Hi, I'm a 20-year-old guy, and recently l've been experiencing pain every time I have a bowel movement, including when passing gas. I didn't think much of it at first since I have small hemorrhoids that usually heal with cream, but recently things have gotten worse. A rash has appeared around my anus, and it's very painful-it's warm to the touch, and it hurts to sit, stand, or even walk. I'm sexually active, but l've never engaged in anal sex, so l'm not concerned about STDs. In addition to the rash, my lymph nodes seem swollen, which has me worried. I've been using antifungal and antibacterial creams and cleaning the area with warm water every day. However, the pain is still making it hard to go about my daily life, and I'm about to go back to work soon. Could this be related to poor hygiene, perhaps from hiking and sweating even though I tried to stay clean? I've read that antibiotics might help with swollen lymph nodes, but I'm not sure if that's the right course of action. I'd really appreciate any advice. I'm hesitant to visit a doctor because where I live, people tend to joke about issues like this, so it's hard to feel comfortable. But I will definitely go if things get worse.
I've been doing the Candida diet for 22 days now, and I'm constantly hungry! I feel like I am constantly eating. Even after eating a huge meal and feeling like my stomach could pop, I still feel hungry and crave more food. Is this a symptom of die off or am I not eating enough carbs maybe?
My stool test showed elevated candida spp. but not candida albicans. So I have taken this biofilm breaker as instructed on empty stomach and it bloats my stomach and gives me anxiety every time. Is this die-off or do the enzymes irritate my gut lining? I did have occasional gastritis symptoms in the past, due to drinking coffee on empty stomach. Also, betaine HCL pills bloat me up. So it could be just that; irritated, sensitive gut lining. In this case, I shouldn't continue taking it. But if it's die-off, should I take L-ornithin afterwards or activated charcoal?
I'm also already taking MCT-oil, berberine, s.boullardi on a regular basis, which should have helped but I seem to have a more resistant strain.
I have a high amount of Hydrogen and methane SIBO and Candida which is causing all kinds of issues for me over the last year.
Lately I've been making progress with my Candida, because I was getting recurring UTIs and decided to tackle this first. Sacchoromyces B stopped the UTIs, now I'm pausing that and taking Nystatin, Candibactin AR+BR, and other supporting meds.
I've had some die off rashes, brain fog, fatigue but overall have been feeling a little better as time goes on.
My question is this - continue this protocol, or switch to SIBO meds after I'm done with the nystatin? (I have the xifaxan and neomycin duo waiting for me)
Will sticking to a Low FODMAP diet and the candibactin help nuke the SIBO too? I'm having normal bowl movements for the first time in a year, feeling pretty decent on this protocol.
I'd had to further irritate my gastritis, etc., just to take xifaxan/neomycin. I also have ringing in my ears since the last round of xifaxan (no neomycin)... I'm nervous.
I just started taking a SAM-e (S-adenosylmethionine) supplement, and to my surprise, my bad breath was completely gone almost immediately. Has anyone else experienced something similar? What could be the potential reasons behind this effect? I’m curious about the mechanisms involved. Could it be related to liver detoxification, gut health, or something else? Thank you
Okay so I have been taking these two at night before I sleep. For of the microbiome buster pills and two scoops of the L glutamine. No processed sugar and only eating meats, green, citrus fruits, berries, nuts, and nothing but water and herbal teas. For the last few days I have been having diarrhea and I wanted to know is that a diet off symptom? I have psyllium husk in my pantry o can start taking if this is my body’s way of saying I need fiber…but I wasn’t sure, has anyone else experienced this?
Hey, i just ordered 100 nystatin tablets. are there any good guides on how to take em?
I read alot about something like x3 a day, for a month seems like a good strategy for me.
im not big on supplements, so i wanna avoid that at all costs.
of course open to suggestions, thank you.
Can someone please tell me how to get rid of candida from my body is there a test to tell if it's in your blood stream I'm even 100% certain it's in my eyes my doctor is absolutely no help anyone? Can anyone help me I'm can't stop craving sweet stuff I'm just lost right now
Hello all. This is an update. I went to be tested on 10/31 and it's official! No yeast! I had to go the natural path. 1.Oregano oil drops 2.Went to a herbalist and and a blend of herbs made to drink as tea 3. Parasite pill made from a herbalist 4. Tried alkaline diet, but didn't stick to it 5. Boric acid script ( 3 months) 6. The fem brand probiotics inserted vaginal as directed from another person on here.
I still feel itching and when me and my boyfriend had a slip up I was burning down there so bad, but still cleared of it. I've been dealing with this since the end of March. Why these ghost symptoms still exist is something we have to look into as I here other say the same.
Sincerely from Philadelphia
Fiber seems like a double-edged sword with IBS—too much can make things worse, but not enough isn’t great either. For those who’ve found a good balance, what types of fiber (soluble vs. insoluble) work best for you? And how did you figure it out?
What was the process like for you? Did they refuse to run tests you asked or the opposite? What were your issues?
My c protein is high (8.7) and I suspect candida and or MCAS… for many reasons. I also have tingling in hands and feet’s for more than a year and r gently developed psoriasis. My thyroid panels are all normal, now my tsh was low then a month later it was normal.
