Deep house is food and you need it.
Please post within the scope of the Deep House genre. This includes artists that usually are enjoyed in this sub, even if the particular song has elements of other genres. We will not scrutinize too heavily, but if a track is clearly not even in the realm, then it will be removed.
Self-promotion submissions (be them tracks or mixes) belong in the monthly sticky thread at the top of the page.
Since there is so much controversy on the definition of deep house, the final say will be left up to the moderators This sub has room for all, and until it gets so big that a more scrutinizing filter is needed, it will stay this way.
Please post tracks as follows: Artist - Title (Remix) [Label, Year of Release] ---> for example: Mr. Fingers - Can You Feel It (Original Mix) [Trax Records, 1986]
Links that are mixes should write [MIX] on the right of the text.
Links to Spotify playlists are not allowed.
Message the mods if your submitted track does not appear in new posts.

Hello,
Finally joined Reddit after lurking for years. I'm a 50 year old new producer. I got the UKG bug pretty big BITD, but before that it was all Chicago, Detroit and NY for me. I was making garagey stuff but have kind of lost interest. My two favourite ever labels were Basic Channel and Prescription Records (who obviously worked together on a couple of records) so I have been focusing on making music inspired by them (and bits of deeper dubby garage like El-B and Horsepower). And I got to say I'm finally feeling really good about the music I am making
I must say I don't really like any of the dub techno I have heard but was wondering if there are any labels or producers that do dubby house in the Damier/Trent vein? A Prescription tune I can never get bored of that isn't by those 2 is Heaven & Earth - Space and Time. Any suggestions along those lines would be appreciated!
No deep house but hopefully some of you like.
One of those hair raising deep tunes from way back when
I live in a area in Canada where house music in general is under appreciated and not really listened to. I wanna start getting into the scene, but don't know anyone who is into it. What are some popular or known locations in the states or Canada where I could buy records or attend events? Any artist or song recommendations are appreciated as well (especially old school 90s to perhaps early 2000s that still got that OG Deep house sound)
Need a rave buddy🥹
