I have a question for fellow Swansea fans. When did we adopt our certain brand of football? I am aware the managers like Rogers, Laudrup and more recently Martin and Williams have played some form of possession football / or more 'playing out from the back'. But when did this start, and how long/important has this really been to our identity as a football club. Because managers like Cooper and Duff didn't really acknowledge this brand of football, but were criticised in very different ways. Any insight to when we made this change and when it started becoming important ?

Yesterday I heard a song to the tune of Bella Ciao for Goncalo Franco. I liked it but it reminded me of something that bugs me: Matt Grimes has been captain of the club for 5, going on 6 years. It's high time he got a proper song. Here's one I made on the way home: (Aga Do by Black Lace)
Matty Grimes Grimes Grimes / He plays in the black and white / Matty Grimes Grimes Grimes / He makes Xavi look like shite / To the left to the right / He's our midfield dynamite / Pirlo's good, Zidane's alright / But I'll take Grimesy every night / Do-do do do do etc.

Hi, I’m a Swansea fan from Australia, and I’m going to be in the UK from the 24th of January until the 3rd of February. I’m really keen to see at least one Swansea game and was hoping for some advice on which I should see. Thanks in advance :)
