So, When I go to YouTube on Firefox, and I watch a video, then switch to another video, a mini-player pops up in the bottom right hand corner. It's annoying! Is there a way to hide that? I've tried the about:config stuff, unticking the PIP in FF Settings, etc. . . I'm using uBlock Origin. Is there a code or something I can put in the filters to hide it?

Genuinely confused. This is 3:13am, no matter what time of day i find this live its always using a repetitive loop of content but you cant find any of the old lives. Weird and creepy especially because i left my phone on the live for well over an hour and not a single word is spoken, just sound board queues and filter enhancements.

Like he was definitely one of the predators he catches. He’s made racist, homophobic and predatory remarks. Also he used real minors as decoys too, like what?? There was even a video of him talking to this teenager who was definitely younger than 17 and he asked to take their shirt off then pretended like it was training or whatever. I’m only asking this question because 1. He never addressed his racial or homophobic remarks. That’s kinda important not because I’m sensitive(I really shouldn’t have to say that regardless) but he simply got away with it with 0 reprucssions. These weren’t the normal “he said N word, black people soft blah” bs. He was outright racist lmao. 2. He’s worked with JiDion on EDP watch multiple times. 3. EDP was exposed 3 years ago, the PP Southeast channel videos on go as far as two years and the Predator Poachers channel goes back 4 years but it’s only 3 of those the rest of the videos right after those videos were uploaded 4 months ago. This can’t be a coincidence.

I am trying to bring attention to it because there have been YouTubers called out for much less. This guy quite literally wasn’t and probably ISN’T a good human being. He needs some form of action taken especially after all the stuff that he’s done. He disappeared after he was exposed then I started noticing him in JiDion videos like NOTHING happened. So clearly he knew he was in trouble right? Just raising awareness and feel free to educate me if I’m wrong.

He’s probably so good at catching predators because he’s lowkey one himself.

He has this weird laugh where he goes eheheheheheh really edited and fast.

I remember he made a video about taking a bunch of baby villagers and putting them in a separate kingdom and he has some weird prophet kid who's asleep or something.

It's late, am I losing my mind?

So my premium was supposed to renew tomorrow but already few days ago they tried to take money from my acc so I went to cancel the premium as I cannot afford it right now, but afterwards I got notification again that youtube tried to collect the money so I blocked them on my bank account. But I still got 2-3 daily notifications that yourube tried to take money from me. I deleted all cards info from my account yesterday morning and I still get those, and my youtube acc says premium is finishing tomorrow due to cancelling. Is there anything else I can do to stop it, like I don't understand how they can still try to collect my money when I deleted all my credit info and I don't have other accounts.

usually, i scroll shorts because there's some actually cool science stuff there (like nilered, the action lab, scishow) and there are some funny guys occasionally (deejus, jonny razer, cdot, royalpear)

unfortunately, youtube equates "informative science facts" with "ai slop made up of fake facts and text-to-speech" and occasionally shows me one.

i obviously click "not interested" and "do not recommend" but every single time i take more than one second to click these, youtube just says "fuck it you looked at it long enough here's 14 ai slop videos" and it happens every time

so i'm asking, is there like a browser extension or filter that filters out AI videos in youtube shorts (or at least minimises them)?

(an alternative option would be filter by view/like count, since most of these AI slop videos have <100 views and <10 likes so i can work with that)

I just to download my videos saved in my playlist but only the Auido no video or anything else. Just the audio. Have music in there that I can't find on Spotify and YouTube music cancels out some of my music since it's technically not "music".

I tried multiple videos on how to fix it but nothing worked.

I sub to 200+ channels. I don't follow anyone that posts more than once a day though because the subscriptions pages shows posts instead of recently update channels and it would flood the feed.

Anyway, the Mondays are dry. Nobody posts Sundays at 2am so my Mondays really suck compare to other days.

i use a chrome extension for blocking YouTube when i want to focus on stuff, but still need to turn it off for videos on things I'm researching and background lo-fi music.

is their an extension for this, where you can exclude specific videos, or perhaps asks me if something I'm gonna watch is relevant, or something similar to this?

This is the situation. Special needs family member has had their YouTube channel removed a few times. This minor has a channel for gaming and a channel for art in which they draw and record content. The channel for art content has been taken down at least twice. The gaming channel no issues. How does the family figure out what the problem was with the deleted channel. The minor has had behavioral problems after channel was removed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I haven’t subscribed to Fox News in a while. I only see cnn, nbc or cbs news content on YouTube. I don’t think I’ve subscribed to rsbn since the campaign. Those channels were being pushed more prominently than other channels I normally watch. I unsubscribed again and my subscribe area is normal now. I have seen while rather infrequent this has happened. Just thought I’d ask the question.

I noticed this at first on my Apple TV didn't think much of it. The TV is kind of far from the wifi - the app automatically sets quality at 320 or 720 when auto is picked.

Today I'm noticing even in Chrome on my desktop sitting next to a PC that's wired to the router at 5 gig - same deal. Auto sets to 720p. What's going on here?
