Like the title says. I'm sure you know what I'm trying to do, but I'm at the level of "stuck" where I'm starting to think I've somehow missed a game mechanic because I can't see any other way to do what I'm trying to do.
If the answer is "yes" then, how? If it's "no" then I'll just keep trying different things.

Are double melee executions in the game?
Is it possible, if two npcs are standing close, to sneak up and perform a double melee execution? Or did the devs not add this feature?

Clean-ish hands.
This is the most obnoxious ridiculous trophy 🏆 I think I’ve ever encountered it feels absolutely busted. It’s the only one I have left to platinum the game and quite frankly I don’t feel like I’m doing anything wrong but because paint bomb eneimies who !OFF THEMSELVES! count as !YOU OFFING THEM! and needing to save the guy on the crane who has nothing to do with you supposedly effect the success of this achievement are absolute BS. Not to mention Julianna invades my world on single player mode EVERY SINGLE TIME in the bay/first mission. I don’t understand the point of this trophy just run through everything and eat every bullet and just stand there while punching in some numbers on a machine in the middle of a field when nearly everything almost one shots you in this game even with a couple of the best defensive trinkets on it’s absolute BS. Most frustrating annoying trophy I’ve ever gone for.

Nexus slab doesn't seem to be working for me.
Multiple times I've tried using the nexus slab. I see the blue lines it links to the other npcs. I've snuck behind one and killed with machete. Didn't kill any of the others. Another time I killed one with the nail gun and once again the others didn't die. What am I doing wrong?
