CHOCLATE PEANUT BUTTER Mouse PARFITI WITH LAYERS OF TOASTED COCNUT.
I places it in the refrigerator for 2 hours so everything kinda layer together and hung tight.
I took it out like a back in the day those Graham cracker crust oies already made... the toasted coconut.. Unsweetened !!!! Made it taste like crust.. it was not a PARFITI it was mm pie

I need to pass a drug test in 6 weeks, preferably less... I have no idea if the test is supervised or not so not trying to bank on using quickfix.
Anyone been in a similar situation? What were your results? What are some last minute steps I can take to increase my chances(detox drinks etc)

I'm on a low nickel diet and wondering if anyone out there has a nickel allergy. I've eaten keto for awhile, so does anyone have a method for keeping your both your nickel and carbs low for cannabis edibles? Almonds and Coconuts all have high nickel content right? So are there any replacements?
I use "already vaped" bud to make butter in the past, so not sure if there's anything else I could be doing with the AVB to get better use out of it if there's not much I can bake with low carbs and low nickel. Maybe just putting some butter in tea is the new future? Does anyone have any other ideas?
Me and my buddy started keto last Sunday and pretty much today both notice that the marijuana isn’t giving any anxiety or raciness. He’s taking bong rips of one strain and I’m dry herb vaping a different strain. Weed seems way better now.

Did anyone short or long term stop trees because they get overwhelming cravings for SAD foods, that they normally don’t have if they are sober? I’ve been doing this for 8 months and lost 75 pounds so far so I’m not a total newbie here, it’s definitely dose dependent for me but it’s hard to figure out the dose so I’m re-evaluating everything.

Actual Post I am currently 16 days away from my drug test and I have been a keto diet for 10 days so far. I have seen a lot of posts about drinking lots of water and much more. I have also seen information on breaking keto a few days before my drugs test. I am not 100% sure what it does but from what I am seeing breaking the fast helps your body to stop releasing THC from stored fat in preparation for the urine test. This seems to be similar to people suggesting to stop exercising a few days before my test in the sense that THC is released when you sweat and exercise and will cause more to be released in urine. I am just looking for some advice and what y’all think I should do in order to prepare for this. I have been taking at home drug tests every day and have not even had a faint indication of passing one so far. If anyone has had a similar experience please reach out I could use some ease of mind. So I'm not a big smoker, I usually just have a joint when I need help sleeping. I'm going away with my inlaws who are dead against the stuff. I'm thinking of making a few keto brownies or cookies (small batch, just like 3 for the weekend) to have in the evening, but I don't know much to use per cookie/brownie. Any tips?
I haven’t taken edibles in almost a year but regardless of any break from edibles I’ve taken, I’ve always had a super high tolerance to them. Generally need 100mg to feel anything.
So last night I’ve had almost no carbs for the day, and my husband offered me a little 20mg gummy. I weighed it and from what I’ve read, If the gummy weighs 4 grams it can’t have more than 4 grams of sugar/carbs. So I decide to take 2 of them.
Holy hell you guys, I got hit like a truck and had to go to bed at like 830 cause I just couldn’t handle the body high. After looking extremely strange in the mirror while getting ready for bed I was done. I tried to stay up and watch TV for a bit but was seeing doubles.
Did my tolerance finally go down or was this likely due to being in ketosis? I’m scared to take edibles again now 🥲
I did an experiment where I smoked fairly regularly for about 6 months and was able to pass a labcorp test with minimal dilution (creatanine at 95) after 3 weeks. I then started a very strict keto diet bought at home keto strips and a 50 pack of thc tests. After being in ketosis (deepest red on the strips possible) for 4 days I took a thc test and was shocked to see zero line. I then heavily diluted my urine to the point where it was crystal clear and still had no line. Now, before I took started keto I was able to pass one of these tests with heavy dilution one week after last smoking. So it was a shock to me that an entire month after first passing with heavy dilution I was failing without having any contact with marijuana.I kind of had an Idea about what was going on because I have been on probation for 5 years and was constantly trying to find ways to manipulate the test, but could not believe how severe an affect keto had. If you read some of the studies on marijuana metabolism, there are no subjects who stay in it long enough to get their reading down to zero. They may be below the cutoff level but it takes 6 months to a year or more to get it completely out of your system.
Overall, yes keto will speed up the release of THC metabolites, but having them slowly leave over the course of a year and being under the cutoff level after a few weeks is much better for most people than having them rapidly leave over the course of 6 months and it taking 2 or 3 months to fall below the cutoff level.I continued to test while on keto for another 2 weeks after the first fail and still could not get even a hint of a line. This really pissed me off because I have about 5 pounds I wanted to lose before school started, but also had to pass a drug test for admittance into my program. I decided to break my ketosis with 2 bottles of pepsi and a tall glass of orange juice. a few hours later I diluted my urine heavily again and this time I got a hint of a line. Over the next few days I ate more carbs than I normally would and by day 4 I was passing again with normal color urine. So the moral of the story is do not start keto thinking it will clear you of thc faster because faster is a relative term. I went from passing after 2 weeks to failing after 2 months from being in ketosis.
So starting keto after smoking will cause you to test positive for months. Starting keto before smoking you will be clear in less than a week. The body is a very strange thing.
I (F46) mostly vape from cartridges to help with my anxiety and PTSD so I can go to work and function like a normal human being.
Unfortunately, I’m now actively looking for a job and will have to pass a drug test soon. (Ironic that cannabis helps me be able to function enough to work, but I have to quit cannabis in order to find a new job.)
About 6 years ago I did a low carb/intermittent fasting thing for 3 months and lost nearly 30 lbs, so I’m wondering if losing the fat cells that are holding the THC would help me get clean faster, or if it would have the opposite effect.
What are your thoughts?

Hey y'all just found this sub recently and I'm pretty happy to be here! Now to my rant...
Been doing keto for years and for the most part I avoid thc gummies because of the sugar. But I was at an event today and the peach rings just spoke to me so I grabbed a pack. There's no nutritional info but I'm guessing it's around or under 5 carbs based on regular peach rings and i only need a half to get the job done. Not a huge deal or anything, I just wish I could find some sf ones. In all other aspects of my life I don't eat cane sugar even in small amounts and it would be nice to avoid it here and still have a gummy, ya know?
Do sugar free thc gummies exist somewhere out there?
Upcoming drug test. Anyone know if ketosis helps eliminate THC? Been keto 2 years and carnivore 6 weeks. Casual user last vaped Tuesday and home tested negative today. Is this possible? I drink a gallon of water daily on average and have low body fat as well as perfect liver values. I ordered 3 more home tests that will come tomorrow. Thoughts?

I take multiple substances for a variety of reasons, and I'm also interested in trying keto -- so I'm curious if there's a community that's oriented towards not just being on keto and Mary Jane (which I'm all for, just to be clear!) but also other drugs, like Kratom and Kava for instance. Herbal remedies in general, really.
Hi I’m new to this group and was wondering if smoking any form of weed will pull me out of the ketosis state. I don’t want to get high if it pulls me out of ketosis.
Due to headaches I often have to smoke in the morning which is fine but my evenings are quite harsh. THC crash is similar to Caffeine crash for me. Do you have any solution besides “smoke one more”?
Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to stop the late night munchies? I wake up after a few hours of sleep with extreme munchies and end up throwing off my fast or eating too much junk. Do any of you experience this and if so how do you combat it?
I am not a long time use but I am worried :) Any long-term solution :)? I have an epilepsy and quilting weed is not an option for me.
