Have you ever decided to pull your shit together and in the spur of the moment deleted all your social media to “become more productive” ? I have, but guess what I couldn’t part with reddit so I ended up following a bunch of mindfulness and self improvement subs to compensate for that xD I found and started reading a book called the courage to be disliked, and I must admit that although it made me angry at first, I have warmed up to it and have started to rethink certain mental patterns and seek authenticity and simplicity be it in material form or in my relationships with others. I am a sagittarius sun and a cancer moon having recently done some research around astrology, it’s a fun topic to explore specifically when trying to understand or get to know oneself.
