays, roughly 400, and looking to see if i have codes that I can transfer to Movies Anywhere but most of them are digital codes for ultraviolet or itunes. Frustrating.

If you're an Xfinity Rewards member, they're giving away 'The Polar Express' to keep. It is a Movies Anywhere title, but you will need to make sure Xfinity as a retailer is connected to your MA account.

I already owned it so I didn't try and claim.

They say it's available to claim by December 16!

The website says "this device does not support playback" which I assume is because I'm using a 1440p display, but it's an ASUS OLED with great HDR I'd like to use. Is there no way to use HDR with 1440p?

Hi all, “National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation” — is being offered for free from Xfinity. You have to be a customer and signed up for their rewards program. It is MA compatible and in HD quality.

Has anyone ever gotten it at this price or is this just a glitch? Every once in a while, it pops up as on sale at 9.99 but even deleting my connection to iTunes does not show that price available with any of the retailers available.

I know most people on this subreddit are probably American so they don't have this problem. I'm in Canada and I have a Canadian iTunes account. A while back I emailed support asking them if there was a way to connect my Canadian iTunes account to my MA account without changing it to a US account, seeing as how I didn't have to change my Google Play or my Microsoft Movies & TV account. They told me "At this time, to connect a digital retailer account, the account must be US based. If your iTunes account is from Canada, you can't connect it to Movies Anywhere. We will send along the suggestion that you would like retailer accounts from Canada to be included on Movies Anywhere in the future."

I was wondering if everyone could email support asking them to allow accounts for all retailers from other countries, not just US, to connect to an MA acount, even if they just count it as a suggestion. I recognize this will not make it guaranteed to happen, nor that MA is the only group who has a choice in the decision, just that it will hopefully have MA realize that people from other countries want to be able to connect their accounts without them being US.

I've heard that the shining 4k digital code is hard to find, my friend recently ordered the 4k for me and I am curious if it comes with the digital code, amazon say it does come with it, the reviews say it doesn't, can someone clear up this confusion for me? (Edit: it didn't come with the code, and this might seem a little selfish, but if anyone has the code, could they let me know, because I'm so close to being decked out wit. The shining stuff, I now own the book, 4k, blu ray, dvd, miniseries dvd, miniseries blu ray, I have it purchased on prime video, so I just need the digital now to complete it.)
