First test fit of my armor that has taken me the better part of a month and a half to complete. Still gotta do some trimming for sure and the final touches but any suggestions help! Anyone else gonna be a Philly Fan Expo this weekend?

Excited to pretty much be done with this, just in time for May the 4th! I took a lot of design inspiration from Shin and Baylan, as you probably can tell. The left side shows the earlier version I did last year, before I redid the armor and changed the colors (right side).

For context this is my first ever cosplay of any kind and I’m so excited. I’ve got a lightsaber and some Jedi robes but I’ve got no creative mind when it comes to clothing and I have no idea what to wear underneath the robes to complete the Jedi look. Please help me with some ideas.

Hey guys, long time star wars fan, huge cosplayer for other fandoms, but I do need help.

My cousin (18) is looking to cosplay as Crosshair from The Bad Batch. Initially they thought about taking the 3D files from his model and measuring that for dimensions so they can cut the material and set it to fit, but they’re open to other avenues as well.

Looking for to commission a Cal Kestis - any builders with proof of prior work/builds interested? (Can be personal builds)

First and foremost I'd like to apologize for committing the cardinal sin of getting a store bought, I'm trying to cosplay on a budget. The problem I'm having is with the adjustable strap inside a hasbro black series clone trooper helmet, it only has 2 round attachment points which allows it to rock back and forth in the helmet making it impossible to look up or down. I was wondering if there was a way to fix it without permanently gluing the attachment points?

I’ve rescaled my helmet since the last disaster and I think it should be right now I measured from my nose to the back of my head which is about 250 mm and then I’ve left another 5mm so it should be snug. Does this seem right ?

Looking to make a cal cosplay, found good materials but need a sew pattern (specifically the cropped quilted chest piece and leather cover. If you got the rest i wont say no though

I want to make an ANH RFT pepakura fiberglass helmet but I can't find good models anymore. I found one at RPF but it isn't quite right and the rest of the files have vanished. Does anyone have an idea of where I can look?

ps: I don't have a 3d printer and having someone to do it for me will be too expensive, I want to reduce cost.
