The Los Angeles Clippers Sub

As I’ve mentioned elsewhere, I’m one of the volunteer leaders in The Swell (the FT distraction/chant people) on The Wall. Things have been going very good so far from our perspective, but I want to know what are some thoughts and feedback you guys have so that I can bring it up with the other leaders. This is year 1 and we’re trying to build up even more ways for us to be a force. I’ve personally been trying to listen to and grab as much criticism and ideas from the sub as possible, (you guys have been very useful), so I want to hear even more of it.

You love to see it. When I went there today they were setting up the Kris Dunn display, so they’ll be selling his jersey in the arena from now on. They only had the red for him today, but they’ll likely have the rest of the jerseys at tomorrow’s game.

Hi everyone! I’m going to the Clippers game tomorrow with my dad and my boyfriend and I just got this email today. Should I RSVP? Does everyone get this? I’m not really sure what it’s for.

With the west being a firefight every game and the clippers fighting between the 4-8 seed wouldn’t it make sense to cash in now on a big move.

I say cash in on Zion at this rate with his value being at an all time low. I get that he is injury prone but I argue that’s all weight related issues that get solved with management that won’t let him do whatever he wants. On top of it with the new stadium you have your cornerstone block for the future with him and you can build on his connections with harden/ in coming free agents

I don’t expect kawhi to play at this rate and ty Lue has done an amazing job with injuries stars and 2nd units. I get that you will have to give up pieces but in a guards league today you can find pieces anytime.

I swear this is the lamest move. A) It's forced and cringey; B) It adds pressure; C) If you want to support the player then you should CHEER; D) It gives away fans the perfect opportunity for their boos/jeers to be heard.

NY Liberty fans were doing this during the WNBA finals and Stewie bricked a bunch of clutch ones lol.

I was told that parking at the stadium is $70 which is definitely on the pricey end. Is there a nearby lot that’s cheaper that we could walk or uber to the stadium from?

Considering Kevin was out last night and bones didn’t play a single second, i fear it might be over for him. I thought Kevin’s absence would give bones an opportunity but Ty lue opted to play harden for the entire second half over giving bones a few minutes. I think that if he doesn’t get any minutes vs the trail blazers, I doubt he is ever getting another opportunity with the clippers

I’ve never followed the NBA properly until this year so I don’t know how and when teams usually trade and sign players. Anyone know when this type of stuff usually happens?

Anyone in here happen to have season tickets in section floor 22?

With Miller earning Ty's trust now, and eventually KPJ and Kawhi, if I can do math, that equals 12 guys.

I wonder if Ty will go with a 12 man rotation when KpJ and Kawhi come back.

If Ty truly is a great coach, he will now have no excuses with the options he'll have to choose from for whatever matchup he has.

I believe gsw do a 12 man rotation.

For me, the idea would be less minutes on everybody so either one of two or both things happen:

Either it's like a minutes restriction so players are not worn out, and/or, players can give even more effort when they are out there cause they know they won't be out for as long.

I always thought it would be interesting to almost do a sort of hockey like subbing, where it's almost like a hiit exercise. Higher turnover, constant fresh guys who can give 110% more often.
