too broke for Christmas gifts but my grandma uses ground coffee to make her coffee every morning so I was gonna use some of my weekly markouts to get some coffee for her. I’m pretty sure she usually drinks just regular Folgers. what coffee that we are currently offering on the shelves tastes most like Folgers if anyone knows? When I looked it up I got Pike and French Roast (idek if we have that on the shelves rn I haven’t really done an in depth look over there), but I wanna know what yall think
TY
To the high school kid who asked “where the fuck is my drink” I hope you have the day you deserve 🖕🏻
The default level of flavorings/pumps is just insane to me. a tall peppermint mocha has 6 pumps of syrup!! Not to mention whip cream and chocolate shavings. I get that people in America are basically addicted to sugar but it just seems so heavy.
Mine averages about $50 a week.
Question? Does your SM ever work nights? During the launch weekend? How many do you have on the day shift and night shift to be successful? For reference, I am in a small town and 2 years old.

I’m pretty confused, I’ve never gotten a notification like this before. I hit “no” because I was worried it was about to order something, and when I hit no it gave me three other locations to choose from.
If you're looking for a different drink to try, this one is my go-to and it's easy to order!
Tall hot oatmilk cappuccino 1 pump chai 2 pumps brown sugar Extra cinnamon powder
It actually tastes so good. Like french toast almost... but also almost snickerdoodle.
I've never gotten it iced, but you'd probably have to order it as a latte and add a bit of cold foam for the cinnamon.
Anyways I just felt obligated to post this because it's really insanely good.
Does anyone know the SKU or item name for this plexi on IMS?
The app keeps saying they’re sold out, but when I walked into a store today, there were plenty on the shelf. Makes me wonder if they’re purposely keeping them off the app so people can’t redeem stars for them.
Anyone else notice this?
(And picture for example)
Do any Starbucks still have the old mugs? I’m so sad they have been replaced 😔 Looking for a lot of the mid west states.
Is it possible to buy a container of the non dairy ginger bread cold foam?
Last night, someone called and let us know they were going to come in to get 10 coffee travelers the following morning. I wrote down a contact number, the brews, the name of the person, number of travelers and when they were going to come pick them up. The morning shift texted me today and asks if they were paid for, which traditionally has always been something thats done at pick up, and I say no. She then gets upset because she didnt make them pay for the travelers and just handed them out. She texts the manager watching our store and he texts me upset, but I don’t know where i play a part in this??? All i did was tell her and write down what they wanted. Why wouldn’t you think to ask for payment or ask if they have payed?? If the person was confused why wouldn’t you call the number??? And even if they paid early, which they didnt, i’d attach a receipt. I’m just nervous I messed up because I kind of need this job.
I usually don’t work any holidays so I’m not sure how things are on Veterans Day, is it any different from a regular day from y’all’s experience?
Almost every Starbucks I go to, it looks like it’s one color no flavor. It’s not like the picture - only one Starbucks I’ve gone to did it like the picture. Also the drink you can hardly taste the apple anymore.
Do I need to tell them to redo it? This drink is like 7 dollars as a venti.
I love the designs on the been there mugs more then the discovery, but I’m just happy I won’t have to fall victim to those thin cardboard sleeves they’re in anymore 😭
"Is your oatmilk latte made with... oatmilk?" "Mmmmm yeaaaaa" (took me a second as I was shocked someone just asked that) "OK, I'll get a coffee, but like with lots of cream and sugar cause I dont like coffee"
Maaaaaaam plz you're making me laugh, I keep having to mute my mic my goodness
As it says, I’m not 100% sure if these cups will come back or if they’re worth the hype. Honestly I bought some but have been debating whether I buy more or leave at that. If they won’t come back I’d like to add to my small Starbucks collection (that only consists of wicked merch as of rn since I thought it was super rare and didn’t care to get Starbucks cups before). But if they will return and it’s not my only chance then I’d like to save my money.
I love collecting stuff that’s limited edition but idk if this stuff is or not? And I work at Starbucks 😅
I know it’s only a few days away and I’ve never really cared too much about getting one but this year I think Imma try. My Starbucks by my work opens at 530am and I go to work around 6am so I’ll be there shortly after they open, so my question is do they hand them out that early? And I know it’s only holiday drinks so a peppermint mocha Frappuccino counts right? Ty
Hi! I was just wondering if anyone could offer suggestions on what I could order that would taste like the iced eggnog latte of yore? I have read online about ordering a chai latte and adding pumps of caramel? Or adding pumps of vanilla and chai to a regular latte? I have tried other holiday offerings but nothing else compares to my old friend... I apologize in advance if making such a concoction is a pain in the butt. I promise to tip well! Happy Holidays y'all!
What’s your favorite Starbucks cup ? 🥰
hi !! i just want to ask a question- is the brown sugar syrup a half pump or full pump? i love the brown sugar shaken espresso especially since is lower sugar then the lattes, but i’ve seen some people say they’ve done full pumps when it’s supposed to be half pumps? i’m a little confused, is it a half pump? or do some stores do a full pump so it just differs by store?
Exploited woman stares at door of an RV while her victimizer watches her on livestream
We believe he was trespassed from a Starbucks in Jurupa Valley a few days ago for harassing staff and continuing to remain in the store after being asked to leave. If you are employed by Starbucks, please feel free to share this with your staff and supervisors.
YouTube, USA
A live streamer with the channel name "Homeless RV 2" and "Homeless Shelter RV" livestreaming from an RV in the US allegedly kept a cognitively impaired woman supplied with and under the influence of alcohol and drugs to exploit for donations and sexually manipulate her over the course of an approximately two week period until concerned members of the audience contacted her family and police. The channel operator known as "Eric" can be seen during the streams supplying alcohol and facilitating access to drugs for the woman until she is intoxicated and then exploiting her on the stream and having sex with her while she is under the influence and further incapacitated. The woman can be seen in distress and acting erratic many times during these streams and it was revealed later by her family members that she suffered from a brain injury that left her cognitively impaired possibly after an assault with a baseball bat. During some of the streams "Eric" can be seen interacting with members of his audience who are telling him that he needs to get help for the woman, the streamer would ignore these comments or the do the bare minimum to seem that he was trying to provide the woman help. In one instance "Eric" calls "988" and a number to a rehabilitation center with no results and claims that was an attempt by him to get her help. After these calls "Eric" provides more alcohol and facilitates more access to drugs and then later seemingly has sex with the woman while she talks incoherently. On this same evening police were called apparently by concerned members of the audience and can be seen entering the RV at one point after ordering everyone out and then eventually towing the RV to an impound yard leaving the streamer and the woman on the side of the road in the middle of night:

