Hey all! I’ve been looking into this TCG called Bluthelden, which is trying to get off the ground through crowdfunding. I don’t know a ton about backing card games on these platforms, but it sounds interesting. Just curious if anyone here has backed a TCG (or any game really) through crowdfunding and what your experience was like?
Ok, so this announcement is a bit late. We're funded with the Kickstarter ending in a few days but, love for everyone to take a look.
Race for the Crown is a fantasy chariot racing game featuring various D&D-style races in a 1 or 2 lap race. There are 8 teams to choose from, including Dwarves, Goblins, and Kobolds. Players can set traps and sabotage the chariots, adding an exciting twist to the competition! We're already funded and have a little less than a week left in the campaign. We'd love for you to take a look and your support of course if it looks like something you'd be interested in.

Hey everyone, the epic trading card game “Blood Heroes” has been online for a few days now.
What Makes Bluthelden® Special
Bluthelden® is developed by players, for players. With the first draw of your hand, you are transported to a legendary world – you discover "Leros." Take control of one of four rulers and lead your characters into battle against the enemy. Each ruler possesses unique abilities and attributes, with strengths and weaknesses. In Leros, you fight for glory and honor, with courage or cunning, showing mercy or thirsting for blood. Align yourself with the blood mages and demon pact-makers, or follow the refined etiquette of the arcane arts school of scholars.

Just launched my first game “Soularis” on Kickstarter today! I solo created the whole project by myself (except for the voiceover).
If you are a fan of co-op fantasy card game, Soularis is a 1-4 players game that allows you to challenge a boss. The objective is to destroy the Master’s Soul or gain 100soul tokens to win the game.
The project is facing hard time to progress now, so I really appreciate if you can back me to help realising this project! We are at 30% mark now and we offer the game as low as $21, so grab your copy today and help a creator to realise his dream!

MetaZoo, the trading card game that began as a Kickstarter project in 2020, is set to make its return. Known for its cryptid-themed cards and distinctive gameplay, the game gained attention through crowdfunding and has since developed a dedicated following. The upcoming relaunch will feature new expansions and additional creatures, offering players new opportunities to engage with its evolving world.
Hello everyone, I am one of the creators of "A Normal Card Game", a 2-4 player party-like combat card game where you summon creatures, use items, and cast spells to defeat your friends and family.
Our game is meant to be an easy transition into the combat genre, or for those that really enjoy more in depth games but their friends/family don't have the time to learn complicated rule sets and get into deck building.
We have a kickstarter that went live 3ish days ago, Id love if you took some time to check it out!

Hi everyone, we are launching a competitive co-op fantasy card game soon on Kickstarter. For anyone that loves Pokemon, Yugioh but with a Dark Souls twist, here’s the game for you!
Soularis is made for 1-4 players where you and your friends can slay bosses(Masters) through spells and swords. However, the dark twist comes with you can choose to serve the Master or fight against them every turn. Additional surprise also comes with, you can actually sabotage your friend to be the first one who gather 100 souls to win the game. Hehehe (evil laugh)
So, if you’re reading so far and you’re interested in supporting the project. Please give me a on follow on my Kickstarter page.
Did I also mentioned, we are giving out Special Discount for all early backers for the first 48hours. What are you waiting for, let’s slay some Masters!
I'm currently doing all the math to establish my funding goal, but I've been doubting about the total I should put... It either feels too high compared to other games, or just odd in general...
Let's say my game costs $5K to manufacture 1500 copies. To that I'm planning to add $1.5K in expenses from website, to Bar Codes and all of that. So, let's say the total cost is $6.5K. I of course can't put the $6.5K as goal because only on kickstarter fees and taxes I'd be losing money...
Now, I've read in several places that the goal should be 5 times the cost, so should it be $32.5K? Is this correct? Or is this just the value of the MSRP?
I'm planning to charge the shipping in the pledge manager, so I won't be adding the shipping to the cost. Or should I do that as well to the cost?
And the taxes should be added for the total including the KS fees and payment processing fees? Or they are just added to the cost and shipping?
Also, if the 5x multiplier if not the right way, should I just add the percentages and costs all together and see the total? This is the way people that I know who have produced games (in a very small scale, like 20 copies of the games at most) have told me to do, but if I do this the cost feels really low with little margin for error.
I've seen some "formulas" and data tjat could help, but those are only to set the MSRP of a copy of the game and not the funding goal of a campaign, so if you can help me clarify all of this, I'd greatly appreciate it
Three crew members awaken from hyper-sleep...
What are you guys waiting or most excited for?
I thought I'd share this here. It is the pre-launch page. I hope you have a gander!
We are Trick or Treat Games, and we’ve teamed up with designers Pete Shirey, Taran Lewis Kratz, and Richard Launius (Arkham Horror) to make LA-1, a cooperative detective adventure set in the post-apocalyptic city that was once Los Angeles.
In LA-1, 1 to 5 players take on the role of detectives working for Mace & Doyle Investigations, solving cases in a city rife with seedy establishments, mutants and androids, and a disdainful ruling class. LA-1 is not a deduction game, but a story driven cooperative adventure in which players gather clue tokens and apply them to the case or suspects in the case.
With over 400 numbered story cards and multiple versions of many case events, investigations can go in radically different directions even when replaying the same case. Work together to conduct stakeouts and investigations and use your skills and resources to resolve each case before darkness closes in!
Beyond the hefty base game, our campaign features the “When Laws Fail” expansion, miniatures, and deluxe components, as well as a metal lead investigator badge available for free to all pledges made within the first 72 hours!

Thanks for reading and happy gaming!
We actually have almost made it :O !
They told us there was no way a smol indie team of two first time creators and first time publishers could make it all the way to 10k with no Ad spending, No big industry connects and No existing big Pocket backers just a dream and the desire to make an amazing game but we are so close. We are at 92% funded :). If you havnt seen roast we would love for you to check it out :D.
If your new to Roast , it's a card game in which your objective is to roast the perfect mallow by placing it on the campfire. Watch your gooey points stack up as the longer your mallow is on the fire the more points it's worth. Beware however this makes your mallow vulnerable to attack from the other players and you must be clever when you take off your mallow to keep it from getting too crispy !
Players have the chance to destroy your fluff pillows and you must be carful of unsavory characters. You will have a chance to defend yourself with the mighty mallow knight but fate can be a cruel mistress so be warned. There are plenty of special cards including some naughty bears that come to steal your food, a very sexy ladies man mallow who steals your precious chocolates and several other misfit mallows.
