My only real interaction with the fate series is I’ve watched the fate/zero anime, and right now I am reading baccano(another light novel by narita) and I wanted to read fate strange fake, as I love the concept of fate, and I love naritas writing style

So my question is, so I need any fate knowledge before reading the strange fake light novels, outside of the basic premise

Who would be the first two patches of summonable servants in fgo during the FgoxFsf event?

They released Whispers of Dawn in the summer, but no word of anything since. But there are trailers showing stuff that wasn't in that episode, so it seemed like they might continue. Does anyone know what is going on with it?

Since the translation of Volume 8 was finished a few days ago (and to see if there are any people alive on this subreddit), let's discuss!

The information could be not 100% true.

1. The red-hooded monster >!that Saber's master terrifies about is from FHA's urban stories that told during the school trip.!<

2. Saber's master although has same appearance with the female MC of original Fate Prototype by Nasu himself, she actually is >!the reincarnation of the the mana chambers of Kayneth that was bombed by Kiritsugu in Fate Zero.!<

3. Rider's master (the little girl) has the similar experience with >!Sakura, whom also a little girl getting her body modified painfully, implanted by parents/adopt parent with some squirming living things, that somehow unconsciously becomes the threat to the world, that somehow also has servants that is unidentifiable, black rider that dedicated to protect the girls.!<

4. Gilgamesh taking potion of youth could be referring to himself >! drank the potion in the FSN (before FSN) and FHA!<

5. Gilgamesh used the Clairvoyance Eye and saw many things in other worlds like >!him fishing with Cu Chulainn in FHA, but soonly the view was covered by black mud.!<

6. Jack the Ripper's appearance and identity issue has relevance with >!the concept that Servant could be influenced by the viewpoints of humanity, and some servants is actually not the original person, like Kojiro in FSN, who actually just a farmer but able to become Kojiro because nobody really knows how the Kojiro is. Also like the Nursery Rhyme in Fate Extra which the appearance follows the master's lookings. And JTR in FA which the appearance is a loli because the concept of JTR has been tied to become as the accumulation of hatred of babies ghosts.!<

7. So many scenes of mages being shot to death by normal gunfire could be referring to >!the fact that mages are unlike superhuman in other animes, even the supreme magical equipment of Kayneth the super Malfoy cannot withstand the attack of an mortar. !<

8. Female Assassin killing her master could be actually more realistic than ever before >!since the Holy Grail is manifestation of object of Christianity, even the foundation of magecraft to build the Holy Grail is based on other belief system other than Islamic world.!<

8. Maybe we should appreciate the male assassin >!for killing people in very assassin way.!<

9)Enkidu being summoned by an artificial creation, is actually identical to>! Enkidu itself that is also an artificial creation of gods.!<

10. Saber being able to grab and use any objects as noble phantasm is actually very similar to >!Lancelot in Fate Zero.!<
