I have never posted about an app before. But I’m at my wits end. Ibotta has become unreliable and glitchy. I’ve had to email the help center 3 of my last 5 purchases because I didn’t get any credit for my grocery purchases. The email strings between me and them are insanely long and convoluted. Weeks worth. They are continually asking for either information I’ve already provided (screenshots of purchases) or information that’s not relevant (like telling me what stores aren’t accepted anymore, even though I used Walmart - a current retailer.) There is still one order with 7 items that is outstanding from a purchase on Oct 22. This is taking too much time for a few bucks.

I used this method on a Simple Mills brownie mix for 2.25 at a store in Annandale, Va but that mix seems to be rare; after a few weeks, I have the offer back in my Ibotta account. Going by Giant's website, I found this pizza dough mix on clearance at stores in zip codes 22031, 22153, 22152, 22151, 22201, 22046, just to name a few.

Also, I found these mixes on the usual baking mix/natural baking aisle, not in the "scratch and dent" areas with the clearance yellow barcodes on them. I don't think those altered, yellow-sticker barcodes will work with Ibotta offers. And a lot of these deals aren't marked down on the shelf in person, so make sure the price is correct via the website/store locator or a barcode scanner a lot of Giants have near the front of the store/down a random aisle.

Does anyone know if I wind up getting Walmart cash from Ibotta offers if it counts towards my bonus for the week?

Looking to cash out and have read it’s safer to use PayPal. Two questions:

1. does PayPal take a percentage when I transfer it to my bank?
2. should I just put my bank info in there?

I attempted to redeem two offers for $1.50 off SoftScrub 36 oz or more, but I also had an active offer for $1.00 off 24 oz or more. The receipt unfortunately doesn’t say anything about size, so although I bought 36 oz Ibotta submitted it as 24 oz and gave me $1 less than I should have.

Carlotta is not equipped for this because if you tell her you’re waiting on cash back, she’ll tell you to either wait 72 hours, submit it again, or why it might not have been accepted. If I submitted it under the “I’m missing cash back” button, I would have probably gotten two $1.50 offers on top of two $1 offers, which would have been a flagrant double-dip and no person would have been available for me to explain to about what had really happened.

I had to try some prompts that got Carlotta to send me to the ticket request form and am waiting on a response now. I explained the entire preceding paragraph in hopes there is understanding about what was missing in the system. Maybe it’s a pipe dream to hope for improvements to Carlotta’s options - eg: a prompt where I can tell her the wrong offer was accepted and I can then get a support ticket.

One each, all were set with short expiration. Mine had $2 peelie coupons so I paid $15.47.

Last pumpkin bonus I was 8/20 and all of a sudden today around midday it disappeared (I think this was right after I made my choice for the Thanksgiving bonus). I restarted, and deleted/reinstalled (and even did it again on an older Android phone) but it's still gone. What's weird is that it has even erased its "history" on my last transaction (usually the bottom of each transaction will show bonus progress). Wondering if anyone else had this issue?

The button "submit a request" does not work on the website. I have tried from multiple browsers on multiple devices. When clicked it does nothing. I recently had $5 cash back for buying 5 frozen Chinese meals. The cashier accidentally charged me for 9 of them instead of 5. So when I used the receipt to get my money back for the 4 that they overcharged me for Ibotta took all the cash back from the 5 that is still on the receipt. Ibotta is getting rather frustrating and is becoming less of value the more time I have to waste on stupid shit like this.

Got the email today to select which level of bonus I wanted to pick. I wasn't ready to pick so I xed out of the popup. Now when I click on the email the popup to pick the level of bonus. Chat with online help basically says that if you do what I did you'll still get the bonus on 11/1 but only the lowest level (44 for $20)

Is there anyway to get the Ibotta offers using delivery? I can’t physically get to the store but I really would like to save money. Could I ask the shopper to get a receipt print out?

So this week there is a Crest coupon at Food City for $3.00 off Crest 3D White brilliance. There is also a $2.00 back reward on Ibotta for the same product.

If I clip the store's coupon (add it to my digital card) will I still get the cash back at Ibotta? Or will it not give me the $2.00 because of the coupon?

When you do an online order and the store is offering cashback, is that cashback on the price of the product(s) only or the total including tax and shipping?

Just finished a Walmart trip, submit my receipt & walk back to my car. Within minutes I log in & go to check my linked accounts & they're all removed. It won't allow me to add any either AND all my favorited stores are missing. Did they just deactivate/ban me??? I'm so confused. I submitted a help ticked but they've yet to respond. Anyone else having this issue?

Always disappointed with the lack of produce offerings as well as the lack of many healthier offerings overall. But SOUPs are a pantry item. This is really lame. This isn’t the first time soups were included.

So I've been trying to turn in this Walmart receipt to meet my weekend bonus.... And the system will recognize it then not recognize it then it will say it's not a valid TC number then it says it is then it gives me an itemization of all of the things on my list that I'm supposed to get rebates back on..... But so far it's just not going through and I've sent to help center hits but I'm at a point where we have the deadline for the really big bonus on Monday and I have a pretty decent bonus for Sunday which ends tonight and I'm kind of over this right now.

I have been avoiding clipping coupons because Ibotta has bonuses plus I normally get more back for my stuff. I was curious if I do clip them will I still get Ibotta cash back for the same item or will it make it so I don't get Ibotta cash back?

Has anyone experienced issues with receiving cash back for online orders at Walmart? I placed an order last week that should have earned approx $17 back and counted towards my bonus, but just got the notification that I only earned $0.04 for my entire order.
