A subreddit celebrating Stephanie Brown, the Spoiler, also Robin and Batgirl.
Stephanie Brown, aka Spoiler, aka Robin IV, aka Batgirl III is a comic book superhero in DC's Batman family. Originally a supporting character for Robin III (Tim Drake), she gained a loyal fan following and eventually a solo book as Batgirl. Despite this, DC erased her from the universe in 2011's New 52 reboot. After much gnashing of teeth, she returned in Batman: Eternal in 2014, guest starred in Catwoman and Batgirl, then received a starring role in Detective Comics as part of their Rebirth relaunch in 2016. Steph currently has been appearing in the Young Justice book.

I’m planning on cosplaying Stephanie for an upcoming convention, and I just can’t decide on which version! I’m leaning more towards her batgirl/spoiler costumes over her Robin one. I just want to see which ones are the fan favorites so that I can get a better idea of what I want to do.
I've already got most of the Robin 1993 run and a couple issues from her Batgirl run but I'm sort of tailspinning on what next to pick up (Besides war games/crimes)

Grabbed this from a local comic shop in Charlotte, NC while I was in town for an event last weekend. Spoiler was in a few issues before this, but it’s her first time ever on a cover. Robin #4 March 1994
Didn’t like the Robins story but hey I got to pretty covers with Steph on them!
Drove to Tampa for an event with friends and stopped at a local shop. So lucky to find these issues from when Cluemaster “died” and Steph went to the Riddler for answers.
The comic store a few towns over from me had the good shit in the back.
We recently sat down with Adrianna Mazurkiewicz to talk about her role as our very own Stephanie Brown, Spoiler. Give it a watch!

Everyone knows that old Steph's claim to fame came when "Alvin Draper" decided to do a good deed when he so selflessly stood by the "poor" pregnant teenager

I think it might be hilarious if TV's high achieving, honour student Steph told someone that she's "expecting", referring to grades and college applications. Someone could wrongly assume she's preggos. Then she could clarify "Results! I'm expecting results", and it would again be misunderstood as a pregnancy test
