Well im not sure if this thread is still alive because the last post was over a year ago. But here we go. I'm based in the PNW (shameless plug: https://eagleroofcleaning.com ) and we get a lot of roof moss. Hence why I started my roof cleaning business. Anyways back to the point.
Why do people seem to think that the best way to remove the roof moss is to pressure wash it off. Yes it makes sense on a deck or wall or sidewalk. Because those surfaces are solid but like on a roof??? You want pressurized water to penetrate and rip off your shingles? Maybe because I am part of the industry but I always laugh and feel sorry at how bad these home owners have damaged their shingles because of the pressure washing. anyways thanks for coming to my venting.
