We have a place to practice but if you could provide another place to practice that way we’re not constantly annoying one persons neighbors we can switch it up.
Would prefer you to have a car
And you definitely need your own equipment (instruments, amps, etc)

Ridley is on now and the vocal track is missing. It's weird, the music and the sound effects are audible. I sent a message to KET's help line. Can anyone else hear dialogue?
I absolutely fell in love with Louisville when I visited this summer. From the beer to the Bourbon, you all have a great thing going on there. I can't wait to come back!
We are looking to get our engagement photos done in a historic building or just something that gives “grand” vibes. Similar to the Seelbach Hotel… any ideas?

Maybe this isn't the place for this, but my lady and I are looking at a home for sale in Louisville, in the Park Hill neighborhood, and I'm trying to find out more about the neighborhood. Online everything seems to show the area as very high in crime while reviews from people that live there say it isn't that bad. Going by the crime statistics the neighborhood is about 30% higher in every type of crime besides vandalism than where we live currently in Jackson, Ms.
The second thing that worries me is that the house we are looking at is in our price range, but while it is a shotgun style home it has clearly been remodeled and had a decent amount of money put into it. So why has this house gone back up for sale every few years even after someone put a lot of time into remodeling it? There was the pandemic and the Airbnb market screwing everything up with real estate, but I'm certain I don't have all the information I need to be confident to buy a house there. Are there any better resources or just straight up eyewitnesses that could let me know more?
I’m looking at going back to nursing school for my ADN. I started the process for Galen already, but have had multiple people tell me not to go there. Now I’m second guessing. What are thoughts/opinions? Should I go elsewhere?
