Hi, I am woman in my mid twenties doing a solo trip to Vegas. I am looking for recommendations for things to do. I also read about night clubs but unfortunately I do not know how easy is it to get tickets. I am also looking for ideas outside of nigh clubs and casinos. Please share some ideas! Dates are TBD.

I heard Venetian was going to start Tier matching in Oct. Has anyone heard anymore details on what levels will be matched?

I’m planning my brother’s bachelor party and think this would be fun to do one afternoon at like Encore or Tao. It’s a group of about 6 guys, so I’m not sure if going through a promoter would be worth it (I’ve only gone to Vegas w my girl friends lol). The trip is also in late October, so I’m not even sure what the weather will be like there.

Kicking around some dates to visit. CES schedule is Sunday the 5th - Friday the 10th. If our group comes in on the 10th, is there a lot of post CES congestion in town? Taking into consideration nightclub table booking... etc.

Looking for low limit (I’m guessing $10 min. , 3x, 4x, 5x odds is the best that’s out there now) craps tables off the strip. Somewhere that’s an easy drive and free parking. Any good casinos that consistently have $10 limits with multiple craps tables working? Huge bonus if the casino has a decent sign up bonus or a good quality free meal for getting a players card.

I’ll be there way too long. 9 night in mid October. How is the F1 shenanigans going to mess with me? 4 nights at NYNY 3 at Cosmo and 2 at golden nugget. Should I expect Uber prices to be way higher or will everything run pretty much as usual?

I saw a comment that said the seats are cramped as in no legroom, How tiny/ cramped are they?

So I had to call Mgm line to change a reservation. They did a test account and I heard the lady say S125 code while typing away. She was checking to make sure my comp nights would stay if I canceled reservation and rebook. Anyone know this code structure?It was 4 como nights bty.

My husband and I can no longer go. We should be getting our wristbands within the next week. We purchased our VIP tickets through TIXR and unfortunately they don't have a way for us to resell them online through their site, thus we are trying to get some of our money back through another method.

Minus fees we paid 275 each and would like to get 175 each. Right now just looking to see if anyone is even interested and if you are, once we get them in the mail we can chat further and exchange information so that way you know you aren't getting ripped off. Looking for a gimmicky/kitschy restaurants to go to for rehearsal dinner. Near the strip or Freemont st. We like to be a little rowdy. Trying to keep it under $120 a person.

We were originally going to do the wynn buffet just to keep things easy. However we're thinking it may be a hassle.

Either way, we're really looking for something kitschy, or gimmicky. We really want ice breakers, conversation points for the weekend, etc. We either want like dinner and a show, or just something that feels so vegasy. Most of us are in our 30's and we've been in hospitality our whole lives so I would like for it to be pretty high energy.

We've been looking at tournament of kings, and think that would be fun/funny. The only downside is the food. I took a look at superfrico and that seems alright as well. I would even do Korean bbq or hibachi as well. But we're trying to do something a little more unique.

What do you guys think?

My wife and I are coming into town for the F1 weekend in November. While we are here we want to hit one of the clubs to see one of the big EDM acts on. 

We are torn between Calvin Harris @ LIV or Tiesto @ Omnia.

What are your opinions of both acts and/or venues?

We will be going in General Admission so won’t be dropping a few grand on a bottle service table. 

Are they both comparable in terms of atmosphere?

Does either one have a better sound system or light show?

Are you severely limited in terms of space in GA? If there a difficulty getting into bathrooms etc?

I have my flight booked but not my hotel.. I have some friends staying at Paris and some friends staying at Mandalay Bay.. I don't want to spend 350 bucks a night.. what's a decent hotel on the strip that has a good view and won't break the bank?. Thanks

I do the myvegas games but noticed you cant redeem much on Friday or Saturday(typical)

Not looking for a cheap place but also not super nice bc to be honest I don't see myself being in room much besides for sleep.

Saw the luxor was 220 that seems pretty nice and reasonable. Trying to avoid spending 300 a night.

Any tips or recommendations?

A relative just booked this room, showing as 3 nights fully comped. Should she expect to pay resort fees and taxes, even though it isn't stated anywhere on the reservation? This is for the Venetian. First time booking a comp room so just wanted clarification. Thank you!

Hey gang, we’re going to Vegas for our honey moon and we’ve chosen Excalibur cause it looks so fun and cheesy and intriguing. Which superior room should we get?? The Royal or the Resort? The lay out of the rooms seems to be the same, with the big bathtub in a corner… People seem to think that Royal is better and newer but the Resort one is more expensive when booking online, and that’s throwing me off!! Surly the most expensive is the best…? Help! X

The Eagles sold almost all of their tickets on the first day they went on sale, then the next day on Ticketmaster almost all of them were for resale. Then the resale tickets were taken off Ticketmaster site and there were no tickets for sale again (almost none, just a few tickets left here and there in bad sections. Now the concerts begin in less than a week and there are just a few tickets for sale again, the ones Ticketmaster held back and are now releasing. Tickets are available on Stubhub and some other sites, but not as many people know to buy them there. Will there be a lot of empty seats at the concerts?

It’ll be my (F23) partner (M23) and I’s first time in vegas this October! We’re staying on the strip, landing on the 19th and want to kick everything off by finding some untz untz music and checking out a real life nightclub (we’re from the midwest lol).

We’re definitely ravers, in need of some EDM since we’re gonna be at WWWY all day sunday. So far I’ve got 2 options:

Omnia - Fisher is playing. There isn’t a guest list available, so we’d be paying about $80 to get me and my partner in. This is before drinks which we were probably skipping as we’re on a budget and pregame pretty well.

LIV - Galantis is playing. I’ve already hopped on the guest list because it seemed like a no brainer being free and all, but doing some poking around online it seems that people overall prefer the Omnia as the floor isn’t as crowded with tables, it’s an overall nicer venue, etc.

(Edit to add: I am not bothered by a packed club or big crowd, but I would like some space to shuffle around and dance a bit of course!)

Is this a case of people having higher standards than I when it comes to this free event at LIV or should I stick w Omnia and pay for what people seem to prefer?

Hi everyone, I’d love your suggestions on things to do in Vegas today (for a woman in her late 30s) that don’t involve alcohol or casinos. There’s a heat warning, and I have time from now until 8 PM. I’d rather not stay cooped up in my room, as it’s making my nose burn! I’m staying at Treasure Island and have already explored most of the Venetian. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! ..
