This subreddit is dedicated to Fate/strange Fake, which was originally a Japanese light novel series in Type-Moon's Fate franchise, written by Ryōgo Narita and illustrated by Morii Shizuki. An anime has been announced and is coming soon! It's also called "StrangeFake".

All content must mainly relate to the Fate series. Type-Moon universe content is allowed but in moderation.
Vulgar, rude, aggressive, or toxic behavior towards another person is NOT permitted. This includes racism, sexism, discrimination, or being offensive and rude towards another person or group of people. Consequences can and will result in a ban from the subreddit unless proven otherwise. Be respectful, assume goodwill, follow reddiquette, and show general courtesy. If someone personally attacks you, report it to us so we can deal with them. Please do not engage in the same behavior.
NSFW Ecchi is allowed but must be tagged accordingly. Hentai, however, is not allowed, and any suggestive themes or mentions of it. For pictures that are ecchi, they shouldn't show any nips/tits/tips or excessive nudity. Suggestive content featuring minors is also explicitly not allowed.
Low-effort posts will be removed at the moderator's discretion. Posts with only the title and screenshot images with no other content fall under this.

It is welcome to share your Twitter, Pixiv, or other personal sites so that people can see more of your work. However, do not treat the subreddit as your advertisement platform. Fate/Strange fake dub
do we have any idea if each episode will be released as a dub and sub at the same time? I know they had the first episode dubbed on YouTube for free a month back, I wonder if they will continue to drop dubs or will they be offset them as some animes do.

Question about fate strange fake
My only real interaction with the fate series is I’ve watched the fate/zero anime, and right now I am reading baccano(another light novel by narita) and I wanted to read fate strange fake, as I love the concept of fate, and I love naritas writing style
So my question is, so I need any fate knowledge before reading the strange fake light novels, outside of the basic premise

They released Whispers of Dawn in the summer, but no word of anything since. But there are trailers showing stuff that wasn't in that episode, so it seemed like they might continue. Does anyone know what is going on with it?
