Summary

The Galaxy keep their undefeated home streak alive with a strong performance against NYCFC. Not only did hte Galaxy get the win, but the defense got a clean sheet against a high octane offense. It is a nice statement win while key players such as Riqui, Gaston, etc are out. Diego Fagundez has been building a good case on why he should be a starter, and Dejan is letting the league know that he's going for the golden boot.

The Galaxy need to regroup as they have another game this Saturday at Salt Lake. What did you think of the game?

The Galaxy are coming off a dominating performance at home against SKC and are looking to keep their home undefeated streak alive as NYCFC come. NYCFC were on a nice win streak until last weekend, and are looking to bounce back. Both teams have played each other 6 times, and the Galaxy are 2-4-0 (W-L-D) with a -1 GD. However, at home, they are 2-2-0 (W-L-D) with a +1 GD.

Santiago (Santi) Rodriguez, their MVP, and U22 player is having a MVP like season leading the team in goals and assist (7g + 6a). Alonso Martin is also a goal dangerous forward with 6 goals. Keep an eye on Luis Barazza, their goalkeeper as the Galaxy find a way to score on him. What are you looking forward to? Gz up!

Just touched down in LA from the UK and heading to the Galaxy game tomorrow to meet with some of the LARS guys. I was planning on buying a jersey from the store but then I thought, does anyone have a Galaxy shirt they don’t wear/want any more? Could be a retro or a recent shirt and of course I would be willing to pay a little if someone has one. Just thought it would be a bit more special than just buying one off the hanger.

I'm a STM and checked the offers after receiving the Know Before You Go email. There is a Mystery Pack add-on, $15. Does anyone know what it is? Yes, I understand what a mystery is but someone knows, and people always talk. Any insight would be appreciated.

Also, what is this Beer Pack? I didn't see it as an add-on, $15 for a beer would be a $5 savings! That's the add on I want to enjoy.

So my soccer fandom comes in waves. Always loved the sport but following a team has peaks and valleys. Whenever I am super into it I’m all about the Galaxy. Sorry if I offend any diehards.

So the last time I watched every Galaxy game was pre Covid and we still had Keane and Donovan. Some Zardes and Omar Gonzalez. I don’t recognize most of the team any longer. Who should I be keeping my eye on? Any future stars? I see we don’t really have any aging legends as usual.

And I gotta know, what’s the Chicharrito deal? He just fall off in form or was there some off field stuff or what? Used to love that kid.

Quakes fan coming in peace!

I will be in Santa Monica from this Sunday to next Thursday to watch the Copa America matches between Brazil and Costa Rica and Mexico Venezuela. Any good sports bar near Santa Monica where I can set up shop for the day and watch the euros and copa America matches?

Specifically thinking about: SUNDAY 3pm USA Bolivia, Monday 12pm Croatia Italy, Tuesday 9am - 8pm non stop euro and copa America matches