So I'm taking this Undecylenic acid and getting die off but the die off symptom I struggle the most with is like a depersonalization/disassociated feeling. Like feeling I'm not really real. Feeling like I'm not attached to my body. It almost reminds me of a beginning of an acid trip, sometimes I actually feel like I'm seeing things like as if I'm hallucinating, patterns/things look a little more pattern-y & stranger than usual, but it calms down I don't go into a full on acid trip hallucination which is good. But if you ever hallucinated in a not good way maybe you'd know how scary it can get especially if you're just trying to work and it hits you. Idk anyone else relate? It's crazy and I just wanna know if it's just me.
Sorry if this has already been asked a million times, but are there subs or sites that anyone knows of where people recommend yeast free products? Now that my daughter also has a yeast intolerance I find it incredibly difficult because she wants to eat normal kid snacks and sandwiches. Finding healthy yeast free wraps and snacks is so complicated. Even sauces or bouillon seem impossible. We try to do minimal gluten, dairy, potato because she has a slight intolerance to those as well. I wish there was a list somewhere that people could add to when they find a product that does not contain yeast.
Appreciate views from the team please 🙏🏿
Was on antibiotics for 30 days (Winex 400mg followed by Doxycycline) and post that had this coating on the tongue
Feedback from the dentist is more dead bacteria and mouth being dry but would like to get opinion from the group as well.
Brgds
I took 6 tablets of activated charcoal and my wee has been burning for two days and vagina is burning so bad.
Is this die off or just irritated bladder?
Hi guys, is this a normal way of taking it for candida? Ive tried nystatin and didnt do much so the doc suggested taking fluconazole 3 in one week and thereafter 1 a week for 6 months?
Anyone tried it with success?
I noticed my tongue looked sort of yellow yesterday, now today it’s a million times worse. Pretty sure I have a yeast infection too. This is a candida overgrowth, right? Everything tastes like rotten milk, I am suffering right now.
I've been suffering from bad breath, bad taste in mouth, sour taste in throat, post nasal drip like symptoms, sinus congestion.
I feel my breath gets better for 30 minutes to an hour after I scrape my tongue properly but it gets back soon enough. Does this look like thrush or more like something reflux/LPR would cause? I also have this weird acid like taste when I talk for even around 10-15 minutes with someone at back of throat which dries my mouth out quickly increasing the bad breath. My crevices in the back of tongue have also gotten deeper and the papillae at back of tongue are inflamed which they weren't before.

After taking Nystatin (500.000 IE), I get a red rash all over my body, so called Urtukaria. Especially under my arms and between my legs. Also my whole body is itching like crazy. So severe I can‘t sleep. Even taking 1/4 of the pill makes me itchy, despite not having the red rash. Is this a Herx reaction/ die-off, because I am killing the candida? Or is it possibly an intelorance to Nystatin? Does something like this exist? Thank you for your comments!
I've been fighting with Candida for over two years now and the most radical results I've seen have been using NAC pills.
I'm going to keep it short for anyone who struggles with this, and I will guarantee you will see results.
I've been scrubbing my tongue, used ginger, garlic, all sorts of things, and nothing worked. The infection is so bad sometimes, that it covers my entire tonge with a hard thick grey/yellowish layer of mold. It's so deep in my tongues tissue, that you can't scrape it off in the normal way.
So I still had some NAC for other purposes on my desk and didn't think I would use it for it, but under desperation I thought of just opening the pills and putting the powder on my tongue to see what happens.
Here is what I do:
I brush my teeth with fluoride free toothpaste, and after I don't rinse my mouth, I keep the foam on my tongue and then go on to put the NAC powder on the toothbrush. I make sure the powder sticks to the toothbrush and nothing falls off.
I then aggressively brush my tongue with that brush until i see minor bleeding. Make sure that you reach all the parts and irritate them as much as possible.
Now, cut sugar for two days and wait. You will see the Candida building up immediately again. Its super aggressive in my case, it immediately tries to cover my whole tongue again. But then, after a day, it suddenly breaks apart and I can see my normal pink/red tongue color coming back. You can now scrape off the residual that is still stuck on your tongue. Only problem is reaching the parts on the back of my tongue, but the rest is back to its normal healthy color.
Don't scrape your tongue with NAC daily. Give it always this 2 days of time to recover naturally.
The reason most of you can't seem to get it off, is because u underestimate how deep and thick this Candida infection layer goes. It's literally layers deep stuck on your tongue. You need the NAC and bleeding to break it up.
Results:
I see these thick patches of Candida literally falling off like broken paperhangings. It's unbelievable, but it works.
What do you eat when on the go/ away from home. I’m going away overnight this weekend and I won’t be able to cook food when I’m away. Aside from some coconut and boiled eggs, what can I eat?!
Surely 1 cheat meal (more like nachos not kebab) won’t be too detrimental?! I’m still taking antifungals (coconut oil, yeastonite, candifense and biofilm defense)
I've been having problemas with body odor. I think it's because of candida i'm not sure. But people that have cured their candida could you fix your body odor, an what kind of body odor did you have?
So I had thrush about 6 weeks ago. I’m pretty sure it’s cleared up now (I still get mouth ulcers randomly, but that’s always been the case for me). I notice that when I brush the back of my tongue my toothbrush is yellow. It usually goes away after I do it a few times, but comes back by evening or morning. Could this be the Nystatin? I’ve been off of it now for about 5-6 weeks. Or could it be that the thrush is still back there? I also use the Therabreath (yellow bottle) mouthwash, but I’m not sure if the liquid is yellow or not.
Thanks!
i had immediate reaction (vaginal discharge;YI) after drinking apple cider vinegar diluted in water
