Q1:Can I make my minibike street legal? First and foremost a minibike is the worst possible street riding experience rigid frame, air cooled engine, and no transmission. Its not cheap to convert a minibike to street legal machine. The idea of having transportation under a $1000 isn't feasible. You would be better buying a honda grom. Still interested? First check your state laws some states outright ban converting off road vehicles. You will need to add head light, tail light, brake light, turn signals, horn and and mirrors. And a custom charging system to power all this. Next you will probably need it inspected by your state police to be issued a title. No minibikes have a title.
Q2: Can I remove my governor without replacing the connecting rod and a flywheel? I don't recommend doing this on minibikes if your flywheel lets go your leg is right next to it. The flywheel can go through the blower housing. The more times you stress metal beyond its limits the more likely it is to fail.

Hey everybody,
I bought a 3/4” clutch from OMB for my son’s Mega Moto 80, it has a Predator 212 swap, and the clutch will not fit over the end of the jack shaft. From what I’ve seen in YouTube, the sprocket on the clutch should be facing towards the motor, correct? I can slide the clutch onto the jack shaft if the sprocket is facing away from the engine, but then the chain won’t line up. We are also using an engine mount plate from GoPowerSports if that makes any difference. Any suggestions on how to get the clutch installed?
Thanks in advance for any help.
New to minibikes and I was wondering if a 224 aluminum flywheel would fit a 212 non hemi. Thank in advance
Would the engine sticking off the frame cause any issues? I have all 4 bolts on mounted to the engine mounting plate on the frame of the bike and it seems just the recoil is sticking off. It dosent cover the full foot peg but a majority of it and makes it hard to use. I also had issues with the airbox and had to take off the top and cut down some on the bottom part and tape the air filter onto the airbox. It starts and runs well just hard to turn sometimes.
I have a Pocket bike like this however it has a fuel line running from the tank to the Carb and for some reason fuel just doesn’t want to run down it?! it’s not kinked or bent it’s pretty much a straight cable.. Any ideas?? is air in the line?!

I wanna ride my bike this winter rather than have it sit. Anyone recommend where I can get studded tires or how to make them studded? In canada btw.
As soon as I start my bike up it immediately goes in high rpm and spins the wheel without throttle, I have tried adjusting idle completely down and the bike still wants to pick up if there is nothing stopping the bike from going forward or holding the brake. PLS HELPPPPPP
Anybody know if this bike is any good?
its a mega moto 80 frame, and im wondering if i should have a bigger spacer on the right side, and if i need another bearing on the other side of the skateboard wheel cause i have 2 inside of the wheel, and 1 extra on the left cause if not the wheel will rub against the frame.
extra info^^^ the main question ⬇️⬇️ IM NOT SURE IF I SHOULD GET A BIGGER SPACER, and dont know if i should add a spacer on the other side or just the right is fine?
So I have a powerfist 420cc engine and I’m building it with the OMBwharehouse stage 3 kit and I was wondering what I should get for a clutch/ torque converter? It’s on a roughly 220lb quad (engine including) and it’s going to be almost purely off-roading. I know k need a 1” diameter clutch/TC but I don’t know if the 40 series TC will slip or not with the power of the big block
Bought a GPS stage 4 head to put on my predator 212 non-hemi and noticed the dowel pin holes are smaller on the stage 4 head and won't fit the predator dowel pins. I understand how the dowel pins assist to allign the head with the block, but would there be a huge difference in alignment if I didn't use the dowel pins? I'm just a little uneasy to drill into the head, but I'll find a way if I need to.
Looking at a Coleman RSV for the rear suspension, looks like a good deal for $1k. I plan on swapping the engine after I destroy the stock one 😂 are there better bikes for the money? Mostly just want to screw around off road on it
Hey guys, I'm new to the mini bike world. My nephew has outgrown his Coleman CT100 and I want to upgrade him to the Coleman B200rsv for the overall size increase, brakes, suspension, and the higher stock speed. Can anyone please let me know what improvements might be a good idea down the line to increase performance and speed? Anything you'd recommend I do right out of the gate? Does anyone with this bike know if Coleman improved the throttle from the older models? His current bikes throttle is kinda loose and has a lot of play. My nephew is 9 and will mostly be using this on flat dirt/grass fields and flat pavement. Thanks in advance
Hey so i just got this carb here in the pic and installed it on my 196cc but after watching a few more vids on it i think i put my fuel line in the wrong spot. I hooked it up to where the black arrow points and i think it goes to where the orange arrow is pointing where the red cap is. I watched vids on that style of carb but didnt see anyone hook up the hoses so i kinda guessed when i got there but now im just hoping i didnt mess up my carb by doing this. It hasnt ran it only has a few drops of gas in the bowl at the moment. Im pretty sure the two vents( the black arrow pointing to and the other one on the other side by the choke) are for keeping the air pressure good? Any help or advice would be good
So whenever I try to start it it is hard to pull like it pull easy then gets stuck and have to pull extra hard and then when I do that it sounds like a deep hollow sound I don’t know how to describe it but it just won’t start
