Memphis Showboats Player Transactions Report (November 25-26, 2024)
The UFL Communications Department advised the Memphis Showboats have made the following player transactions this week.
Players released on waivers:
- Anthony Butler, ILB
- Connor Christian, DL
- Daylon Mack, DL
- Jarey Elder, S
- Jeff McCulloch, OLB
- Malik Lawal, ILB
- Terrill Hanks, OLB
- Titus Swen, RB
Above players were eligible to be claimed by other UFL teams on the waiver wire until 6 pm on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. None of the above were picked up, and their contracts have now been terminated. All are now available as unrestricted free agents and may sign with any UFL team.
Not surprised the new GM and coach are cleaning house. Lots of improvement needed on defense. Hoping we start to see more signings and can get a better idea of where the roster is headed (so far the biggest free agent signings on defense have been former Maulers from the 2023 USFL team).
