The followings rules and etiquette should be followed when posting in this subreddit:
1. When making a request for a photo to be restored, summarise the request in your title. If you like, you can include more information by submitting it as a text post.
2. If making a request, you would get the best results if your image was submitted at a high resolution. You may still submit regularly, but the quality may not be as good.
3. If you are making a request that may be considered NSFW, label it as such!
4. Don't spam the subreddit with anything unrelated.
5. Trolling or generally insulting other users will not be tolerated.
6. It is common etiquette to give the person who completed your request a 'Thank you' and an upvote!

Is it possible to restore this old and damaged photo of my cousins?
Hi! My aunt would like this photo restored and the truth is that I see it difficult but I trust a lot in the magic of Reddit. I have uploaded the photo on Google drive so you can download it, I have also put guide images to reconstruct the faces of the two. There is a boy on the left and a girl on the right. The boy is my cousin who my other cousin (on the right) dressed him up as Gloria Trevi and it's hilarious. My aunt is willing to pay $20 for the restoration.

Hiya all,
There is this old image (now screenshotted from facebook (sigh, sorry, family not great at tech)) that I have been sent down from my grandparents, asking for any possible method to be cleared up. https://imgur.com/a/zSiYXG2
Our goal is to figure out the people in the photo (family members - most likely not famous), so we need a higher quality image. It is from around 45 years ago, and it is assumed to be around Severn Street, Middlesborough (couldn't find on google maps, but it can be found through a google search)
Our #1 goal is to find the man on the left, as we do not have any other images of him from this time.
I have tagged this as restoration, because the colouring doesn't matter as much to us. Any help in finding him will be amazing, whether it is just deblurring, potential upscaling, or anything better. Thank you anyone in advance who can help <3
