Q1:Can I make my minibike street legal? First and foremost a minibike is the worst possible street riding experience rigid frame, air cooled engine, and no transmission. Its not cheap to convert a minibike to street legal machine. The idea of having transportation under a $1000 isn't feasible. You would be better buying a honda grom. Still interested? First check your state laws some states outright ban converting off road vehicles. You will need to add head light, tail light, brake light, turn signals, horn and and mirrors. And a custom charging system to power all this. Next you will probably need it inspected by your state police to be issued a title. No minibikes have a title.
Q2: Can I remove my governor without replacing the connecting rod and a flywheel? I don't recommend doing this on minibikes if your flywheel lets go your leg is right next to it. The flywheel can go through the blower housing. The more times you stress metal beyond its limits the more likely it is to fail.

i got this ct 200uex frame and put a 212 in it. the chain loosens and tightens depending on where i move it and when it gets really loose it slaps the tire. I’ve tried many things to fix this problem. Brand new rim, brand new sprocket, new chain and still it does the same thing of the chain loosening and tightening. i have no idea what it could be. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP SO I DONT HAVE TO SELL IT

I recently bought my kid a mini bike from Oryxearth the kid has had the bike for a month and it is now broken. the Bike runs but dosen't move. please tell me what's wrong.
I have recently been getting into mine bikes and I'm wondering if I should build one with parts from various things or if I should a used or new one any tips help.
I have a semi built 212 non hemi predator 265. Superman cam billet rod and flat top piston I thought I threw in stiff springs but apparently not stiff enough I plan on building the motor the rest of the way by doing head work and stuff like that I don’t want it to be a future problem…. Not a drag bike but a very capable street cruising or off-road machine but what lb springs should I get
I’m super confused about this. either my lash cap managed to get away from me or there was never one to begin with.
brand new 212 non hemi. literally picked it up today to swap the head over to my semi built hemi.
hasn’t been ran either and i swear to god there was no lash cap when i was taking the head apart. i got all my parts carefully separated in bags but i guess there’s still a possibility i lost it??
Does anyone know how tall a Duromax 500cc is without the fuel tank and air filter?
Might swap one in my CT200U
hard to see in the lighting but it’s bent right next to the “XK” lettering. surely it’s replaceable and i’d be shocked if i was the first to do this.
was a user error/ old tool. my ratchet slipped when trying to unscrew the head bolts. It could have been prevented had i paid more attention. sadly
im getting a nibbi carburetor, but my problem is finding filters that are purple and fit. anyone have anything to help? intake is 46mm, blowoff is 12mm, and a purple gas filter if there is one. i just want everything to match. lmk if you can help
