Hey does anyone have their past pictures or at least know places where I’d be able to take a majority of my pictures it’s due in a week and I’m stressing

idk if it’s just me but for the astr exams i keep failing. i copy and paste his exact words onto my cheat sheet and use them on the exam and i still fail. i also feel like not everything that is on the exam is in his lectures. anyone else have this problem?

If anyone has taken this course, I’ve heard that this class is typically offered during the spring or summer, but do you know if it can be taken online/remotely? I want to go home during the spring and summer, but I would also like to get this course done before the fall, so I’m trying to plan/get an idea if this is even possible

Pretty self explanatory. I’m tryna live offcampus with other first years for second sem cuz I hate commuting, but places4students hasnt been very helpful in that search. Any tips?

So the deadline to drop a course was on the 5th and I submitted a request on the 5th once all my midterm marks were in. Its been 2-3 business days since then and I still see the course on my student schedule. How long does it usually take for a withdrawal request to be finalized? I don't want to continue with the course I dropped or be stuck in it. Any suggestions?

Hiii guys, I have missed classes before the first midterm due to personal reasons and I didn’t do the midterm. I will be doing the second midterm but idk where it’s gonna be held nor what time? I couldn’t find anything on d2l nor do I recall the prof mentioning it :( Also is it gonna be about the mystery microbe and its relation to the course material or what? Whats the format? hey, how do you find out your office hours for your professors or TAs? It is usually on the course outline but for this specific class it doesn’t say it, it just shows where her office is and i can’t find anything online about her office hours and she’s not replying to my emails

Anyone in the PSYC 1f90 class? I’m stuck on the source check assignment (got an extension, partly because of how ridiculous it has been trying to find relevant and accepted sources). The topic is passive media multitasking and how it impacts learning from a course-based textbook section. How has anyone else been able to find their sources? I’ve found one good source but none of the major newspapers apparently have anything related. I’ve asked how it relates to academic performance; nothing. I’ve asked how it relates to information retention; nothing. It would help a lot if we were allowed to use academic journals

Given the economy, I can no longer afford to commute from Hamilton to Brock four to five times a week. As a fourth-year student about to Graduate, I am looking for a space that will

1. a quiet space for studying and general living.

2. The space to also enjoy some sense of social life.

3. I am a mature student, so I wondered what other students my age, between 25 and 30, are doing and if it’s been a deterrent for those trying to rent.

i was wondering what brock open swim is like? is it usually busy? i want to practice my laps but im worried going to lane swim i won’t be able to keep up or even make it the full way without taking breaks lol. would anyone recommend open swim ? or maybe it’s called fun swim im not sure lol.

does anyone know where a good place is to buy cheap pods/dispos anywhere near Brock? I swear I’ve tried going to the little shack thing at the shell gas station by campus and idk if it just me but their prices are insane. Just wondering if anyone knows any good stores around :)

Does the university cancel classes or would this be something up to the individual professor? Can’t find any information online.

what can i do if a professor raised his voice at me?? i had a professor suggest i drop his class because i had been missing a lot of classes (he’s not the best so going to his class does not contribute to my learning at all), and i had a question ab a group project, we went to his office hours and he was really upset and took it very personally that i had been missing classes, kept suggesting to drop when i had said i wouldn’t already. he thought i was attacking his course outline but i just asked a question, he also spoke over me a lot and i legit had to ask for him to let me speak. i ended up crying because he was unprofessional and not nice. however, it was only me and him in his office so he can just say he didn’t raise his voice at me and its my word against his. so what do i do?
