Hi there! I have rented a villa for my vacation and looking in Google maps, there is no such building and address. But it could be that the pictures are just old and the villa was just not existent at the time. I will be travelling about 1000km for the visit with my whole family, and I am a little concerned that it may not exist at all... The concierge is just sending the same address anytime I ask for reassurance from their side. (Booked on booking.com, but I have also found it in Airbnb, same address and concierge). All in all I don't think it's a scam, but it would be nice to know it for sure.😊

Would it be possible for someone living near Sallèles-d'Aude to check the address?

Hello, learning about the language, and would appreciate any recommendations for a digital dictionary or a translator. Rn I am having problems with translating the word rooster. Some say it is just gal, other coc and other galhon. If there is a really reliable dictionary, please share.

So basically I want to learn occitan, i'm not a French native nor Italian, but I want to learn because i find the language beautiful and interesting, but from what I know, occitan has a lot of dialects which they differ variously from each other.

The ones i've seen more resources online are Provençal, Languedocien and Gascon. Which dialect do you recommend from a beginner perspective?

Bon, j’ai appris d’autres langues latines et ce qui m’a le plus aidé c’est de regarder des émissions pour enfants et écouter la radio. Bref, y a t’il des podcasts en occitan? Des recommandations ?
