So after Playing in FortNite as an OG player since the beginning of the Marvel Event when you could Play as Thanos and having bought every BP since. Now that I've seen that if I don't stay subscribed to the BP whatever items even up to tier 100 are then Locked as well as everything else. So you don't even have the ability to least be able to complete to the basic 100 tier UNLESS you stay subscribed to the FortNite Crew membership the entire time. This maybe my final BP grind. 😭

Hey everyone. I am currently in the situation that I lost my Epic Games account, which I created back in 2018. Tons of Fortnite skins, you know the deal. I am now in contact with epics recovery team, whom are working on this case. Nontheless I want to share this with you ASAP!

Today, by complete accident, I found out how you can potentially find your old fortnite account back.

Here's how I did it:

1. If you remember your username:

If you remember your old username, search it up on the fortnitetracker page.
If you have the page of your account still somewhere highlighted as a favorite tab, loading that old link will automatically load the most recent entry for that EPIC-ID. It will also show you the new username.

This is kind of bound to local browser cookies or something on your end, as just entering the URL with the old username will not give you the current players page. Its some kind of redirect. Take it with a grain of salt.

If that person has privated the account and not yet changed the username, just change the URL so that it shows the EVENTS Tab for that account, which always loads in. You can do so by entering following changing the URL to this format: profile/all/username/events

There you can also find previous friends you teamed up with, if you played any tournaments or cups together. Use this as evidence in your account recovery ticket.

There are also tutorials on youtube on how to see private tracker profiles. I am not allowed to post links here.

2. If you dont remember the username:

If you made a new account on the same email adress after you lost your old account (just create it if you havent, epic can merge them back if you get your old account back), go and connect your epic games account to the YUNITE bot on all of the biggest discord scrim servers for Fortnite Customs. If you are lucky, you will receive a message with the following content:

This means, that the person using my account has connected their epic games account to one of these scrim servers. Therefore giving me the username and thus all the info i needed to find my account back. Needless to say, please dont proceed with the scrim registration... keep the evidence where it is!

3. Some more hopefully useful tips:

- Go look through every single Discord Account you have for potential screenshots you mightve taken from the game over the years.

- Check your PC/Cloud/phone gallery for old images

- Check your Paypal emails for old receipts and Invoice numbers. use those for the recovery ticket.

- Especially, check your twitch clips! If you streamed, see if you can find old clips that have the epic ID in the top left corner or that show your display name.

I hope my persoinal experience helped you guys out. If you have more useful tips to identify stolen accounts, pleaselet me know. For now I will be waiting for Epic to give me my account back and potentially update in this thread.

does anyone know if gas cans are still a thing? i have had a quest for about 4 years now (LOL) to ignite structures and the only thing i can think of to get the quest done in chapter 6 is shoot gas pumps. but doing that doesnt really get me as many as i need to get the quest done. so i was thinking maybe gas cans? but i cant find any anywhere. im wracking my brain trying to figure this out. if not, are there any other modes that i can get this quest done? i tried og, but didnt find gas cans either. idk why its taken me this long to get this quest done, but i rlly wanna get it done cus im tired of looking at it LMAO.

Will I ever be able to claim rewards i wasn’t able to get to in old battle passes, i feel like if i paid for the battle pass, even if its like a year later, i should be able to claim those rewards i didn’t get, thanks in advance.

I don't know how every single game im carrying with 15+ kills and my teammates are getting 3-4 PER GAME, I'm in DIAMOND lobbies and yet I feel like every game I have to carry and even then doing a 4 MAN Carry is not fun knowing that as soon as you die so does your whole team, they really need to fix the matchmaking

Certainly the design team can do a better job than this...
