Just got an MK3 set up. I figured out how to integrate into FL workflow and route sound through the Scarlett 2i2 so I can listen from my headphones and/or monitors. The maschine itself is just hooked up to the computer via usb. My issue is the sound is not coming in very loud through the monitors but it’s just fine through my headphones.

Any ideas? I’d prefer not to use the mk3 as the audio interface if possible

as an audio interface ableton detects 4 outs but 3/4 are linked to 1/2 on the hardware :(

To those who own an Octatrack, how close is the workflow? I’m “fluent” in the Octatrack so I’m kinda used to step sequencing with some light unquantized action, sampling and mangling samples, but can the Maschine do both fairly easy? Also how well does it play with others? Is it more individual do-it-all or will it depend on external gear like effects and actual sampling to get the most out of it?

The Komplete Audio 6 MK2 is sitting at a very attractive price right now and I’m thinking of getting it. Mainly because it has 4 outs. That’s gonna come in handy when I want to expand and connect other gear to it.

The question though is: is it any good? Specifically, how is the headphone output? I feel like the headphone output might be a deal breaker for me.

Got my Maschine Mk3 not too long ago and would like to upgrade my Komplete 14 Select to Standard however knowing myself I'd get the upgrade now at full price and like 2 days later it would go on sale at like 50% off...

So in an attempt to try and avoid that; anyone know if there's a sale coming?

i have maschine mikro mk3. i don’t see any extra ports for anything other than power source. does it have to be only from maschine product lineup?

also, what are the pros for getting one or should i hold off?

I don't know if anyone has experience with this. I stupidly pawned my Maschine during the pandemic and didn't provide them the serial number to the shop. I ended up not getting it out of pawn, and now am looking to buy a used one with no serial. If I buy it, will the serial from my previous device allow me to use everything and connect to my DAW, etc?

Let’s say you’ve programmed all of your pads and recorded a pattern. Listening back you realize that one of the pads(let’s say the bass drum) isn’t quite the sound you want. Is there a way to load a new sound to that pad and have it automatically change the recorded pattern/scenes?

I have very little experience, I’m still learning the basics. But I hope this is a feature.

I do not see this addressed in the users manual.

I use ableton for arranging and minor sample tweaks, but in terms of chopping and playing samples & drums I much prefer the mk 3. I want to get more into sampling from vinyl but I can’t seem to figure out a way to sample into the maschine as a vst, atm I use a screen record extension on chrome. Is there any way around this? TIA

I'm still a beginner at understanding MIDI. I have an Octapad SPD-30 and Maschine Plus. Is it possible to connect them and configure them in such a way that I assign sounds from the Maschine Plus to the pads on the Octapad? If so, has anyone done this and how would I go about it?

Can anyone recommend a decent set of tutorials for absolute novices? Been producing stuff using logic and native instruments for a few years now, but just can’t get my head around the interface for Maschine 2. I literally have no concept of what to do. Every “beginner overview” video I can find already assumes you’re already familiar with it in some way. I am aware there are millions of videos online but nothing seems to be suitable for how clueless I actually am.

I'm looking to potentially purchase a Maschine Mk3 but use it more like the + version, as in keeping it "standalone" and not as a vst within the DAW on my laptop... So I can quickly open it up and tinker with ideas on the hardware Maschine, without really having to use my computer...

I'm wondering, if the MK3 is simply connected to my laptop, can I immediately use the hardware in standalone mode?

Or, do you have to load up the standalone app of Maschine on your laptop, and then you can use the hardware controller -- and hopefully as identical to the Maschine+?

I'm assuming at the very least, I don't NEED to use the mk3 within my DAW...at most, I load up a maschine standalone app on my laptop, close the lid, and I can now use the hardware identically as Maschine+, correct? (Minus needing the keyboard to name things etc)

Just weighing the pros and cons of either getting an MK3 or a +, as I want to just use this as a semi-portable, dawless idea music box basically....thanks in advance!

I bought a brand new Maschine Mk3 a few years ago from Sweetwater. Long story short it was stolen out of the studio I use to hang around. Can I use my old license if I buy a used maschine?

Just received a new Maschine MK3 and the website says there are free expansion packs and a E voucher with Komplete 14 select. Anyone know how to redeem them? I have registered and installed all the software, i heard they email you but i havnt gotten an email yet. Is there something im missing? Sorry im new to the Maschine and how native instruments handles things. I appreciate any feedback.

I am reaching out to see if the following functionality is available on the Maschine MK3

If I am in MIDI mode, and I have any given piece of hardware hooked up or even software (let's say in Ableton for example), can I assign any of the parameters to the knobs on the Maschine with MIDI learn, and then be able to edit whatever name is being displayed for that parameter?

So if a parameter is showing as "CV14", can I edit it to say "Reverb" instead?

So I ordered a second hand Mikro mk2 online and its due tomorrow. I already have the software but haven’t really used it. Does anyone have advice on learning the hardware and software ? Anything i should be aware of ? Thanks.

I've looked into other posts about this and the solutions don't seem to help.

Having lots of glitching when switching groups or scrolling/moving through a pattern.

My library is quite small and I've tried removing FX and any VSTs to speed it up but still nothing.

I only have 7 groups, 1 Synth Vst and the rest are audio loops.

If I delete every group it goes back down. are the audio segments I'm using to long?

tried increasing buffer to 512-1024. bit rate seems best at 44.1, less random cpu spike.

Wasn't running the latest update and still had this problem after the recent release.

I don't see why its so resource heavy when paused. anything else I can do to speed it up?

Is it possible to multi-sample different sounds on the same pad within the same group (the sounds playing one after another while tapping the same pad)? And how can I do that?

I'm currently unable to test this out as my computer is down. Just wondering if you can do this within the Maschine samplee? I know you can sample. It's the playback options I'm curious about within the Maschine sampler. Loop, ping-pong.
