during my therapy session today, my therapist and i were talking about old emo bands (she was a teen who grew up listening to emo bands in the 2000s). she told me that around 2007-2009, paramore came to her school (granite hills high in el cajon) and performed there. i asked if she has any videos or pics from it, and she says no bc everyone at that time used shitty flip phones. allegedly paramore was selling their cds (most likely the album riot) and she bought them, but she ended up selling them years later.

ive tried searching up any photos or vids of paramore performing at granite hills, but i havent found anything. did this actually happen? is this like, some kind of lost media? can anybody verify if this happened?

I have around 17 of these promo stickers lying around. Anyone want one? Would just want a couple bucks for shipping.

I know this is a Paramore sub and we are all biased. But the fact that Brand New Eyes or Riot didn't make top 500 albums is a little nuts. I know everyone's taste is different, but just browse the list (on desktop for speed) you can't tell me they couldn't have snuck a Paramore album in there.

Can you tell me your experience seeing them too close, please? I wanna know some stories of the fans.

Found myself listening to This Is Why (the album, not just the song) quite a lot recently and I realized... Man, this album is actually really good! Didn't hate it back when it was released, but didn't find myself really that invested in it either. Love the overall sound and how it's a combination of all of their albums. Some very strong songwriting as well. Never thought I'd actually love C'est Comme Ca, but that bridge is pure greatness.
