Hi,
Since I have moved country, I've not been able to find a job in the field I previously worked in. Because of this I'm thinking about taking on a new career. I have a degree in Tourism and Economics and for the most part I have been working in the hospitality field (manager assistant, team lead, villa manager etc.). I currently hold an administrative assistant position at an Institute for training and education, where I have participated in one Erasmus project dedicated to adult learning. Since this project is coming to an end, and the Institute is planning on closing down, I was thinking about pursuing the project management career on my own and possibly buying out the Institute. My question is, has anyone any advice on where to start studying about project management? I have searched for EU certifications, courses, seminars, traineeships etc. but I have not found any relevant information how to start this career path. I would be more than thankful if you would share your experience and advice on how to start this career, especially if you have any information on EU project management. (I'm currently residing in Slovenia but I hold Croatian citizenship).
hi i am working on a project about eu energy and security of supply policy and i made a questionnaire that has some ethical questions about eu if you would take the time to answer it would help me a lot
I am living and working in NL and my wife is working in another eu country as an expat. Can she hold two residence permits, one in her country as a worker and get another one as my wife in NL?
Lately there's something fishy going on in Dutch supermarkets. Most of their German brands have disappeared and when I asked at my local Jumbo supermarket they told me because it was because they are negotiating better prices from their suppliers.
In the meanwhile the same brand of supermarket is raising their prices for their in-house alternatives.
Is this considered legal towards consumers or should we ring the alarm and if so, where?
Hey everyone, I’m married to a German citizen and I have an expired schengen visa sticker on my passport, i am planning to apply for a visa facilitation to the Netherlands, my husband and I want to visit the Netherlands for less than 3 months, I have seen the checklist I have collected most documents on the checklist but I really need to know how I can prove freedom of movement for my husband since he doesn’t have a Dutch residency, is his passport photocopy sufficient or do I have to present his original passport?Anyone who knows anything about Schengen visa facilitation educate me. Thanks in advance.
Is it allowed for me to have a contract in one Eu country and be a remote worker in another? As tax/contributions are handled by the employer, how would I then pay tax/contributions in the country where I live and actually perform my work?

I'm a first-year uni student from New Zealand currently doing a research report for my EU Studies course on the various attitudes towards European vs National identities and how that impacts your view toward the EU and its institutions.
I've posted this in a few specific Europe subs now and would now love to get a very broader range of responses to compare with some of the specific subsets I've already collated.
If you have a few minutes to spare I would really appreciate it if you could fill out this short form:

I really appreciate it! Thank you for contributing to my report and hope you're all having a great day.

Salut, mes amis européens!
Hiiii, European friends! (that ^ was the extent of my grammatically correct French. other European languages are even worse)
Question: is there such a thing as a Europe-wide manual for passenger-car drivers? I live in the U.S., where each state has its own little booklet (or pdf these days), explaining rules of the road and the few signs that we have that don't have English instructions already written on them. I'm (Eastern) European, so I do remember the plethora of road signs from a children's book from waaaaay back when. With the next generation of my family about to start learning to drive, I'd like to find for them a comprehensive guide to signs and rules of the road in Europe. Does something like this exist and, if yes, where might I find it?
Merci beaucoup!
I have a really weird schedule in the summer due to being a uni student in a foreign country and would need a specialist appointment in the one and a half months I am in my home country if somehow possible. I am German and the country I study & reside in is Finland if that is important!
I have a pretty specific condition (Hip displasia) and there aren't really any doctors in Finland that can do the operations, so I need to talk to a German specialist. I had a transfer waver last year but it expired because they didn't have an appointment for me within the two months I was there.
I'd really appreciate any advice you have to offer <3
Personal rant you don't need to read below...
(I am getting desperate for a solution...there's some preventative surgeries that could help me, but they are time based. Every year that they are not done my hips degrade worse and I don't want to end up in constant pain and unable to walk like my mum...)
Do all computer manufacturers have to use USB-C for charging in the EU? Seems like there are too many barrel plug Laptops for other manufacturers to be under that umbrella.
Hi guys, do you happen to know which substances are banned in pre-workout supplements in the EU? I am thinking of introducing some new product, and I want to make sure I am on the right side of the rules.
Any links or reliable sources would be much useful.
Thanks in advance
