I am selling a 42-inch Vizio TV for $90! In really good condition! Selling because we purchased a new TV but it’s hard to let go. It’s such a great TV, the sound and color is amazing. It does have a small crack (not on the screen) you can see in the last picture. It does not affect the screen at all. I do not have a car so cannot deliver or meet so it must be picked up around printers row area. Shoot your offers! :)

This apartment is in Woodlawn, just west of Hyde Park and directly across the street from Washington Park.

It's a 3 bedroom, but the third bedroom is currently being used as storage. I'm open to finding a third roommate, bringing rent down to $483.34 each and utilities down to $63.33 each. (My preference would be to find two roommates eventually, but to start with one and together we can find the last roommate.)

The apartment has in-unit laundry, wood floors, central heat, and a fenced-in back yard. There's no central air, but I do have window units for the summer.

The building is pet-friendly, pets just need to be cleared with the landlord. I have a cat - his name is Oscar, pictures are included.

About me: I'm a 31 year old queer male. I'm a nerdy introvert and tend to stay in my room, although sometimes I may feel like hanging out. I split working from the office and working from home and am starting a grad program at UIC this semester.

I would prefer a roommate around my own age, but all ages are welcome. All races, genders, and introverts welcome. Extroverts are welcome as well, but must understand that I'm not going to want to hang out all the time. Ideally someone I can be friends with, but the most important thing is that you are able to pay rent and bills and are good at respectfully communicating.
