Hi everyone,
I’m starting my 2nd year of MBBS and looking for dedicated study buddies to help me stay consistent with my studies. I’m someone who struggles with motivation and tends to be a bit lazy, so having a study group would really keep me on track.
About Me:
Current Status: 2nd-year MBBS student Study Goals: To study consistently and maintain a solid understanding of all subjects throughout the year. Preferred Study Times: 6 PM to 8 PM and 9 PM to 12:30 AM (GMT +5:30). I’m flexible on Sundays and can adjust timings as needed.
What I’m Looking For:
•Preferably female study buddies, but open to all serious and committed learners.
•Ideally, 2 or 3 people who can study together, either individually or as a small group. Does not have to be in the same field
•We’ll use video calls on Zoom or any other platform for our study sessions. It’s crucial that everyone is serious about consistency once we start.
If you’re interested and think we’d be a good fit, please reach out! Let’s make this year productive and successful together.
Looking forward to studying with you!
we can study together revise together all topics and stuff it will be great motivation

What I know regarding;
Computers - I know enough about specifications to be able to understand when I need a better graphics card for video games. I don’t know how to upgrade ram as I keep thinking it’s not just plug and play with greater gb ram and that the motherboard might need to be compatible with the ram stick. This is of course hardware. When it comes to software I have used code blocks to make basic apps such as simple calculators to programs that calculate deliveries. I have made some simple text based games for fun, it is still a work in progress but it’s encouraging me to continue coding.
Art? Well I’ve been to school for drawing, graphic arts like gfx novels and such. Also a little stint in music but don’t enjoy playing music as much as drawing or writing. I’ve several short to long stories projects in the making. I have some ideas for cartoons or animation like claymation or slice of life cartoons. I have a detective novel in the works. I also really enjoy making video edits for stuff like music with footage. I have made some unofficial music videos and Rest In Peace tribute videos and also have done some quick mash up drafts of a original footage piece to the tune of commercial artist bands.
If anyone can team up with me that has complimentary skills to mine please let me know
Currently preparing for Cambridge's TKT and need help with Module 1 materials, any collaboration would be appreciated!
If anyone needs help with studying English this is one of my most favorite websites to learn from. You can choose a 1v1 option with true professionals that work there. You can study at all levels and there are many different categories you can choose from. I studied chemistry there and the experience was more than pleasing. There are also levels(beginner, intermediate and also some interesting categories like rhetorics- public speaking , business and management and many more) I recommend teacher Mike! :) https://linguigo.org/
Hi everyone,
You may have previously seen my post on asking ielts students to send me their essays, in exchange for feedback.
The intention behind this is to provide more learning materials for your ielts preparation. Reading through other student essay's is an incredibly useful revision strategy and one I highly recommend.
Mainly because you can see how other students tackle the question, examples of successful and less successful writing (lessons from both), and increase your understanding around the band scores.
I have taken four essays and marked them in detail, with their IELTS score.
Access the document here.
I will be following this up with another feedback document with other student essays.
Thank you,
Emma

These 5 are the best time management techniques that I have found to be the most helpful to me as a student mainly because I enjoy doing curricular activities a lot ( I find studying to be boring )
Reading your textbook and memorising the answers consumes a lot of your study time and isn't the best way to learn anything to be honest, so I'm using a different method these days that has proven to be very effective called the SQ3R method, which stands for
Survey - Simply go through your textbook/chapter without actually reading them.
Questions - Examine the questions at the end of each chapter.
Read - Read the topic or concept carefully once.
Recite - Say out loud the concept you have read in your own words.
Review - This is similar to spaced repetition in that you go over what you've learned at regular intervals. I've gone into more detail about this here.
