Saddlemen Extreme Custom Step Up 24 Road Glide
Saddlemen Extreme Custom seat fits 24 model touring/23.5 cvo. Used for 1 season. Getting rid of it cause I got a different seat. Carbon with gold lattice stitch. Gripper lumbar panel. There's a little pinhole tear on the bottom where the bag guards sit on it, but it's not noticeable when installed(see photo). Asking $400 local pickup only near Chicagoland area(nw suburbs)

Looking for advice on what my dad's bike may be worth.
My father passed away last week, and I believe his bike is fairly rare. It feels a little soon to thinking about this but a lot of my dad's buddies were asking about it at the funeral and it feels like the vultures are already circling. I don't ride, and don't plan to ever otherwise I'd keep it. It's a nice bike and should be owned by someone who apricates it. I'm sure my dad would like one of his buddies to have it but my mother could really use the cash to help with expenses. I'm not looking to screw anyone over but I want to make sure we get what it's worth. Kelly Blue book doesn't get specific enough and i can't find his exact bike for sale anywhere currently.
His bike is a 2006 Harley-Davidson FLSTN/I Softail Deluxe. My mom said it was a "showroom special" not sure what that means. I added Pictures and video of the bike. He did get new pipes and added blue lights to it. I don't know if that changes the value at all, but he does have the original pipes and other original parts for anything he replaced.
How would I get a proper value of the bike? or has anyone seen one of these for sale recently? My mom wants to take it to a dealer to have it appraised. My fear there is they may try to low ball her so they can buy it from her.
Again, I don't no anything about bikes so any advice is appreciated.

I can’t find the parts that bolt to the bike (parts 2 & 4) anywhere. Harley said they’re discontinued. I just bought OEM bags off EBay hoping they’d work with my bike, but I don’t have the parts that bolt to the bike itself. Pictured below are my bags. If ANYONE has the brackets that they will sell, I’d greatly appreciate it!!!!!

Pictured is this Harley Davidson leather motorcycle jacket combo from ~2013?, the outer black and yellow genuine G.U.N.K. leather jacket has almost never been worn, very close to new condition. The inner hoodie jacket has been worn over the years, has some cat fur in picture though it has just been washed. Still very good condition, no damage or noticeable shrinking. Sold as set, not splitting.

I've seen this listed at $400-500 on ebay but these are listed prices not necessarily sold prices, it's hard to find comparables. Looking for thoughts on value and if anyone is interested, open to shipping it anywhere in US and maybe elsewhere, would estimate $20 US shipping.
