The Good, the Bad and the Ugly is one of my favorite movies to just sit down and enjoy for a few hours when there's nothing in my mind, and I think the soundtrack is partly at fault for that. I like the movie itself even without the soundtrack but Ennio Morricone's music just makes it so much better. It's also a pattern with other movies like The Hateful Eight and Once Upon a Time in the West (both by Ennio Morricone, among others), I like them much more than other similar westerns.
Do you think something similar happens, where the soundtrack of a movie tricks people into thinking goods movie are among the best of all time?
Not sure if this is the right place to put this but academia calls. Im currently writing my undergrad dissertation about the affects of music in animations. I would be so grateful to anyone who fills out the survey <3 It'll only take like 15 minutes I promise. Much Love

I searched for a Subreddit such as this specifically to get real help finding this song, I hope I'm not breaking any rules making this post, if I am please let me know beforehand, or at least point me towards a subreddit that's more intended for asking about finding certain songs.
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas is one of my favorite movies, but one thing that's itched my mind about it is that there's a particular song that's used in the movie that no matter how much I deep dive the internet for, I can't seem to find.
The song first appears when Hunter enters the hotel room, and finds Gonzo in the bathtub, it's playing the song through the AM/FM radio (and no, I'm not referring to White Rabbit by Jefferson Airplane, it's the song that plays the first time he enters the bathroom, and can be heard reverberating through the room beforehand). I also remember the song playing near the end as Hunter and Gonzo are rushing through the city to the airport in the messed up white Cadillac.
If it helps, I can also provide time marks for all the scenes in the movie that the song appears, but let me know in the reply section.
Thank you for reading this!
Hello I have been searching for this version, literally since 1998.
The movie credits 6 versions of "Bésame Mucho" and none of them are this version. It is unlisted, not included in the soundtrack nor the score albums.
The version I am referring to is the one that plays when Ms. Dinsmoor first meets Finnegan Bell. The automatic record player changes the vinyl and Ms. Dinsmoor starts dancing while saying "Chicka Boom, Chicka Boom". It is in English and sung by a male vocal. While the underlining instruments resemble rock style, the vocal leaning towards punk. Especially shouting in punk rock / metal style while singing "whoever thought I'd be holding you close to me, whispering it's you I adore"...The song also finishes with the vocal shouting "Chica Boom".
I asked multiple AI models to help me find it but none could help... The closest I got is the version from "The Ventures" but it is instrumental and does not include any vocals.
If anybody knows what I am referring to, please help me find this.

It starts at 2:50. What song is it?
I have been told that the soundtrack playing in the background is from the 300 movie. However I have researched all their soundtracks and found nothing. It might be a spinoff on YouTube? Anyway can you guys help me find the soundtrack?
Help a girl out please! This has been driving me nuts ever since I first saw this TV movie. There's a song that is briefly played in the movie by Richard Dean Anderson's character in the car, but I can’t find this (full) song anywhere, not in the credits, not when I tried to Shazam it or Google the lyrics… and it’s a real banger. Does really sound like an 80s/early 90s tune. The TV Movie is In The Eyes of a Stranger 1992, starring Richard Dean Anderson and Justine Bateman.

Starting to think more and more they created it for the TV movie to cut down on costs. There’s a lot to obtaining music rights…and they’d probably have to mention the song in the credits too then, but the credits are rather brief.
The people in the crew who would most likely have made this song are Tom Bähler or Will Kaplan, but no mention of this TV movie anywhere on their discography (or I missed it):

Hi guys. Here’s my reconstruction of the film version of the track “Kaboom!” from the OST of The Hunt for Red October
Though not technically a Halloween movie, it definitely fits the vibe today! Thanks for watching, and hope you have a great day! 🪲🥤🪲🥤🪲🥤
