Does anyone know if there exists more of this art for other characters from Trauma Team or is it only CR-S01? I can't find where it's from or anything related to the other protagonists
I sketched the iconic magical star doctor at school a few days ago for emotional support—I was so stressed in there and his cute ass smile kept me going loll : )
Also holy hell why does he look so fine in Under the Knife 2
I mean, the ways both behave are pretty similar. It goes just like Tobey Maguire as Derek Stiles or Nicolas Cage as Markus Vaughan.
So I just ordered TC:under the knife (for ds), and I'm excited because I love any medical-related video games, but I'm not sure what I'm going to get. My favorite vg genre by far is puzzle games, but I also like a good visual novel game (loved ace attorney). From what i've read, this is primarily a visual novel, with occasional interactive parts.
I just want to get your guys's opinion, is this more of a passive game than say ace attorney? Is it more puzzle-like, reaction based, attention to detail, etc.?
Thank you!
A newly established Wiki for the Trauma Center series has been made, and new contributors would be great!
This new Wiki is hosted on Miraheze, and was created by a couple of passionate speedrunners as a place to prove accurate information about the series. Without going into great detail, Fandom is fundamentally flawed and the Caduceus Fandom Wiki has sadly not been maintained in the best of ways. A lack of moderation has caused it to become an unreliable point of information. As such, the new Wiki was born!
https://traumacenter.miraheze.org/
If you'd like to contribute to the Wiki, you can find the relevant information on the Wiki itself. Alternatively, a reply here or into my DMs itself works if you want more info or want to help out.
There is a Discord server linked on the Wiki where the owners and other contributors are as well :)

Thx for the remembering, ATLUS.
Just posted this in a comment in a different thread but wanted to leave this here incase anyone else was searching for help with triti.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7mnrK9frfog Here is the video I originally used for help when I first beat it but here is a summary. Essentially there are the 3 thorns on each triangle space and you need to remove all 3 off a triangle to remove it of course. Whenever you pull a triangle off, if there are 2 thorns on the same side of a triangle, and there is room for a triangle to be added, meaning not up against a wall or being blocked by an already existing triangle, the game will place a triangle and new thorns in each available space. So a good strategy without using your HT is to quickly grab every other thorn to make sure that there are no 2 thorns next to each other that when you eventually start pulling a few triangles, the game has no valid space to spawn more since you did not leave 2 thorns next to each other. Once this makes sense to you, it kinda turns triti into a game of pure speed. If you are too slow, the game might try to spawn new stuff as you are pulling a triangle away which is annoying but just keep at it and you will get it. Another good tip is to try and back it into a corner if you are able to, just to limit its available space to spawn stuff. And also remember, there is a very short amount of time to get the last 2 or 3 triangles before the game will spawn a bunch more stuff so be prepared to jump on that.
With enough practice, I could beat the X level for Triti so it is def possible, just stupid hard lol. Good luck!
So I'm planning to make a game similar to the series as a passion project, however I want to know what is your guys favorite and least favorite thing in the game. If anyone has gameplay experiences, please let me know because I'm trying my best to make something similar gameplay wise!
Hoohoo, hello, it's me again, and I've blazing through Under the Knife 1 the last few days, I'm currently up to 5-4!
And boy howdy... I do NOT like Kyriaki and Triti thanks to 5-2 and 5-3. The prior simply because sometimes the game just... doesn't register what is clearly a zigzag, and thus I have to waste time trying to suture up one cut while there's like three more and oops, the funny little worm has just made another one for me! Triti is less annoying, but I don't like how sometimes, when you get rid of three triangles, six more will show up automatically ((just as an example!))
Also, speaking of GUILT, I've given each of them my own name, just for funsies
Also, I did some looking into Second Opinion... and I really hope I'm able to come up with a solution for any stage that has you rotating pieces. I saw in a playthrough of the game that one of Nozomi's stages has you rotating bone pieces, and ngl that has me worried. Worried that I'm only gonna be able to play Under the Knife 1 and 2.
As the title says, I've started getting into the series as of recently, with the games I plan to play being Under the Knife/Second Opinion ((depends on how well I can successfully emulate them, more on that in a bit)), Under the Knife 2, and New Blood.
With that "successfully emulate them" bit, while I would have no issue emulating Under the Knife 1 and 2, emulating Second Opinion and New Blood may be a bit tricky. I know those two use both the Wiimote and Nunchuk, which can be emulated with Dolphin, but I have one slight concern.
