Hello My nephew and I are recently on a big legend of Zelda kick. And are hunting down amiibos. Most targets games stops and wal marts have had limited selection though. Any one know of a place where they might have a better or bigger selection than what we’re finding?
Thanks EP!
P.s. yes we know Amazon exists.

Is there anywhere in El Paso to watch the Nashville Predator games?
This election season, we sent out over 60 questionnaires to El Paso candidates and published their responses in both English and Spanish, posted over 70 articles and videos breaking down election processes like how to vote and how your votes get counted, and reported on the top issues facing voters.
More than 90,000 people relied on our election coverage to help them decide how to vote in local races for mayor, City Council, district attorney, sheriff and school boards, among others. We are humbled that so many trusted us for information before the election, and for results on Election Day Tuesday. Not only does this show us that our community was engaged with us, it also shows us how essential it is to deliver in-depth, solutions-driven reporting. On behalf of the El Paso Matters newsroom, we’d like to thank you, Redditors, for trusting us as your news source.
We want to continue to be a part of the community and continue our work as we move forward from elections (because, yes, El Paso does matter and we want to be here to report on it). As a nonprofit newsroom, we rely on our community’s support to get you the information you need.
Thanks to generous local supporters and national foundations who care about El Paso, your donation today can be matched dollar for dollar. So if you donate $25, El Paso Matters will get $50 to continue our important work.
Will you consider supporting our work?

Make sure to post about any and all protests on here if there is gonna be any in town or nearby.
Logging into my account this morning and I have late fee charges but the system says it didn't send out or generate the bills for this month to send to it's customers. I hate these companies and their incompetence.
Going through El Paso moving my daughter to her new home. We will have a few days to explore. What area should we stay in, safe and would allow us to explore the area with things to do. I appreciate your help. Thank you
I'm looking for fresh nopales that are not pre cut and bagged. Or the store with the best produce in town! Thanks.
I (M30) moved here a while ago for my ex-wife’s school and we wound up getting a divorce. I’m thinking about looking into the dating market now that I have been single for a while to work on myself.
Hi all, is there somewhere in the area that I can buy good quality, shelled pecans for less $12/lb, as they are at Walmart?
Willing to travel to LC I'd it's a good deal. Looking to buy up to 10 pounds or so.
Just to be clear. Sometimes things that happen elsewhere in the state or even in the world that have an impact here. These issues are worthy of having discussion on r/elpaso because it does affect us here.
That being said, All of these Trump posts are getting out of hand. The comments are filled with people calling each other names and not actually discussing the issue.
It has gotten to a point where it's not worth moderating the comments and it's more efficient use of the Mods time to just delete the post all together.
And get the respect Texas never gives it.
Hello all,
I know of the usually recommended places to shoot, mostly in NM. However, where are those of us wanting to do more than shoot stagnantly going to train?
To the driver of the White 4th generation Mustang speeding 90+ mph going west on I-10 between McRae and Airway at 12pm, bobbing and weaving between cars with all lanes having vehicles in them.
Just stop man. That's how people end up dead.
I've acquired some toys recently that requires some sort of repair and/or refurbishing and I was wondering if there was a repairshop of toys in or nearby. The Animal sanctuary one is something I just thought of recently, what if a local animal needs rescuing and needed to be nursed back to health, is there such place nearby that isn't the zoo or a vet
Any fellow devil dogs getting together for our birthday?
Hi all,
I’m planning to sell my home soon and I’m looking for a realtor who offers competitive commission rates. I’d like to keep more of the sale price for myself while still getting excellent service, so I’m hoping to find an agent or brokerage that provides reduced commissions without sacrificing too much on quality.
Has anyone had experience with discount brokers or flat-fee services? I’d love to hear your recommendations and any personal stories!
Hello yall so I currently live in KC and have lived here a majority of my life, but will be moving to EPT in January. I have family there in EPT and also lived there until I was 9 when my mom brought us up north. I have taken multiple trips back to the city since then and am familiar with the city I'd say. I'm writing this post because moving back as an adult I know I will need to find employment ASAP, which from what I hear can be quite difficult. I'm currently an Assistant GM for burger king and also in school full time for accounting. I'm also not bilingul so I'm assuming that could be a hangup? I'm open to any networking, advice or opinions. I hope everyone has an amazing day in the beautiful city of El Paso!
Hi y’all!
My fiancé and I were planning to get married in ~2 years but have decided to have a small get together to get legally married in December.
We’re planning to keep it small with some of our family and closest friends. Given the timeframe we are on a budget and hoping to not have to spend thousands, bc we don’t have that.
If anyone has any recommendations for small venues, photographers, ceremony locations (considering just doing it at the court house), food suggestions please let us know. Preferably LGBTQ friendly as we are women, please do not turn this post into politics. We’re just hoping yall could point us in the right direction.
Thank yall so much in advance!
change is coming yet again. best of luck everyone
We have the turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce - typical Thanksgiving foods. I'd say queso since I remarried.
What is something you have for Thanksgiving that screams El Paso?
I started looking at the softball and baseball fields to play on with me and my friends, but all of them are locked and you have to pay to reserve it. Where I lived growing up the park was open and free to use anything from tennis courts, baseball fields, football fields, and track. But my taxes pay to upkeep the park and I have to pay again to use the field how does that make sense
