Wanted to check here in Reddit to see if anyone else is facing same issue and if yes, how it was resolved?

Seems there's a new feature in Popeyes App similar to McDonalds where you place an order and have to check-in when you are near restaurant. I recently placed an order using Google Wallet/Pay and was charged (acrual amount) when I placed the order (even though it said I wouldn't be charged until I check-in), then was again charged another $15 when i later checked-in (not sure if the $15 charge was other way round/ Initial temp hold). Thought the double charge was temporary, but after a week or so see both charges confirmed on my credit card. Anyone else faced same problem?

Note: Another instance where I have been overcharged was if you pay for an order partially with gift card and remaining balance using Google Wallet, Google Wallet charges $15 instead of the actual amount. I had this happen couple of times and had let it go thinking it's some bug and not worth my time, but the new place order in advance charging twice hit my nerve!!

I Ordered late last night to pick up at feb 3rd 1:30pm before my son gets home from school and I arrived at the location on 7th ave in Harlem to find out that they gave my food away! And refuse to make the order again because “ I’m scamming them and sent someone earlier” Mind you this is the first time I’ve ever been to this location ever! And I was treated like a thief and a crazy crackhead even though I showed them the receipts from the app my email and cash app! … they offered me 15$ in the app what should I do?

So I have IBS and spice is one of my main triggers, like any amount of spice, whether it's traces of chilli powder or an entire jalapeno, will put me on the toilet for hours and make everything south of my chest hurt. When I was eating the tender (I had just finished it by the time i noticed) i noticed a small burn in my mouth, so I'm slightly worried for my stomach now...

Also yes in hindsight I probably should've said something about it when i bought it but that requires talking to people and making them go out of their way just to accommodate for me soo...

I noticed mine took them off the menu a qhile ago and I never see people with nuggets

Today, I learned that you can use the same $10 for 12 tenders or wings coupon back to back with no wait time. 12 ghost pepper wings and 12 spicy tenders. Not pictured is the sweet heat sauce.

The spicy tenders went into the freezer and I had half of the wings for dinner.

Definitely going to get another order before the deal is over.

Such a good deal (and a lot of food) for $20 plus tax!

Does anybody know if the Don Julio collab that comes in a special black box with 3 layers and a T shirt is a gift/promo only for special people? If not how does the general public get it?

The sides ended up being better and more fresh than the popcorn shrimp. The shrimp was not as fresh and hot

Have only had Popeyes a handful of times but always regular tenders. Going to get some here for dinner, which are better spicy or darkened tenders ?

Since KFC changed their original hot wings recipe over and over as well as removing the beloved wedges, I have been a Popeyes lover. That is until today.

I just found out that they removed the 3 whole wings combo and also took away the ghost pepper wings. What the hell is wrong with these two companies? How do they make these decisions without looking at sales data, surveys, etc.

Boycott Popeyes!

I’m sorry but I couldn’t think of a title. This is an interesting question that I rather post than forget 20 minutes from now but as I’m sitting here waiting to share and enjoy a 12 piece tender box I’m really vibing with the Jazz playing in the background. Is this all that’s played on loop all day? If so how annoying or good is it to hear this type of music all week? Do you barely notice it or did I make working at Popeyes more obnoxious now?
