I dry rub them and they have been amazingly juicy but the skin will be a dry. I hate bbq sauce I’ve tried making my own but it’s a no for me. I thought maybe diluted apple juice could work if I basted it frequently enough but idk I ton about ribs so
My second time at making BBQ ribs in the oven, more and more impressed 😁 so delishhh
Making ribs for my first time for 4th of July tomorrow. Any tips? (Electric Smoker)
Hi, all...
I don't have the option to grill, so oven baked ribs is my only option. I have used store-brand regular foil to wrap my ribs in the past with no issues. Someone suggested to me recently that heavy duty foil might be a better choice.
Does it make a difference?
I dont think ive ever cooked ribs in my life but wanting to for my family for 4th of July. I was thinking of starting them off in the oven then finishing them on the grill. But they are now calling for thunderstorms all day so i dont think the grill part will happen. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking oven, then broiler, but again new to cooking ribs.
I do the 321 ribs cooking method. It’s usually St Louis ribs. But for some reason the meat is pinker, than what other claim is perfectly cooked ribs.
I use thermometer, which are calibrated . I pull them at 200 degrees. The meat is still tender. I smoke them around 250 degrees.
What am I doing wrong?
Hello, new to smoking ribs what are everybody’s favorite seasonings and rubs they like?
But I eat too many of them, I get the meat sweats.
Can someone recommend a place in the San Fernando Valley or Ventura County area that sells Kosher Beef ribs ? My wife and I are looking for a place that does not put their beef ribs on the same grille as pork ribs. Might be a long shot but I have to try lol Happy Day to you all.
