How do I report impersonation and disorderly conduct on a Steemit profile?

I have been trying to withdraw from Steemmax for days now, first having to pay Tax, then having to put enough to reach premium status (due to 12k+ withdraw), now I have to submit 1 final fine for using 2 crypto books to load my account.. when will it end, has anyone experienced this?

They seem to have the same logo and name, but it looks very dodgy to me.

Today I wanted to create a steemit account but when I put in my phone number and they send me a code and put in the code I received they say " unknown phone number" how can I fix it and create my own account ?

Binance doesn't seem to have the option to transfer Steem Dollars there, or I can't find it. Does anybody have an idea, where I can send and trade them?

I want to withdraw STEEM from my STEEM savings to Binance. When I click on Withdraw Savings > Advanced I can input Binances' deposit adress, but I don't know where to put the memo. Can anybody help me with this?
