I’m looking for a drinking game that I can play passively. We once played a game where by the end of the night, you have to put a knife in a watermelon without getting seen. If you get seen, you drink. This was perfect because we could play it passively and be able to hang out and chill otherwise.

So I'm watching doctor house and apart from the actual lawsuits they would catch every episode I've found a game where I try to guess who in the very beginning of an episode will fall ill? This is interesting because the very beginning of an episode there are more than a single person so it's a surprise because the next would immmediately ruin the fun by making the other person sick. I think this will be a fantastic drinking game, you guess who is about to die and if you fail then you take a shot of tequila.

Ok so-- my birthday party is coming up at the end of May and I was trying to think of games and my friends suggest a trivia game about me LOL. I am a chronic oversharer and its like narcissistic ironic ( i know how it sounds but pls try to look past it lol) BUT!!! I need help structuring it with rules and all of that PLEASE! Because I wasn't able to find this game anywhere on google (perhaps its known by a different name) I figured I would share a game I used to play in college aptly named "shitty 8s"

Recommended players: 4 - also recommended to sit out and never play this game

Skill level - pregame

You start by taking all the 8s out of the deck and lay them vertically. (you will eventually be organizing the cards by suit from 2 to ace (high) Deal the remaining deck of cards to all players of the table.

To play simply play any card from your hand - example 7 of spades - and place it on the table in this case next to the 8 of spades on the left side you have created a run of 2 spades so you get to give out 2 drinks to anyone at the table (allowed to split)

The next player goes in this case plays a 9 of spades on the right of the right of the 8. This would create a run of 3 spades in a row and thus be able to deal out 3 drinks

Say the next player plays a 4 of spades. There is no complete run of cards so that player must drink the total run of cards including missing ie 4 5 6 7 8 9 so 6 drinks.

iI a player were to play a 5 of spades they still would have to drink 6 drinks since the 6 is still missing in the run.

It wouldn't be until the 6 of spades has been played (assuming no other cards are played) that they would be allowed to give drinks playing a spade card.

To make it entirely clear if a 2 8 and ace (high card) were the only cards in play you would have to drink 13 every time you played that suit.

You are allowed to play any card in your hand at any time ie in the original example after the 9 of spades was played you could play a 6 of hearts and give 2 drinks out.

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a game where the developers specifically designed it for drinking games with friends. I know of the classics like drunk Mario kart/party, but I want a new one and was hoping someone made a game specifically for this niche. Any ideas?

I was gifted bottles shaped like potion bottles and I thought it would be fun to make “punishment potions” for spilling drinks, right handed sips, different rules, etc. Looking for mixed drink suggestions that aren’t outright disgusting but just aren’t ideal.

On 30th I will have a birthday party and I want to make the best drinking contests.

In the past we tried out a lot of popular drinking games, like "King's cup"; "Beer Pong"; "The Bus Game" etc.

The party limit is 35 people, probably the half of them want to join the contest. We are around 25 years old from one of the most alcoholic Eastern European country. We want a badass hardcore drinking game. This time we would avoid from cards and rolling dices. Beer pong was recreated as jäger pong previous time but the game was too slow for 10 people. Now it's literally the doouble of it and we would try out something new drinking game. I checked youtube for "drinking games" but those were soft, literally for western kids. Please help us with some creativity, tell me your BEST and most intensive drinking game you EVER PLAYED or just figure out a new one, thank you so much comrad!

We have a group of mates that play golf every Saturday morning. Our one friend has not been AWOL three times in the space of three months for these tee times.

He is a friend, and we don’t want to kick him off the group, but he needs to be punished for his actions.

Current options are:

1. Kick him off our group (most severe punishment)
2. Make him dress up in a ladies outfit for his next round and drink 2 rumblers after the round (shot of rum dropped in beer)
3. Make him caddy for one of the boys one Saturday morning and then having to buy the first round of drinks after the round

Does anyone else have a nice creative punishment for our friend who hath sinned?

My work is putting on a "water pong" tournament and my partner and I need a punny name?! I am completely stumped since it is water and not beer and it needs to be work appropriate! My partner and I are both female if that matters??? Tyia for your help

My friend and I always play Ring of Fire at our parties, it is a long standing tradition. However, we normally always try to change up the rules to match the theme of the party.

This weekend it is her hen party/bachelorette and we are having a vintage glitzy glamour Las Vegas theme.

I’d love to name some of the rules after hotels on the vegas strip and have a forfeit that matches that hotel name, E.g. a 7 is drawn it’s the “Treasure Island” card and that player has to talk like a pirate until another 7 is drawn, or “Excalibur” you get to ‘knight’ somebody by making them take a shot 🤣

But I can’t think of many ideas for the other Vegas hotels haha. Can anybody think of anything good? Forfeits don’t have to involve drinking as we have a few non-drinkers attending.
