Who do you use to fight your property tax. Also, are you happy with the company and how are the results.
the title explains it. just want to go to a place where i can hangout with older ladies since kingwood feels so young and youthful 24/7.
Does anyone have suggestions for places that have a good HH.
I know there is a map showing the cleanup process, but is there anything more detailed then light green and 1st pass. It would be great if we could know when the pickup will occur in our village.
My sons have been playing baseball for about 2.5 years now in the Kingwood / Forest Cove Area Youth Baseball recreational league.
Coming across two problems that are leading us to want to find other baseball options:
I know many kids who play select baseball around Kingwood, but I can't ever seem to find or get in contact with anybody to go to a tryout, signup, or even begin to express interest. I've heard EMCSA and HABA are also local organizations but have heard mixed reviews on each as well.
I am not looking to make my kids MLB players. I just want them to be able to play baseball. Kingwood middle schools don't seem to offer baseball, and as I understand it the high school level baseball is filled with kids who have done travel ball for years. If my boys want to play some day in high school, they won't stand a chance unless I find an option for them soon.
Any leads or ideas?
I am looking for a midwife that also has hospital privileges to deliver in a hospital. Can anyone recommend one please?
Have a fucked up phone/laptop/computer but don’t wanna spend the extra cash on fixing it? Don’t wanna drive up all the way to the Woodlands to get Apple Care to do a damn fucking thing? I will repair your electronics for cheap. I have experience working in tech repair before, and have fixed many phones and laptops but never on my own time. I always thought they were all scummy, easily raking in labor fees on nothing but peoples ignorance. I will charge no more than $40 labor per repair (not including the cost of the part which itself usually does not exceed $20). I am open to price matching my work with any other repair business except Apple Care.
What I do:
What I offer:
What I don’t do:
Details: I want to offer battery replacement for new iPhones and data recovery services, and eventually I will when I get more customers and a little more cash. Unfortunately at this moment I simply do not possess the tools to complete such tasks. The device needed to transfer iPhone battery IDs is over $300, and that’s hefty change for a guy like me. However, this doesn’t stop me from doing battery replacement, it just stops me from doing it very well. I can still replace anyone’s battery if they’re having issues with it, there are just side effects of not transferring the ID that you have to worry about (this is only for iPhone).
Data recovery is a similar issue, but not as bad. I would need a 1 or 2 TB SSD to do good data recovery projects in my opinion, and while I own many, I don’t have any to spare.
Lastly, I am a student with a part time job, so some days might not be as conducive to work as others. Regardless, electronics are my passion and all my prior promises of speed are still true. I just want to be fully transparent on this aspect. My availability, anything and everything, will be explained and discussed if DM’d.
Is there any place to launch a kayak around east end park

It’s date night and the missus wants a good burger.
My husband and I just bought a house in Kingwood. We are early 30s neither of us golf but I would like to get back to the gym and have 3 kids ages 1, 4,6 years old. Is the country club membership worth it? I’m interested in the gym/waterpark/kids features only.
Just moved to kingwood/porter and I’m looking for people to play pickup soccer. Does anyone have a group they play with? Thanks!
Did anyone see the story on ABC 13 about the person held up at gunpoint close to Creekwood. I only caught a little of the story but that's not good.
Do we still have police on bikes in KW?
I’m pretty sick of it. I mean I grew up in a part of Louisiana where hurricanes were a regular occurrence, and I’m pretty sure I’ve experienced more power outages here than I ever did there.
Now available north of Houston from The Woodlands over through Kingwood to Atascocita... here's a discount for ya. I'm thrilled with my gig speeds both up and down.

It doesn’t have to be in Kingwood, it can be in the surrounding areas too. I never have luck with doctors and always manage to find the ones who do not care. I haven’t been to a pulmonologist or needed one until now, and any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I'm not affiliated with Tachus.
My wife and I are considering moving to the Kingwood area, but will not be going with SuddenLink for internet service, if we can help it.
I need a reliable connection for working at home. If you have been using Tachus for a while, has your connection been reliable? We have friends who live near Kingwood High School, and I lived in Kingwood from 1995 to 2002-ish, so I realize sometimes the power is not very reliable in some areas, which is not great. But at least having reliable internet service would not add to the frustration from that.
Thanks.
Any favorite non-chain restaurants in the Kingwood/Humble/Atascocita/Porter area?
Here’s what we like:
Especially curious if there’s a legit Korean, Vietnamese, or non-Americanized Chinese but open to anything.

Hi guys, im in dire need of advice, for i have never encountered this problem before and hopefully i can come across someone has and can pass the knowledge torch on to me. I have leased these apartments on two separate occasions, with my longest commitment being since 2020, so it’s safe to say they know me pretty well. I have lived in multiple buildings and units and i have left Both units extremely clean and well maintained to say the least. I'm sure the property manager will say the same for us considering I’ve been approved multiple times. With this being said, I have nothing but patient when it comes to my frustration with my current unit. We have been living out of large tupperware containers for over a month now, paying full price on a unit that we only get to utilize half of due the the German roach infestation which currently rendered our unit uninhabitable. German roaches are at the most invasive species, and can carry as many as 30-48 eggs inside of them. Mid December, I collected as many as 20-25 dead roaches in a ziplock bag and have brought it to property manager’s attention. I can’t cook in my kitchen without fear that one of them will fall in my food or crawl on my face while i am asleep. On December 31 st, I also notified my property manager through email that she has 60 days to remedy the situation. Although she has made an effort to eradicate the infestation, the effort has only been made at surface level and i fear it may run deeper than my complex would like to delve, so my SO and i got to thinking…
We have NEVER seen anyone enter or exit the apartment downstairs. The porch is extremely unkept, their valet trash can has been sitting there for days, and every night, the same light is on , but there’s no movement inside. With the little bit of light, you can tell someone has lived in it at some point, and the place is obviously trashed. We go downstairs to have a look, knock on the door - no answer of course. My SO opens their storage closet outside (unlocked to our surprise) and he sees DOZENS of roaches scatter amongst a clusterfxck of dusty belongings and a cardboard box full of rodent feces!! I managed to go back and take pictures of the rat feces, but i haven’t been able to catch the roaches scatter again, which would help my case. Either way, we found their food source.
I’m worried that they’re going to try to play the “well nothing was reported in THAT unit” card, “so there MUST NOT be a problem”. I’m also worried about getting in trouble for going through another person’s belongings . (Even though it’s probably no one’s by now) At this point, i am just ready to terminate my lease and leave before these pests manage to contaminate all of our belongings! Is there any way to do so without ending up with a broken lease on my record or being held legally or financially responsible for a problem i did not cause?
TL;DR : The apartment complex i have been living at for years transferred me to an infested unit. Attempted contact with downstairs neighbor only to find the apartment abandoned, trashed, and infested with roaches and rat droppings in their storage closet. How do i terminate my lease without a break on my record and protect myself from legal/financial liability?
