Hi all. Here is another cool deck that I liked and backed but it seems like it is not doing very well. What do you think is wrong with this campaign or this deck design?

Again, I'm not affiliated with this deck. I'm just researching playing card Kickstarter campaigns to learn from them as I'm planning to release a deck soon.
Thank you in advance for your feedback and help.
Hi guys, I have a question for anyone that's made their own deck of cards, specifically a deck with a large booklet; which website/printer did you use?
I've made playing cards in the past (3 decks of traditional 52 card decks, all with 24 page saddle-sewn booklets that explained the images and various card game rules, etc), but not tarot cards, at least not yet!
I am currently working on a deck and the website I've used in the past, make playing cards, is great but their booklets are a huge pain to make.
It's a very long, complicated, back-and-forth process. I struggled making the smaller booklets for my other decks and I am honestly dreading making the booklet for the tarot deck. I was wondering if anyone has any experience using another printer?
Any suggestions/advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
Just bought them in a pack and wanna know what year they are from since they look old and have pre 1700-1800(I believe) monarch designs on the JQKA cards in them
I started with the Neil Patrick Harris cards from Theory 11 and haven't stopped
Hello! For my partner’s upcoming milestone birthday, I’d like to do some sort of collaborative birthday gift - have friends / family from all over send in something small to contribute. I’ve seen collected postcards where each person writes a note, or making a playlist with a song from each person as examples.
I’m thinking about doing a collaborative set of playing cards as an example, and trying to think through the best way to execute. Some thoughts:
Curious if anyone’s done something like this or ideas on what type of structure works best!
Hi everyone, do you have any recomendations for a nice high quality deck of playing cards for a Christmas present? Thanks!
I've seen a few posts, but none that got me what I was looking for...
I am getting married in May and am looking to have custom cards as my wedding favor for my guests. I need about 150 decks, but I would love to not have to spend an exuberant amount to make it happen. I have scoured the internet, including Alibaba to no avail.
Does anyone have a website, local printer, or a seller on Alibaba that they have used for a low quantity print that didn't break the bank? I would ideally like to keep it under $2.00 per deck, but I realize that might be a pipe dream at this point.
Edit: cards pics in comments and these cards were from his May 2023 Vegas show
Edit 2: thanks to you all I learned his deck was a split spades, show edition, AND in addition to show vs retail minor design changes, there also could be different editions overs the years when I’m shopping around.
As the title says, I ruined a deck of playing cards my boyfriend got from a David Blaine show. He planned the whole trip to Vegas for the guys for his magic-loving best friend’s birthday. Seeing Blaine was the star of the weekend.
He would not stop showing me the cards he got from the show when he got home. He was so excited.
My question—Should I buy a deck of the same kind online for him or would that not be the right ones? I have read that sometimes cards from Blaine’s shows are autographed, is that always the case or do only VIP get signed? The appear to be these Gatorback White in Silver but would cards from a show actually be slightly different and exclusive?
I would ask him directly but I don’t want to bring it up and make him feel worse.
How I wrecked them: I moved them from the nightstand into the drawer when I thought they’d be safer there. Well my cat spilled a glass of water and it went all inside the drawer. I tried to rescue them but at best they’re curled and split in half.
He was sad at the time but loves our cat and has not brought it up since. :( I want to make it right
I buyed this pack and I want to collect more packs from king wild project because are gorgeous but I was disappointed that I couldn't faro shuffle them it is an impediment of cards with foil or the guys at epic have a difrent cut of their cards or are perfectly fine and I have skill issues ?
Hello there! Daily news, the updated tuck box for the deck!
I will gladly take your feedbacks, is it better? Is it worse? Is it worth (a kickstarter)
See you soon!
What is your experience with this machine? Does it shuffle the cards well enough or does it take several shuffles to randomize it completely? Is it tedious?
Their secondary use turns these playing cards into a rare and valuable source of documentation of daily life from the 15th to the 20th century. In the 17th Century moneylenders were operating in several European centres for trading. Instead of the risk of carrying their precious money around, they would dampen or saturate a card with water, then folded it in half and impress both sides of the coin to show what they had in stock.

First time poster. I’ve been collecting Casino used (specifically Vegas/Nevada casinos) cards for years. Thought I’d share a pic of my Tropicana decks after watching it demoed a few weeks ago!

By non-English patterned, I mean cards that still have the French suits (Clubs, Spades, Diamonds, Hearts) and ranks (Ace through to Ten, Jack, Queen, King) but have other traditional looks to the face cards besides the one that has become standardized in the English-speaking world.
There are, for example, the Paris pattern or the Belgian-Genoese patterns, which are more lavishly detailed, but none of the big card manufacturers seem to offer it in their catalogues.