I know that the Nunchuk is used for quickly changing tools ((what with each one being assigned to each notch of the stick)) for the Wii games, but in Dolphin itself, there's only options for the four cardinal directions. So my main question comes as simple as this: Is there any way to hook up Dolphin to where I can have the Nunchuk's notches on 8 different keys ((i.e the numpad)), or would I just be better off trying to get an actual Wiimote and Nunchuk ((plus whatever other accessories I would need)) to play the Wii titles without fighting with WASD?
If the latter option is what would work best, I'd then have to try and figure out how to get Dolphin, or hell even my computer, to recognize the paired controllers...
Edit: I didn't include Trauma Team in there as ngl, I don't even wanna beGIN to imagine how to set up all the tilting and other motion controls the game has set up ((looking at you, Nozomi!))
I've always wondered how the game calculates the stage's scores. Are the similar between games? Any changes between games?
Is there a undub rom to find out there for Second Opinion? been looking for it for a while.
I almost thought I had imagined Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2. It was a major hyperfixation as a kid and somehow I had lost the cartridge and no longer own a DS. Totally aware of the ability to play most of the games on the Wii but UtK2 is DS only?? Everything online is +100$ CDN and buying a DS on top of that-- Oof. Is there another option to play or am I doomed to spending a couple hundred dollars to relive my childhood?
Hi.
I noticed that Under the Knife 2 came out after New Blood.
I'm about to purchase a pre-owned Nintendo DS (Phat) and it would be great to play as many games as possible while it is still within the (3-month) warranty that the shop offers.
By the way, I played only Second Opinion so far, since I only have a Wii. Is there a point in playing the original (Under the Knife)?
I liked the game a lot, except for the difficulty spikes.
Not sure if I can post this here, but I wanted to ask if there's some sort of chronology to the different missions in Team. I know that some missions take place at the same time as others, but I need to know where the missions are in the timeline so that I can begin working on the Team page for the wiki I announced in a previous post of mine.
So, I know that there's the Trauma Center fandom, but I wanted to create a wiki just for Trauma Team. Well, here it is! I'm not sure if you guys would be into it, though it's more of a passion project than anything since I felt like Team is such a niche game that some if not most people haven't heard about it at all.
I can deeply appreciate any help I can get, though I can understand if you don't want to help me because there's already the fandom wiki.
That's a question I was asking myself when seeing those stars on some of the cards in Forensics. I know they have something to do with how many times you used them, but I'm not sure what they mean exactly.
So, I'm stumped about something: I know that the syringe allows you to use different flasks and treat some wounds accordingly, though I'm not exactly sure as to how exactly each vial works despite the walkthroughs I've watched on YouTube.
Wanted to create a TAS of Trauma Team as of late, though I had a few questions about the game:
I just finished UtK 1 and 2 tonight, I fell in love with the whole cast especially Victor I love when he got mad at the government I thought it was funny I didn’t expect the sequel’s villain to be as good as Adam and he wasn’t but I did like Mercer and felt sad for the man And I HAVE to mention how great the kidnapping chapter is, it’s as good as the bomb scene in the original I can’t wait to try New Blood someday, ive heard that the multiplayer is really fun So yeah I just wanted to spread appreciation for these games since they aren’t talked about much these days Peace
I really love TT, I know I could just buy a Wiimote online but it makes it hard to recommend to friends. I remember seeing a keyboard/mouse config floating around a while ago, but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone happen to have one?
Spoilers for trauma center 1/second optionion
Okay so I'm playing under the knife 1 and I'm stuck on 5-9, finally at the point where I can beat both phases of >!savato!< fairly regularly. However >!whenever I get to the part where healing touch auto-kicks in and then I try to use my healing touch to double up I just automatically instantly die for some reason? I tried using healing touch right before the auto kicked in to see if doubling up that way worked but it just ate my first healing touch.!< Am I missing something? Is my game bugged? Why would Atlus forsake us like this?
Hi im a big fan of atlus game since a long time and now that i have beat nearly every smt and persona i want to try trauma center but i wanted to know what is the best way to play the game.
also the music for just the title screen is like really good?? like woah
Just completed the 5-9 surgery and when it was the transition to go to the next chapter nothing showed up? I’ve saved and reopened the game but it’s just stuck here in this without progressing. There’s more game right?
