Hello, I have 11 shares of curve that I would like to sell does anyone know how can I do it? Thanks
Hi all,
Curious to know if anyone has any success stories that they would be willing to share? Seems as if most posts are dealing with negative experiences.
Thanks
Hi,
Does anyone know whether Crowdcube automatically pays Stamp Duty (or Stamp Duty Reserve Tax) to HMRC when we invest in companies and receive shares? Or do we need to submit ourself to HMRC? I can’t seem to find any reference to this in any of the documents.
I’ve got investments in a few companies but would like to sell some back to companies or completely withdraw from the company. How do I go about this as I can’t see any option to do so
Hey Guys
I have shares in FreeTrade would anyone be interested in buying them?
What do you all think of their proposal?
I've had an email about voting on zero carbon farms. Sounds like they're going under either way. Anyone got more understanding on this?
Hello, I had an investment in Changeover Technologies, but have today had an email this has been cancelled. They have disappeared from the site and there is no info anywhere. Is there anyway to find out what happened or if I’ll have a future opportunity to invest?
Any comments on the recent proposal to transfer Grind shares from CrowdCube to each individual investors and well as the new funding round ?.?…..
Hi there,
Not sure if this is the right place to post this but anyone investing in the round of Bancone’s crowdfunding in crowdcube? Thoughts?
I’m after a little advice. I invested in Thread (via crowdcube) which has just gone into administration having sold all of their tech to M&S.
I understand the conditions mentioned in the doc https://www.investor.gov/introduction-investing/general-resources/news-alerts/alerts-bulletins/investor-bulletins/updated-3
But how does platforms like crowdcube verify that I'm an accredited investor?
Does anyone know how to go about getting access to the shares?
I really like to add my shares from crowd cube to my main trading portfolio so I can actually monitor their value and sell them etc.
I'm assuming it happens once they go public but Crowdcube don't give a lot of info on that.
I was hoping this would of been a good one but guess not!
I invested in some startups through an equity crowdfunding platform.
For some of them I'm happy of the investments while for others I'd prefer to liquidate my equities (even at slight loss) because I'm no longer interested in the project or believing in it.
I've seen that CrowdCube offers a secondary equity market where you can find buyers and sell your equities.
How does it work?
Are there any fees (legal, bureaucratic, fiscal) etc that I should consider?
I had received an email via crowdcube about BNC10. They were saying they had to close. However, in my portfolio in crowdcube it is shown as Trading. Does anyone know what is the current status of BNC10? their social accounts have not been updated since July
Does anyone have anymore information, I'm really not sure if they're just drumming up hype or it's go live
Hi all, I run an equity crowdfunding aggregator / search which currently covers Crowdcube and 3 other platforms (Republic, Seedrs and Wefunder). You can find it at hellosharky.com
You can simply type in any word or combination like "mobile app" or "AI", "social" or "Y combinator" and you will instantly get any deals which fit. There are multiple additional proprietary filters to narrow down, including whether the founder has had a successful exit or the level of traction.
For example, I currently track all 23 live deals on CC out of the total 172 deals across all 4 platforms. There are 10 deals out of those which have strong early traction, meaning an increase of >50% in any significant metric like revenues, users etc.
I add multiple deals every day so it makes sense to check regularly if you are actively investing.
The two seem to be in a very similar market, what are people's thoughts on the two trying to gather funds at the same time?
Hi! How do you transfer funds from Crowdcube into your own accounts once you eventually sell on an investment? Especially if you’re overseas from the company you’re investing in?
I’ve been browsing their documentation and contacted help but no one has gotten back to me.
Thanks! :)
Does anyone know how to sell our shares invested in company's funding rounds on CrowdCube? Thanks in advance
Hi,
Is someone willing to sell some Revolut shares via OTC?
I found that finding a private investor was easier than getting a Kickstarter funded, as pots of potential buyers didn't trust or fully understand how Kickstarter worked or didn't want to pre-order and wait. In the end I got in touch with an investor using the angel Investment Hub, ended up getting £16k from someone who was into my gadget. Angelinvestmenthub.com good luck with it, they help you through getting the pitch ready. Hope this helps
Hi there. I just made my first investment on CrowdCube (The Market Mogul pitch).
I know it's not even a fraction of a fraction of a percent, but how would I be able to know how much % of equity I have?
is that possible to quantify?
I think it would be fun to know :)
Thanks