The woman was reunited with her father the following day after members of the audience contacted the family and provided them with "Erics" phone number and details about the woman's whereabouts:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aX2hhDa6_3k
"Eric" continues to deny any wrongdoing and attempts to rationalize that if he wasn't the person exploiting her that someone else would have been doing it. He has even gone so far as to claim that he is the victim and that she victimized him. DARVO is a common tactic used among abusers and predators.
"DARVO (an acronym for "deny, attack, and reverse victim & offender") is a reaction that perpetrators of wrongdoing, such as sexual offenders, may display in response to being held accountable for their behavior. Some researchers indicate that it is a common manipulation strategy of psychological abusers."
Today at the time of this writing he did concede that his behavior was "disgusting" and that he was a "creep", but shortly thereafter claims that she victimized him as much as he victimized her and that she "graped" him:

"Eric" also seems to attempt to mitigate his responsibility by claiming he was drunk and under the influence of alcohol and that he doesn't remember his behavior while he is in this state.
The most recent streams are up on the Homeless RV 2 channel with the earlier streams on the original Homeless Shelter RV. Some of the streams are missing because they were privated by "Eric" for various reasons, but enough are there provide evidence of what occurred over the span of time she was there. It is unknown at the moment whether or not the family is pursuing any legal course of action or if they can. Is it just "creating content" to stream and sexually exploit a cognitively impaired person not in complete control of their mental processing facilities, while further compounding their disability with drugs and alcohol, or is this predatory and criminal behavior that should be regarded and dealt with as such? Watch the streams and lets us know what you think in the comments below.

Eric is currently in the process of shopping for another RV to replace the one he lost in impound. He has expressed the desire to his audience to do what he did to this woman to other women. Please feel free to share this on Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media and messaging platforms you use. We want to prevent this from happening to another victim. Thank you.
I used to scoff at people who said Starbucks was too expensive. I went all the time with my own mug and ordered a single shot of espresso for less than $1.
I had a gift card so I went the other day and the same single shot of espresso, nothing added, was $2.50.
I had to finish the gift card so I went back and got a regular drip coffee in my own mug, plus a small breakfast sandwich. It cost more than my gift card, so more than $10! That's insane. Even my local bougie coffeeshop is less than $2 for a drip coffee. For that price I could get an actual breakfast.
Yeah so I’m a 6yr partner and I’ve honestly not been in this situation before. I’m a borrowed partner for another store on Sundays only. And I swear there’s alwayssss something that goes wrong. Today it’s that my ass is here at 4am sharp and my opening barista is not here. I tried calling the SM for this store but no answer. Left a VM and text message. I have no idea who is opening with me and I don’t have anyone’s number or my DMs number (I’m new to the district) what am I supposed to do? How long am I supposed to wait before I’m in the clear to leave? I’m very much irritated.
this is not meant to be judging anyone or anything because i know that customers don't fully know what goes into drinks, but i am just so curious... do you guys think there is espresso in your frappuccino? people always ask for extra espresso and ask how many shots come in an frap or what type of espresso is in it and like.... they don't have espresso shots.... i'm just curious to hear from customers if you thought this whole time it came with shots or if people kind of just misword their sentences like instead of "can you add a shot to that?" they say "can you add extra espresso?"
also order whatever you want but i'm just so curious because shots are in a different position and it's more annoying and time consuming to have to go ask the hot bar person to pull shots for you to make a frap. i honestly just think people misunderstand the contents of the drink and how it's made
edit: a lot of people seem to be misinterpreting this. this is like a surveyish post because often when i try to clarify if they really just want more frap roast or if they want a shot or tell them that they don't have espresso in them, many customers become confused or angry. but i wasn't sure if it was just some of the customers i ask or if this is everyone. i'm not judging anyone for not knowing what is in a drink and i know its my job! honestly i was just looking to see if i should continue to make an effort to tell them that those drinks don't have espresso and risk the confusion and/or rebuttal or if i should just continue to do what they say regardless. i've been at starbucks for a long time and it just feels like a losing battle continuing to explain this each time so that's all i was after with this post
Hi guys I have just enough stars for a free drink. I want to maximize the benefits of a free drink all while being mindful of the fact that minimum wage overworked baristas are going to be making my drink so I definitely don't want to go too crazy! I don't have any dietary restrictions. I just want to maybe try a drink I wouldn't have otherwise ordered myself. Thanks a bunch!!
P.s It's 4:15 am where I am so I should probably go to bed now!! 😂
